Went here for senior discount day. Got low sodium V8, which is usually 3.99 each or 2 for 6 dollars, much better than the grocery store. But they never have very many on the shelf. Got a discount on top of the regular price. Cashier was helpful.

Take over 10mins to answer the call and when someone finally picked up, immediately said can you please hold and I had to wait another mins?! This is ridiculous

Came here to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist informed me that the Rx from my Dr was not covered by my insurance. Unfortunately I was leaving the area in 15 min and the pharmacist talked me through my options to get the medication very quickly. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the medication and the insurance procedures.

Awful place! I have never been so upset! didnt have the meds in stock, filled the prescription partially and promised to provide the remaining medication. when i came to pick up it wasnt available and the worst they said if you need this so urgently, why you are not in the hospital, well guess what, kind and compassion people, with skipping this doze of vital antibiotics I AM IN THE HOSPITAL! NO WORDS for this place! No phone calls no assistance! I hope karma will get you!

I have been here three times and twice I was treated terribly. The pharmacy staff are abrupt and incurteous. When I asked why they had run out of mist vaccine the male pharmacist I was speaking to edged around the question like a politician. It took several follow up questions for me to get a straight answer. The answer: the purposely underestimate the number theyll need. The customer does not come first. The front desk retail employees are no better. Theyre unfriendly and eager for opportunities to belittle the customer. I swore under my breath when I was told the actual pharmacy part doesnt open until 9 (it was 7:45) and the lady started into me like I had insulted her honor. There were no children in the store and no other customers near me. She needs to grow up and understand that curse words are actually just a collection of consonants and vowels and hold no real power, especially when not directed at you.

Pharmacy is usually busy and there will usually be a wait. They are moderately trustworthy that you will get the right amount of pills, but look carefully to be sure before you leave. Ive never had them make an error in the drug or dose.

Open 24 hours, great place to find in any town USA!

Gave it 1 star only because I had to give it something to write a review. The store is great but the pharmacy is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! stay away! They lost my prescription, never send pre-authorizations for days costing the customer money, and even gave me a prescription w/o mixing it with the proper ingredients. So sick of this place. Worst pharmacy IVE EVEN ENCOUNTETED!

The drive through window makes it easy to drop off and pick up. I get a text & call when prescriptions are ready. The prices on certain prescriptions are cheaper than other places. It cant bet Walmart prices but id rather pahe extra $5 than wait an extra hour.They are NOT open 24 hours. The internet states the Pharmacy is open 24 hours and that is NOT true.I think the hours are 9am-9pm.

We filled a prescription for my 13 month old and they completely got everything wrong. When i let them know they messed up she said ok what do you want me to do? if i would have given him the meds he would have been in the hospital. The pharmacy staff is horrible.

Love the drive up window, so convenient. Love that Rite Aid texts me when ready too.

If I could I would give no stars. We hoped this pharmacy would work out because it is so close, but this pharmacy is the WORST. Poor customer service, they do not return calls. My husband waited 3 hours for his medicine and they kept telling him to come back in 30minutes. GO SOME WHERE ELSE FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS.

Pharmacy service is LOUSY.i have had call back 3 times, then was put on hold for another 10 minutes before finally speaking to a tech in order to order refill.TERRIBLE!. Also this RiteAide is open 24 hours But....THE ACTUAL PHARMACY IS NOT OPEN 24 HRS.it closes at 9pm.what sense does that make? considering Germantown now has a new hospital and a total of (2) 24hour emergency rooms, this pharmacy adds no value to the community.i still have to trek to Gaithersburg cvs after 9pm...A 24 HR RITEAIDE PHARMACY WITHOUT A 24 HR PHARMACY. just plain STUPID!!

Is the pharmacy open 24 hours, or not? Bc the hours are listed as both 9-9 and 24hrs. This was an inconvenience in a recent medical emergency.
