If you plan on working here just know they will shorten your breaks. You only get one 10 and one 20 minute break which they will take at least 4 minutes of your time from you to have you completing other people’s tasks. And this is after a 10 hour shift. They also trip about you smoking a cig in your car. Some nice people there but management is a complete mess.

J.W. Speaker has always been known for great automotive headlights. Having a Renegade means small market and small market means not many companies out there with the headlights...Until J.W. Speaker! The quality of my lights are mind blowing! the details that went into making this so it sits just like the OEM. I love the light output at night. Ive gotten so many compliments on my lights alone, its actually a little overwhelming. I love them! Definitely worth what you pay for!

I can’t say enough about these great lights (just completed their set; head, tail, turn and fog) for my 2015 JK. However, I’m more impressed with their company and customer service. Jason was so helpful and didn’t question a warranty issue I had (with a reseller) vs. the company. He honored it, and then some. These days it’s nice to deal with a person and a company that stands behind their products first. They’ve made me a forever customer.

I have had issues with my JW Speaker lights randomly going out since I got them. I would go back to the place I got them, they would check them out and of course they would be working. It would happen again and I’d go back and of course they would be working. Finally one time I go up there one of them was not working, so they did a fix and it worked for a while and then it started happening again. Well, to say I was upset because these are supposed to be premium headlights was an understatement. I contacted @jwspeaker via email and explained what’s been happening and to be honest how upset I was. Within about 2 hrs of sending that message I got a response and they told me they wanted to send me a new set of headlights. No asking a million questions, no pics or diagnostic test, no nothing. They said just give me your address and we will send you a new set. 5 days after contacting them I got a brand new pair of headlights delivered and installed. They stood behind their product and was nothing less than amazing with their customer service. Thank you @jwspeaker for getting me fixed up!!

I installed my 7” generation 2 adaptive light on my 2003 Harley Ultra Classic a few weeks ago. Night riding will never be the same. Living in a area with a over abundance of deer, this light just may save my life. Hats off to the JW Speaker team for creating such great Technology. Thank you!

Fantastic company with top notch lighting products. I’ve used many of their products on several custom cars I’ve modified and have NEVER had an issue of any kind. Skip the cheap illegal knock offs on the market and get the lights you want the first time and enjoy them rather than replace them.

Just installed the 6145 J2 fog lights on my 2014 Wrangler. AMAZING results! Would never believe that fog lights could add so much light!

Awesome products and the best customer service. I bought the 8700 Evo J2 series headlights. Made specificly for Jeep Wranglers. I can see a lot better and feel safer driving. Worth every penny. I also bought the 239 J2 series turn signals. Very nice. I broke the mounting bracket putting on too tight. I called customer service in Wisconsin talked to Alex and he sent out a new pair of brackets the next day by FedEx. Free of charge. Finally a company that has great customer service. The old saying you get what you pay for is so true. Highly recommended

Literally the BEST headlights you could ever buy! I just got the new EVO J3 Headlights and oh my gosh they are incredible. It comes with an app too so you can program it to different modes. I feel like I dont even need a light bar now, these headlights are SO bright. Overall I would highly recommend buying anything from J.W. Speaker!

Speaker is a joke. I worked there for 4 months was not doing what I was hired for. They will give you the run around until you realize your being played. They say this & that about how good of a place they are until you actually work there. I don’t recommend this place.

Good product, TERRIBLE customer service. I bought some replacement JKU tail lights and had some minor issues installing. Contacted them via phone and was told to call the distributor even though it was bought on their site. Distributor said call JW Speaker. Emailed JW Speaker. Waited 5 days without response and emailed again. 5 days more and still no answer. What a joke! Product returned.

I was looking for new headlight for my motorcycle and have few questions about headlight and bracket that will workwfor my Yamaha. I just called twice and customer service lady is worthless. Send me straight to automatic message. No live person to help you.

Literally the very best headlights you can get for a JK. Now if I drive a jeep without them it feels like Im driving by candle light! Ill never ever use another headlight. I know there are other aftermarket headlights but theyre no where near this bright. Worth every penny.

I ordered a pair of JW Speaker 6050 fog lights for my motorbike. The color seemed right, and the beam pattern was good - no blinding others on the road. However, one of the two lights leaked horribly just sitting in the driveway. It took several months of JW Speaker saying water inside the lamp is normal (they have a webpage for this) before they agreed to replace it. The replacement leaks as well. The worst part is that they boast about their products being American quality. If this is American quality, give me something from Asia.

Speaker was the winner. I have been ultimately impressed with the performance and the build quality on these lights that I have started to install them on many of my customers Harley Davidson motorcycles that have requested lighting upgrades. You have earned a lifetime customer!

The saying goes....you get what you pay for, this is no doubt what to expect when it comes to my Adaptive headlight on my HD . When the crew installed it at Sturgis south Dakota rally talking to the guys at the JW tent was like hanging with friends from back home. Then just months later when we sold the 17 street glide the headlight was put on the shelf waiting for my 18 RK Special Anniversary to arrive. Had a couple of questions and the guys went out of there way to make sure I had everything I needed to connect with my new bike. Iv talked with Tyler on several occasions about this and just wanted to share my experience. They have a great product and even better customer service. Thanks again TR

Just installed the 8700 Evolution J (black) headlights on my JKUR. I hit a black angus cow about 6 months ago because I didnt see it until too late due to the dim stock headlights. The 8700 J headlights are incredible and I can see 10 times farther down the road now. I drive a lot of miles through Arizona open cattle range country in the early morning when it is dark. The added distance in visibility has made the trips a lot safer and relieved a huge amount of stress during my commutes. Thanks for including the anti-flicker circuitry into an extremely high quality headlight product just for Jeep owners. The engineering and quality are evident as soon as you take the headlights out of the box. Fantastic product.

It was an awesome place to work! I had a great experience until a supervisor made it the worst job experience. He gave me points for clocking in at the time I started -and reported my hours. Saying he let me slide many times... anyone who works with the man would know he does not slide on rules. Not even a little..(I had my keyfab on my key chain to clock in ) and he manually entered my time but I was there early to be sure he could clock me in...I’m assuming that’s when he “adjusted “ my hours.... He spoke with me about the good work I’ve done and moving forward; requirements to be hired on and joked about not forgetting my key fab....and then the next day he canned me through my agency...I was upset because it was the first job I was fired from and I truly feel it was unfair. He gave me a point for leaving mid shift for one hour to take home a sick co worker. Looking back he just wanted me gone for some reason and his word vs mine... I was working through my first temp job after a solid work history and I really liked my new job hours and location etc. my co workers liked me and I loved the work. It’s really a shame I got the worst manager in the place I would’ve loved to grow with JW Speaker. Too bad.. great people with this company though. Everywhere has a sour apple inthe bunch.

Tyler at J.W. Speaker is amazing!!! I purchased a gen 1 adaptive series headlight from a distributor off Amazon because they had the best price. Unfortunately I had a problem with the low beams and the distributor was no help. So I contacted Tyler at J.W. Speaker and not only was he very apologetic for my distributor experience but sent me out a new gen 2 adaptive series headlight because they are not making the gen 1s anymore.For those of you who have never used an adaptive headlight on a motorcycle you do not know what you are missing, I will not ride with anything else. The adaptive headlight monitors your lean angle and illuminates the dark spots on the road that normal halogen headlights miss. J.W. Speaker is state of the art in adaptive technology and Tyler in Customer Service is amazing to work with. I highly recommend the J.W. Speaker adaptive headlights for the quality, technology and Customer Service

Speaker 279 J Series LED Tail Lights and all things JW SpeakerShortly after buying my new 2016 Jeep JKU I placed an order for JW Speaker lights to replace my Headlights, Fog lights and Taillights. This was done with an authorized JW Speaker seller. Fast forward a couple of years and I had my right rear taillight go out. I contacted the original seller but found out that they had since closed their doors. I then contacted Tyler at JW Speaker about getting a replacement. Tyler and JW Speaker were happy to stand behind their product and replaced my taillight and shipped it to me in a very expeditious manner!The lights have always been the best upgrade to my Jeep and now I can say that the customer service behind the product is also top notch!!!

I purchased a set of the 8700 J EVO headlights for my 2016 JKU about approximately month ago. I have had other LED headlights in the past but these are AWESOME! Excellent design and are a lot brighter than other brands. Lets just say you get what you pay for. I did have to contact customer service and they were OUTSTANDING! Way to go AWESOME JOB! Other companies should take notes on customer service because JW Speaker has got it down. Keep up the good work! You all ROCK!

I needed model specific upgraded lights for my 2018 Peterbilt 579. Only one place had them. JW Speaker. I did my research and couldn’t make up my mind to get the Model 95 Fog Lights or Model 95 High Beam lights. I decided to get both sets. Fog for winter season and High Beam for the rest of the year. I drive 500+ miles all at night 6 days a week. I’ve had a minor issue with one set and I had the pleasure to deal with Tyler at JW Speaker when I called. If you want top notch 5-star support before and after a sale then he’s your man. He has gone above and beyond to make my lights right and get replacement parts out timely. There were no issues what-so-ever with my warranty. The Model 95 lights work superiorly. I have High-end BMW LED bulbs I installed for Hi-Lo headlights and the JW Speaker lights out-shine them. The fog has a great peripheral beam and the High Beam set out-reaches my headlight high beams. These are installed in my lower bumper and they take a beating. I’m just thankful I purchased a reliable product from a reputable vendor with excellent customer service! My hats off to Tyler for outstanding service & professional customer support!

Ive had Evolution 8700s on my 04 Mercedes Gwagon for two years and just bought the Evo IIs. The quality of the output and the precise optics that JW Speaker have created is unparalleled in the industry.I recommend the 8700s to anyone considering an upgrade from the factory halogens on their Mercedes and with the JW Speaker motorcycle rings, they are simply installed in under an hour.Get off the fence and get the lights...youll love them!

Hello, everybody!J.W.Speaker. I would like to share with you.I bought their headlights about a year ago, and I was so happy to make this purchase. I wanted to see them on my new car! Back then, these headlights were very rare to see. I paid $ 1600, plus shipping charges. That was fine with me because I was very happy to have them! I did not even get upset that they did not fit right ?! when I put them on my JEEP WRANGLER RUBICON 2012.I even received so many complements on the streets and from my friends. I even recommend these headlights to a few friends of mine.Then I got a little bit disappointed when I ran out my headlights blink / flick when engine runs. I was not able to fix this problem. Besides that, after washing my car, the headlights began to condense. The same thing was going on after each rain, and the condensed water was disappearing only in few days. For the last half a year, I have this condensed water all the time. This situation really very upsets me!Thats why I decided to contact J.W. Speaker, and I described them my problem. They told me they will solve this problem in the nearest future. I called them about six times, and they were the conversations with their managers: John Walker, Christina, Tara, and few more. Another phone calls were redirected to voicemail, and they were called ONLY ONCE after the conversation with one live person. They never replied.After three weeks of waiting, I began to call every day. All the time, there is only one answer: John Walker is working on your problem. I already had the head of irritated voices from their company twice. One of them, was Tara. Today, she said we have to be patient; John Walker is still working on the problem, and we have to wait.I have few companies that are connected to sales, services, and tech. support. I NEVER let my personnel or myself show an irritated voice to my customers. I try to solve any issue ASAP, and my customers ALWAYS know whats going on; plus, we always return any phone calls.I still hope that J.W.
