This company is awful to work for. They treat their employees very poorly and dont pay accordingly for skilled labor. Managers are racists (sending out Latino employees to buy Rice and Beans on Cinco de Mayo for work celebration) Supervisors are power hungry, micro-managers who disrespect employees through out the day. They cut corners to pinch pennies short term, when they could save money by allocating funds to make sure the job is done properly the first time. OSHA standards are obsolete. Dont trust your benefits because they wont even pay out your vacation days, and will rob you of your last pay check. Unless you are a Middle aged White Male dont expect to be respected or valued in this work place.update: This company still has yet to pay out the remainder of my last pay check they sent me a passive aggressive letter in the mail, and called asking me to remove negative comments from various reviews. I still have not received my full last pay check it has been 3 weeks!I stand by original post and recommend people not to work for this company! Sorry not sorry, if this makes it hard for you to re-fill the position. Truth is you should have treated the employee you had right the first time and you wouldnt have run into to this problem.
