Awesome service! Weve been searching for an induction oven for months and found a great deal at the Germantown location. Reno was very helpful during the entire process and because of his excellent customer service and follow up, we felt confident in making the several hundred drive to pick it up. He even warned us about needing a cord so I was able to verify we could use the one from the old oven. All wired up and ready for holiday entertaining! Thanks, Reno!

This Sears format has to be the most convenient way to shop for appliances. Very helpful and friendly employees are available to give knowledgeable and helpful guidance to selecting the best fit for my need. Went shopping for a refrigerator at the outlet. The price was reasonable. They said they were having a sale at the end of the week so we decided to wait and save 10%. When we returned on Saturday all the prices were increased even after the 10% the price on the refrigerator we were looking at was still $190 more than the original price we saw the week earlier. They said they would match the price from the previous week. The delivery went well, however when the refrigerator was plugged in it did not work. We called them and they said to come in. They were able to exchange the refrigerator with a better model which we were thankful for. It was a hassle but the store manager was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Anita :-)

Outlet had a lot too offer! Its a clean & close location, and the scratch & dents were in abundance. Some were returns and smelled like food not good. Overall good impression I will return.

Just bought a electric stove today. Hard to get a sales person to waite on us. when I worked at that store you stopped what you were doing to take care of the customer. The worst think the computer was down wasted over a hour to try and get it to work the sales person tried her hardest to get it to work. Had to drive back 6 miles to complete the sale. It is a sad day when you cant enter a sales manually.

Lots of scratch and dent products. They had what I needed. The staff was polite and very helpful. Did I mention patient. Lots of hard to find items.

For this to be an outlet the prices are really high. The warranty prices are even higher.

Good prices on scratch and dent as well as in-box items

From the day I went in till 3 months later has been a nightmare. I bought a couch thru a lease- I made sure with the sales associate which side the chaise had to be on, they told me 3-4 weeks until the couch could be delivered, it ended up being 6wks plus the day they said they where delivering it, I stayed home during the window they told me & they never showed up, 3 hrs late they delivered the wrong couch. I was so upset, they said they would order the correct couch in 2 wks I would receive it, 6 wks later I waited at home for hours as they said they were 40min away, They never showed up, another waisted day, I have spent over $500 already for a couch I didnt order. I am not hearing back from them. I contacted the lease company to help me. Every sales associate I talk to seem like they dont know what they are doing & are very un-professional on the phone & in person. I really feel like this is a joke!

I wanted to use a leftover gift card from Sears Hardware I was told that I could use it but when I went to go make my transaction I was told that their computer system was down and I have to come back another day or order something online.

I purchased a refrigerator New in the box and in 5 months it stopped working the sent a tech who said he needed to replace a part that would take an additional 2 weeks to get to him now the refrigerator went out in April of this year 2019 and now it is June 2019 almost July 2019 and the refrigerator is not fixed nor replace and I was told by the store manager in her yelling voice that I WAS NOT GETTING A REFUND So now I have to pay to get an attorney to see if I can get money back so I can get a refrigerator some place else I need help Im a senior on a fixed income with no where to store my food Someone please HELP do not buy anything from any Sears stores or outlets it a rip off
