First time visiting. Purchased a spa from someone who purchased here so wanted to check them out. Super helpful and knowledgeable. The remembered the former owner and helped transfer all the information to my account. Top quality customer service. Good selection or spas, Big Green Egg BBQ and accessories. Worth a visit.

Did not feel welcome here. The salesman did not offer any prices or much information. I felt like I was begging for information on the product he should have wanted to sell. There is a saleswoman there however that seemed very friendly.

The folks at Garden Spas in Germantown are the nicest and most helpful I have found, bar none! Great place to buy A Big Green Egg and/or a hot tub! They have all of the accessories you could ever want for the egg. I could not recommend them more!

We purchased our hot tub from Eric at Garden Spas and Pool in November of 2014 and love it! We spent months looking but couldn’t decide whether we should go with a cheaper model or make the investment for a nicer, higher-quality Hot Springs model. After years of enjoyment, and very few issues, I’m thankful we made the right decision. Recently, a thunderstorm caused an electrical issue resulting in a tripped breaker that would not reset. Colby came out and found a way to replace a minor part, while saving us money from having to replace a much more expensive piece of equipment. It’s clear that he’s following the customer-centric values of Eric, who is very knowledgeable, helpful, and never tries to sell you something you don’t need or don’t really want. He provides the information and then encourages you to make the decision that’s best for you. One of the best decisions, we ever made was purchasing our hot tub from Garden Spas and Pools. They’re the best!

We have been looking into Yeti coolers but wanted to be educated prior to purchase. We visited at least 5 dealers (several big box), and could not find anyone knowledgeable that could explain why they cost as much as they do. We visited Garden Spas and Pool on our way through town and they knew the product top to bottom. We were trying to decide between two sizes, and they never tried to sell us up. They just asked about our needs and recommended the different options without ever pressing us to purchase. We are so excited about our purchase.Great job Garden Spas!!!

Big Green Egg:For months I evaluated whether or not to purchase a Big Green Egg. I was at a cross road to reload with a gas grill or leap to the Egg. I read as much as possible on-line as well as spoke to numerous Egg owners. I felt like the consensus was clear on numerous factors:1) The Egg is expensive (however, it has a lifetime guarantee)2) The Egg is more forgiving than gas, as it pertains to over cooking/grilling3) The Egg requires nurturing (tinkering) depending on what is cooked4) The Egg does more than grill (example: bake and smoke)I visited Garden Spas & Pool approximately 3 times with questions. Each visit I was greeted by Zack, whom I found to be extremely knowledgeable, patient and trust worthy. Zacks testimony corroborated what I had heard numerous times from other Egg Owners (basically, its awesome).I finally purchased my Egg and minimal accoutrements (I was still apprehensive). I have now owned my Egg for approximately 5 months. We use the Egg almost every day. I have certainly ruined a few meals through trial and error, but I have gained valuable experience. We find that meals on the Egg simply taste better. I now own most of the accessories (plate setter, digital thermometer, poultry roaster, v-rack, drip pan, pizza peel, glove, grid lifter, grid cleaner, ash tool, Dizzy Gourmet Seasonings and smoking chips). Quite simply, I have become an Egg Head.If you are willing to learn something new and embark on a Grill Journey that leads to exemplary food, buy The Egg.If you purchase an Egg, I highly recommend purchasing from Garden Spas & Pool (Zack is always willing to help.) My testimony is without the profound customer service I received from Zack, I would have walked away and purchased another gas grill (my comfort zone). Go Egg!SBrown

If you want the best customer service along with quality products, this is your place! The owners and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I personally use Big Green Egg from there, as well as a YETI cooler! Always ready to help with their products! Highly recommended!

Service: very nice when on phone.But they do not return calls timely.We have tried to get a service call made all summer this is a 11 year old nice hot springs spa. They finally came only after over weeks of waiting. Tried to sell us a new one due to water damage to electronics. But we wanted it fixed.But the breaker had since tripped.So they did nothing. They insisted an electrician come out. Insisted. So I had to pay an electrician $125 to reset it and it was fine. But the broken Heater of course still not heating. That was in august 2017. We let them know and the only guy they say they have had his wisdom teeth out. We waited. The rest of august. All of September. Calling. Not hearing back.Finally today they actually called back and told my wife they just would not come back out.I dont think they charged me for the trip back in the summer.So, we have a nice Hot springs hot tub that still looks nice, but hasnt worked since early summer and the local place takes months to tell us we are not worth their time I guess.I have rarely been so disappointed in a service.l>update: with one call Matthews pool came out and agreed the heater was kaput. Ordered one. Few weeks later, up and running.Nothing said about being dangerous or anything. Just that the heater was out. Simple. Quick. Responsive. Respectful . Reasonable. Thats all I wanted.
