Nice selection of greeting cards and gift wrap. Note the Google directions are not good. Google shows this as inside Home Depot and directs you to park in front of Home Depot!?!? It is actually directly behind the Home Depot in its own strip mall with its own parking.

This Hallmark store is awesome. I was on the way to my brothers birthday and needed a last minute gift wrapping - rushing pretty good. Im not skilled at gift wrapping. I had my gift and walked into hallmark and said, Hello, do you guys wrap gifts? The cashiers looked at each other - the answer was clearly no. They said they need to ask the Manager - Judy. Judy said sure we can help! What a surprise! She helped pick out the wrapping paper and a matching bow and man it was one of the best looking gifts. They had a great selection of wrapping paper and bows and a ton of other jolly stuff. Judy wrapped the gift and I helped - and it looked like a couple of elves from the north pole put it together! I was so happy - what great service and great people at this Hallmark store. I walked into the party with the gift (it was a hoverboard) and everybody loved the wrapping. Thank you so much Judy. This hallmark store is such a happy store. Thank you!

This place is great. It has decorations for every holiday like Halloween and Christmas. I always go there for Christmas in order to look for new ornaments and get a dream book that lists them. I have a collection of them from the year I was born into to now. Im gonna get the one for 2021 when December comes.

The store is as always very good but today it did not have what my beautiful wife and I were looking for. You would think that Hallmark would have something in reference to a Swan but it did not. We looked everywhere and we asked for assistance. Those that work there looked high and low but could not find anything pertaining to a Swan. Dont get me wrong; the store is phenomenal with its array of fabulous gifts as well as beautiful cards. Today just happened to be the day it did not have what we were looking for. Nonetheless I would highly recommend Hall mark creations to anyone.

They have some of the best gifts! Their cards are still great but their gifts for women/men and special occasions are some of the best!The staff is always friendly and helpful. Effective service.Bought two winter hats, good quality and durability. I also bought my mother a Vera Bradley bag. This is a brand that they carry and there are some sales! They also have cute trinkets. For one of my co-workers I bought a notebook and cup matching set, so cute!

Friendly staff! Always welcoming and conversational. I couldnt wait to go to Hallmark after being cooped up during Co-Vid. Felt like such a treat.

The customer service at Hallmark at Milestone is the Best. The Sales Associates really do go out of their way to make you their #1 customer. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because they do not check their P.O. Box for packages daily.

The Black Friday 25% off the entire store is a joke. Granted, mist items may be included in the sale; however, no discount will apply to the 3 cards needed for purchase of the annual animated decoration, nor does it apply to the decoration. To top it off, they take the most expensive cards to apply to the Christmas item.
