Lots of parking and on-line ordering with kerbside pickup available. Can get slow at the checkouts at busy times but usually open up a lane if they see a large backup waiting. Recommend Safeways own Signature Brand where available - usually very good quality at better pricing.

Great store and great prices but y’all seriously need more cashiers at night. You close the self checkout and leave only one cashier. There’s not another employee on the floor to be found. Lines are always at LEAST 4 people long. Super frustrating when you have people with full carts and you’re only buying a few things and can’t go to self checkout

I want to share what a lovely experience I have this morning at this Starbucks. Sidney was amazing!! She was training Gilda, lovely lady, making the our drinks and acknowledging new customers and all with a caring and pleasant.

They are usually nice. Not this day but fine enough. Prices are good selection diverse but I typically stick to self check out because the clerks are rude sometimes. Not often but sometimes.

Hello for whom.My experience of Western Union customer service. Employee Monica and Po Lam.Today I want to send money to my mother for the Mother’s Day. As soon as I got there. I saw both of them talking each other. I didn’t want to interrupt. I wait let them finish what they’re doing. Then Monica asking me what do you want. I told her I want to send money to my mom. She told me just wait for second. I’ll wait again. And then she asked me how much money do I want to send tell her I’m sending $475 direct to the bank of China. She told me that she understood. She asking my ID. I said sure when I was looking in my purse my ID at the same time I was talking to her about there’s a guy used to be help me. That’s all I say. And then she was very upset gracefully told me it doesn’t matter who help you before he’s not here so when I’m asking you ID you shouldn’t give it to me with a no question because I’m doing my job. And then I told her again please sending this money direct to the bank. She’s talking to the other customer behind me let them involved with her behavior and her attitude torture to me she’s talking to the other customer this is what I get this is all I do all day long dealing with this kind of issue she’s talking to the other customer beside me. She didn’t let me explain exactly what I want to do about the money. She drop what she’s doing for my service she took the behind me other customer there’s one guy. And she’s talking to the guy ha ha poor customer that she need to dealing with. After she let Po Lam Took our what she was doing with me. When I was talking to Po Lam. Monica was taking notes about my information from the Western Union and she took a picture of my ID my personal information. And she continuously talking about she need to pull out the camera footage how bad this escalated. She keeps saying that to the other customers and to her coworkers Po Lam. In the beginning I told her I’m sending money direct to Bank. But she stay send that money to different place. Me and Po Lam need to call the Western Union customer service correct her mistake. At the same time Monica kept taking notes for my information write it down in a piece of paper she keeps saying that she need to take that information because of the incident. I didn’t use any curse words I was just standing there listen to her insult words in front of other customer. Monica is very unprofessional she’s creating problems between the other customer to the store. I feel very uncomfortable that she took a picture of my ID if something happened to me Monica is the one. Because she took a picture of my ID I have in my home address all my information. This is the worst customer service ever I see in the whole tire United States. Someone like her doesn’t appreciate it job it’s not right to be customer service industry.Rose

Safeway is pretty good. They have a redbox at the front entrance on the left side on the inside as well as a Maryland lottery machine. Its also a very great grocery store because they have almost every food youre looking for. If your having trouble finding what you are looking for, you can go the service desk and ask for help. They also have a place where you can order chicken and different types of noodles like macaroni and cheese. There is also a coinstar machine which counts the coins in your coin bank and turn them into cash. So go and check out Safeway, I think you will like it.

Clean, smells like a grocery store. Easy to navigate but skinny, tight aisles that make it difficult to get around other shoppers while also trying to social distance.

I went there today around 2 pm and when it times for me to check out it was a long line, only one cash register was open. And only four self scans were open even those had a lines. Its just annoying that 🙄 they didnt have enough lines open waited there about 20 mins to get checked out.

Directions on location of product seem to have been incorrect. On the other hand mango flavored chicken was tasty.

A very nice, not too old Safeway with modern layout. Stocks many items hard to find in other local stores. Good variety of already prepared items. Parking lot can be a bit crazy.

Your regular safeway. Has a Starbucks inside but considering theres a Starbucks right outside, I dont see the point. The salad bar is alright and so is the bakery

I realized I forgot bring my masks when I arrived Safeway, I asked an old woman worked there named Tiffany for a mask, she acted like she’s really into helping and gave me this masks after couple minutes waiting. The mask she gave me smells stinky and have yellow and red stain on that, that’s so disgusting and such a disgrace of Tiffany. Can’t believe Safeway hire such worst employee. She’s the best choice for being laid off during this pandemic.

Ran into Safeway to buy roses for my wine tasting @ The DLC Goshen. The roses were beautiful, exactly what I needed for my event & the flower staff was very friendly.

Two checkout employees during grocery rush hour. Huge line of people trying to check out. I had to self checkout over $150 of groceries. I find this disgusting. Its obvious that Safeway just wants to hoard cash by not hiring more employees. There are plenty of people out of work and you have the nerve to only hire 2 checkout cashiers? Disgusting. I wont be back. Ill gladly go to another grocery that hires plenty of staff to ensure I dont have to check myself out.

Giant Food is so much better than Safeway. Added eggs to my Just 4U card, but it didnt ring up correctly. This kind of thing is always happening at this store. Someone came to assist, but the total was still not right. I only came here for the discounted eggs. Not worth the trip when they cant get it right.

Horrible store manager, she’s rude, impatient, didn’t want to solve problems. And one of the self checkout employee shouted at customers due to Safeway’s fault. That’s the most weird store in the world

Great customer service, easy checkout most time. Bathroom was clean and has supplies but could use a paint job and remove writing from stalls.

Definitely a deterioration in some of the items available and a jump in prices. Weve switched the bulk of our shopping to Wegmans

Most of the time, I have no problem with this place, its nice for the most part and most of the employees are good.However, I recently had one bad experience: After I had made my purchase and headed out the door, an employee harangued me and accused me of being a thief. After I proved I wasnt by showing my receipt, they let me go, and I didnt even get so much as an apology. I do not appreciate, as a legitimate customer, being wrongly accused of being a thief, and not even having the common courtesy of getting an apology.If it werent for that one bad experience, Id give this place a 5-star rating.

This is a smaller Safeway, but has everything you need, especially if you are cooking something and realized you forgot an ingredient but dont want to deal with going to a huge store. (Speaking from experience!) I have done all my weekly shopping there before so thats not to say that you wont get what you need. The produce is fresh, the meats and seafood are always good, and the bakery is wonderful.

What I like about this safeway is that they are always open early and open till midnight which makes it very convenient to shop here. also, the staff is very kind and friendly

Clean. Well-organized. Good cashiers and helpful staff. Generally about as quiet as a big box supermarket can be. Good selection of everything.Especially, I go to Safeway in Germantown to find the health drink Neuro Sleep, which is helpful for insomnia but increasingly difficult to find.

Nice and convenient supermarket if you live in Germantown. You can get interesting deals if you use their Just for U coupons.

Good Safeway, not too busy around lunch time, or I may have gone too late. Most of the ready to eat sandwiches were gone, and the sushi selection was sparse.If the lack of selection was due to my timing, I would recommend going before 11:00 if you want a better selection.I also got the chicken soup. Have not tasted it yet, but if I dont post an update you can believe it was delicious.

I seem to be liking the Safeway stores these days. They are conveniently located, the aisles are spacious, and they stock most items you need, including an available pharmacist, medications. Have your prescription filled while you shop, then pick it up at the Pharmacy counter.

I will also recommend getting a white mocha latte

I have been visiting this Safeway since 1987. Some of the staff has changed over a period of time. The best part of the store staff is the PHARMACY staff. They are courteous and always smiling and eager to help.

The bakery is decent. The produce department is just okay. The store is clean and well lit and the isles are fairly well marked. The night staff leaves a little something to be desired but Ill admit there have been improvements in recent months. I also like the convenient hours.

Safeway will always be the best way. I will argue that Giant has better tasting bakery products, but everything else gets the win. Prices, staff, aisle layout, selection. Heres a tip, Tuesday nights are usually when they change the deals. If you dont see the deals you want but need your item relatively soon, come back on a Wednesday and it might be changed. Or, you could download the Safeway app (which sometimes offers items for free!)

Kudos, to Safeway for being available on Christmas Day. Hard to find a store around on such an unexpected Holiday lol, but the employees pulled through in that swamp of a store. My cashier even went outside to fetch a cart for my obviously failing arms, full of grocery bags.five stars Safeway od give you six if that was a thing!

This is my favorite store, not only because is near my house but the service from the staff is always nice and friendly.

My experience for the most part is positive. Employees at this location try hard to take care of my needs. As this is my neighborhood store and they see me often, interactions become personable.One small inconvenience, some items are not stocked here, hence I have to travel to other Safeways to get them.

They have 1 tiny sign at the front desk no returns due to the virus. So if u don’t look at that desk or walk past it u don’t know. No signs near isles or anywhere just 1 tiny sign. DOnt even accept items that are factory sealed even tho they could just wipe them with sanitizer. Garbage staff.

I never like the med section to chopped up now straight lanes from front to back. Much better

Is great location found everything I was looking for. But I do think check out cold be faster. I mean having only 2 cashiers and about 6 self checkout is not good because it creates long lines. Most people dont know how to use the self checkout and most of the time it doesnt work well.

This store overall is ok. The best team is the Cashiers- they are very nice, warm, kind, helpful and friendly. I love all of them.The worst teams are the customer servive person (her name is Po) and the Bakery department (an Asian woman) . The bakery woman is so very unfriendly, mean and cold. When I asked her to please mix the bagels in a bag instead of one kind, she rolled her eyes and coldly said what do you want?I just feel so disappointed at her attitudes and said No, thank you. Its ok and left the store. 👎 👎 👎 millions DISLIKE
