Love this place. While Christmas shopping, I was helped by a lovely Lady who help me pick out the perfect bracelet for mother-in-law. She was patience and kind even though it was very close their closing time.

I love this store they have a lot of unique gift items ranging from Brides to babies to Mamas to Daddys and more. Even some items to celebrate being a southerner! They carry a variety of makers of jewelry with most of it being somewhat unique or specialized. The staff is very helpful and kind. They will even do gift wrap and make it special presentation for a gift.

I went into More Than Words this evening. The customer service was awful. I am not sure what was going on. I was going to buy a baby shower gift but decided to purchase elsewhere. There are too many options to be disrespected or not receive great customer service. I was very disappointed and will not be shopping there again.

This gift shop is a jewel! The employees are super friendly and they have options at every price point. They also send coupons and have great sales!

I was very excited about my visit to More Than Words. I got my stepmom a beautiful Pandora ring during the 50% off Christmas sale as one of her gifts. I bought a size 7.5 ring which is her size. I picked the ring from the ring tray which had 7.5 labeled on the column. My receipt clearly states that I was sold a 7.5 ring. Well the ring doesnt fit because I was sold a size 7. We went to the store with the ring, receipt and the packaging it came in to see if we could just get the correct size. One of the employees placed the ring on a ring sizer and we were right, it measured a 7. We were told we could not get the correct size. Theres a strict no return policy on anything thats discounted at 25% or higher. I totally understand the policy but I was sold the incorrect size, which was an error on their part. After emailing the manager Troy, because we were told that the only way to talk to the manager was through email, he ranted about how he isnt a representative of Pandora and that hes been in the business for 14 years (which wasnt relevant) we were offered 20% off of the next visit. My stepmom and I are very disappointed at the lack of concern that Troy showed and we will definitely be filing complaint with the BBB.

More Than Words is a fantastic store to help you find the perfect gift for anyone. The employees are extremely helpful and know so much about the products they carry. If you have never been, please do yourself a favor and stop by. It wont be your last visit!

Cute little gift shop, but they were out of adult pandora bracelets & pretty much out of average sized rings, which are what i went for after coming across their Facebook page. However, it was shortly after christmas so thats understandable.

For the life of me, I cannot understand the two reviews complaining about customer service at More than words. I, my children and now my grandchild have shopped there since it was located in a small house near the Germantown Commisary. NEVER even one time did I receive other than exceptional service. They have the perfect mix of letting you browse or helping you to find a gift. And the remark about the store never changing is just patently false. Almost every time I go in there is a new line of creative jewelry, school items, trendy clothing, gifts for all occasions and you can always find something there that is unique and pleasing to the recipient. All I can figure is that someone has a grudge against the store or owner and has decided to slam the store online. Thats why I never pay too much attention to online reviews. But in this case, I had to remark upon what I found entirely unfair complaints.
