After reading all the 5 star reviews I cant help but think we caught Anthony on a bad day. We were buying for our trailer and were interested in scratched and dented as we were trying to save some money on a fridge, stove and microwave. What we ended up getting went way beyond scratched and dented. The stove had been dropped. There were glass bits on my floor from where the window in the door broke and was replaced. There is also a piece of tape with three pieces of glass on it in between the glass. Who does that and why?? The microwave was too big. It didnt matter that it was used. It was huge and we simply couldnt use it. No returns. The new fridge we bought is junk. Probably the cheapest fridge made. The doors dont even fit right. We didnt get the chance to check out the stove as it was wrapped in plastic and you could see a few dents on the side and lower part, but we didnt think that was a big deal. Had we known that we were getting a stove that had gone through major trauma, we probably would have passed. Anthony was no help at all. All we wanted was to return or exchange the microwave. Nope. When I called he thought I was a different customer and was very rude until he found out I wasnt who he thought I was. Unprofessional. I cant stress enough when it comes to this store--Let the buyer beware--because they will give you the shaft.
Anthony was great, he greeted my wife and I as soon as we came in the store, helped us find what we really needed by listening to what we asked, then we found a clothing dryer that was really nice with only a small amount of scuffing, but a really good price, so we bought it. During the process of installing it, we realized we had made a mistake and worried that we might not be able to return it to the store for credit but again Anthony went above and beyond, helping us get a different dryer that is perfect. No questions asked, well be back to buy more from here
Yes went into the Gilbert AZ store and Anthony was so gracious to help me with a warranty purchase that was made in California. My daughter who married a Active Duty Marine they received there base housing and we went to the store in Oceanside spent a few thousand dollars. The washer we bought along with a Warranty has a problem my daughter tried getting help and the service was extremely poor. It was you need to call store you need to call warranty number back in forth. She called me extremely upset this is when I went to Gilbert store and Anthony was Amazing with the effort to help us get the crises resolved. As I told Anthony my daughter along with my 83 year old mother in law does not need to be going to a laundry mat! Anthony has kept me informed what is happening and giving direction to when and who we need to call. Bless you Anthony you saved American Freight from getting a extremely bad review.
I ordered a washer and dryer set from America Freight, but I initially ordered from two different stores to get a matching set. One was coming from out of state and was going to cost quite a bit for shipping. Paulie saw this, and saw that he had both pieces in store so he called me and helped me arrange to have them both from his location instead of just the one, saving me a ton on shipping. Ive never had anyone actually reach out and care that Im getting the best deal on something, and that really stood out. I highly recommend this store!

I tried to post my review on here but it is way to long and won’t post. All I can say is ANTHONY is the worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with. In no position is he in to be a manager. Completely rude, hostile, and such a nasty attitude. I have contacted corporate just now. I have posted on their Instagram, Twitter, Yelp, everywhere I can think of. From reading just a recent review left 3hrs ago and previous ones, I’m not the only person that has had a horrible experience with Anthony. After so many issues with this individual why would they continue to choose to have him represent their company? He kicked my father out of “his” store today and said now we can’t go back to get a refund till Monday?!?! Excuse me? My father has health issues and how he was treated by Anthony had left him very uneasy. All it took was for Anthony to own up to his mistakes and say sorry, I mean we all make mistakes. But no he let his ego and nasty attitude take over. EVERYONE RUN DONT GO HERE!

Over the course of several years, we have ordered a refrigerator, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, and most recently, a deep freezer.I am shocked at some of the reviews here. The staff has been nothing but professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. We have only had a product issue once, but the matter was resolved beyond my expectation.One staff associate stands out. His name is Paulie. With the amount of assistance that is promptly provided, I surmise that he is the manager. I will forever be loyal to this company, specifically this Gilbert location - nothing but good out of this place.They also have furniture! I believe this is a new addition since our last purchase. Given the level of customer service, we will be shopping here first for our sons bedroom set.You see, customer service is a fleeting characteristic of businesses these days. Even though I come here for the prices, I would happily pay extra just for the level of care provided by these folks. I understand the things are at this place because they were damage. On their signs said 50% off all appliances. When looked at the signs amount, on the sign did not make sense, it was not even marked down 50%. The man that was working there was super unfriendly and didnt really try to make any sales. When did I taking our business somewhere else and saving money to stove I was looking at cost there over $1,000 I paid less than $900 brand new without dents at Home Depot and warranty.

Purchased a reconditioned and Sears Certified refrigerator that did not function properly from day one. Had a back and forth battle over the phone alternately calling the store and the repair service number. After 2 weeks we finally went in person to the store and made them call repair in order to finally get a service tech out to the house. When the tech got there he started asking questions such as how long have you had this refrigerator? Where did you purchase it? Do you have the receipt? We gave him our receipt showing purchase date 2 weeks ago. The repairman then says do you know this refrigerator is 6 years old? This store sold us a 6 year old broken refrigerator! (There is a sticker inside the refrigerator with manufacture date Mar 2011! Look for and check this before you buy!) Return is a nightmare too. Will never buy from Sears again 😲

I chose to drive in and pick it up myself rather than buy online with delivery. The unit wasnt quite what I was hoping for, so I didnt purchase it, which cost me a trip. I have had a good experience in the past, hence the three stars, but this was a disappointing trip. I guess my new fridge will have to wait.[update] I updated my review to four stars because the District Manager reached out to follow up with me, good customer service always wins. I bought my refrigerator 6 months ago 2 months in I was already having issues with it! My ice dispenser was leaking water till this day it still is I called they told me it was just the temperature not true!! Not even a month later I notice my refrigerator was not cold but the freezer was working fine I called took 2 weeks for someone to come out. They let me know it was because the vents where frozen he took care of that. A week later happen again called to have someone come out again!! This time the technician told me it was the fan it wasn’t working properly and I needed a new one also something else was wrong with the back of the refrigerators they ordered the parts on oct13th. Tell me why I still haven’t received the parts to get fixed! It’s going to be a month soon that I don’t have a refrigerator that works and this is only 6 months having this refrigerator. Also to mention I have full warranty on this refrigerator. I call at least once a week to check if there is any news on the part all I get is that it’s on back order!! Please people save your self from this headache purchase some where else!

I purchased a fridge from sears outlet in Gilbert. I was suppose to have my fridge delivered today. I was hoping to buy groceries and make a delicious dinner for my family. This however did not happen.. The delivery drivers aren’t good at communicating. They called and left a voicemail an hour before they showed up. I was at home waiting with my dog for two hours with no call or update. When I called the driver back multiple times it went straight to voicemail. I then called sears outlet in Gilbert at 1:30 pm 4/13/2020 and The manager stated he couldn’t get ahold of the drivers and they would be there before 3 pm. I called back at 3pm 4/13/2020. The manager then stated the drivers were at my house from 1:07-1:09 then left my house. No one rang my doorbell no one Knocked on my door. I then was questioning why this wasn’t told to me when I called earlier at 1:30pm. The manager stated when I called he didn’t realize who I was. I gave my name and number so this didn’t make sense to me. Nor do I feel like they actually care about customer service considering I called and provided all my information. Me and my partner drove out from Phoenix to talk to the store manager hoping he could resolve our issue. We received no help and we constantly caught the manager lying. The earliest they can deliver our fridge is 4 days later. This is absolutely unacceptable and the fact that they couldn’t do anything to compensate for their complete lack of costumer service is baffling.
I cant recommend Sears Outlet enough! The customer service is great. The manager, Manny, and his staff go above beyond to help you find what you need. I was able to save lots of money over other appliance stores. The delivery was fast, install went well, and they made sure everything was working for me. My wife and I were looking for a replacement electric stove and were interested in upgrading to a more efficient technology. We were greeted immediately by Manny Martinez who was very gracious, friendly and knowledgeable!! He showed us our options, explained the various differences and even assisted with evaluating cost comparisons! We realized the offer was a great value and we purchased our new stove without any hesitation. During the payment process, we were noting we were also in the market for a new mattress and once again, Manny was very helpful in the review of our options. We were ecstatic with the quality of the product and his exemplary customer service!! What a fantastic experience from beginning to end!! Updated...The store manager is bending over backwards to ensure we are satisfied. Whatever the system issue is, we are not the only customers that have been having this warranty issue. I dont believe it it is the store.Very disappointed. We had a pleasant experience in the store with both the sales reps and the store manager. We were thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service. We selected our fridge and had it delivered a few days later. All seemed to be in working order when the delivery team left. After setting the temperature for the various cabinets (fridge, flex drawer and freezer) we left it alone to do its job. An hour later...the fridge was still warm and the temp read 80°, but the freezer was cooling so we thought it needed more time. Another hour went by it was cooler in the fridge, but the water was not working and the light was not coming on when we opened the door. We called the store and they referred us to the product protection we purchased. Our information was not in the system 4 days after the purchase. We were told it could take 5 days...that would include the weekend so we waited until Monday. Still nothing - the warranty company referred us back to the store. We called again and was given the same verbal run around - new system, re-branding, takes time to update. Daily attempts with both the warranty and the store have gotten us nowhere. Now, 13 days later, we are lucky to be able to keep our food, but we still dont have a fully functioning fridge or a serviceable warranty that will see this fixed. The promises from the store have fallen flat.

This is my ‘go to store’ for appliances since I moved To AZ. The staff is friendly and courteous. I prefer this location over all the others because of staff. They really care and want what’s best for you, not just trying to make the best sale for the associate. I had a fridge poop out on me and I was able to get a really great deal on a fridge that I really LOVE because there were some cosmetic blemishes on the door panels. The inside is brand new and it is beautiful! We already have it filled to capacity. I definitely recommend checking out the stick at the sears outlet in gilbert. You never know what you may find!!PS. They have great deals on small kitchen appliances as well, not just the big ones. In the past I bought a $100 tea percolator for $20!!!!

We always end up here when the appliance need arises. We have bought a dishwasher, washing machine and now a fridge. They sometimes have discounts on already discounted items. I love that they still do a black Friday discount. Dishwasher and washine machine are still going. And we have had them over 4 years now.I found a fridge of my liking but the door opened the wrong way for the house. So we asked them to switch it. When i called 2 hours later to confirm pick up, I was told they found the exact fridge without the ding that was in the front. Francisco, Mammy and Jon were awesome in getting me the info I needed, and getting me a fridge.

From my experience, the customer service here is Amazing. When someone entered the door they welcomed them and asked them if they needed help. They are very polite when helping, and if your budget was lower than what you were going to get, they would always try to help you find something else that would work. Especially Diana who helped me.

Wow!! This is my first time visiting an Sears Outlet and I was blown away by the amount attention i received just by opening the door! I just came from a big box retailer and stood there for a long time waiting to be acknowledged and when I did, they were not interested in helping me. But here customer service is clearly a top priority! They were very friendly and like others stated very detailed oriented. The gentleman who helped me carry my tool box to my truck shook my hand and thanked me! This new loyal customer will be returning!
Found a dishwasher for a good price and it lookwd like it was at the Gilbert location. When I got there discovered the item was at s different location. Tried to find a comparable dishwasher and they were all over my budget. Employees were nice, place was clean
I live near the showroom in Chandler and left because of the rude guy there. Found this Sears outlet store with amazing customer service from Tatiana.. Sorry misspelled her name. The other guy with her was awesome as well. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and welcomed. She was so helpful and so nice! Not to mention their prices are amazing! Defentitly coming back for more appliances.
Its mostly for dinged up clearance appliances and is a great deal if you can live with a few blemishes. You can get up to 30 to 50% off retail. The other part is almost swap meet style clearance aisles... lawn mowers, tool boxes, beds, couches, e.t.c. Dont expect great customer service due to entry level sales staff, or the cleanest store/ facilities, but its worth the deals.

So, my long time friend, The Dryer started making a LOUD squeaking noise. Im not happy about buying new appliances. I thought that since the dryer is complaining, the washer will be next. I researched a LOT of places including this one (American Freight...) Not only did I do my research on-line, but I was able to check them all out by walking in their store front. When I walked in to American Freight, I was greeted with a big SMILE and a big WELCOME! I later learned that this persons name is Veronica. I let her know what was going on and I even told her that I believe I found the washer and drier at another place but I still wouldnt feel right if I didnt at least come in and check them out. Im SOOO glad I did!! Veronica told me that she totally understood that I may not even buy from them and she let me know it was ok. Ive NEVER felt that much of a lack of pressure from any sales organization! (We all hate to be SOLD) As I was looking around at their HUGE selection, I came across a GE matching set washer and dryer that was priced RIGHT. I took pics and let her know that I may be back. She said, No worries, Ill be here when you return. A couple of days later, I HAD to make a decision. It was because of Veronicas great welcoming AND ZERO pressure to buy is why I chose American Freight. Veronica is a GEM and I hope shes paid worth her time. I got the washer and dryer home and I connected the washer to power, drain and water. I found that the valves in the washer must be stuck.... BUMMER!! .... I went back to Veronica, NOW was a GREAT time for her to make it right. She called her manager and asked if she could trade it for another one. He immediately agreed! I chose another manufacture and paid the difference. I got the now one home and in 10 minutes, I was washing clothes with NO issues!! Thank you for hiring Veronica!!!

On 06/08/2020 We need a new dishwasher so we decided to shop here because we had good service when we bought our stove.Only one floor sales employee was working with customers and the others were in the rear of the store doing their thing. We waited apparently 35 mins for the sales employee to help us. We had already picked out the dishwasher so it was pretty much a done deal. Aa we waited I noticed 5 customers come and go without even a hello or Ill be right with you. After 2 hours we finally got all squared away and walked out with our purchase.06/09/2020 We were told that the 3rd party delivery company will call and give us a time frame when they will arrive the following day. We received no call.06/10/2020 Called the store to see what time the delivery and installation guys will arrive. Store employee said the store doesnt deliver but a 3rd party company does and she was nice enough to call them for me. I got a call back and she informed me the will arrive between 1100 and 1500 hrs.Delivery guys show up, remove my old dishwasher and take it too their truck, bring in the new dishwasher, hook it up, remove the blue protected tape on front only to discover it the wrong color. We had paid for a white dishwasher not stainless steel.I told the delivery guy that isnt the one we had ordered. They delivery guy asked if I wanted that one instead. No thanks. I asked him to take it but he said he should be back tomorrow with the correct one. He didnt want to drag the old one back in, uninstall the stainless one and reinstall the old dishwasher. We call the store and spoke to the mgr and explained to him what the problem was. But the time we spoke to the mgr the delivery guy had already spoken to him about the screw up. The store mgr said he will have the correct dishwasher delivered tomorrow 06/11/2020. He did mention he will call with the delivery time and will open the box to ensure its the correct color dishwasher. So well see if his word to fix this holds up. If not Ill just cancel the order.06/11/2020 The correct color dishwasher arrive today at a decent time. Time frame they have us was 1400 hrs to 1800 hrs. Delivery was here at approximately 1445 hrs. The delivery / installer did call to inform us he was on the way and showed up unexpectedly. They did call yesterday when they were on their way. The install was acceptable besides pointing out the fit was a little off at one point. Installer claimed it was the cabinet wasnt straight. The one dishwasher they left was straight and fit perfectly and so did the old one. So I was real wasnt impress with him. Good thing I was there to insure the fit was correct. I asked the delivery / installer if it came with the owners manual and he looked at me and then blew me off. At that point I just wanted him done and gone. There was a small mess but no biggie. I told him Ill just vacuum it up and he need not worried about it. A little on the unprofessional in my opinion.As far as the dishwasher goes its nice, quiet and does the job.Unless they make us an offer on the new refrigerator (well be shopping for in a month or two) we cant refuse, we wont be back.But if you do purchase an item here and have it delivered / installed, keep an eye on the installer and check the appliance before they install it. We should had.Theyre not like Sears was and thats what we expected.Hope my experience helps at all. Be safe and stay healthy.

If i could give their delivery a negative number I would. This has to be the worst delivery service I have ever seen. We were promised delivery on Friday and they had ZERO contact with us unless we called them. It is Saturday night and I have had my delivery pushed back 4 days till Monday with no logical explanation. With how inept they have been I doubt I will see it then. They decided to take off on Friday (no call), Saturday another poor excuse (no call until I called them) and when I asked for a Manager I was told he is being an idiot today and will call me back (no call received, dont want to break their wonderful track record of ineptitude). So now I have to take another day off to get my purchase on Monday. Its sad because the sales associate when we bought it was great. I feel sorry for him because he is the only person who seems to do anything properly at this location. I will be calling their corporate office because they obviously fail on the delivery side of their business and they do not care that they fail either.Update, called on Sunday to speak to Manager Vince. Sat on hold for over 24 minutes without speaking to Vince. I was told I was going to receive a callback from Vince and never did. I called them to get information because Vince refuses to call me. Just when I think the customer service cant get any worse it does. At this point I want Corporate because I am a Manager myself and if I treated a customer like this I would be looking for a job.Final update, Manny the person who we bought the refrigerator from is coming to deliver on Sunday on his day off due to the other employees and managers ineptitude. Thank you to Manny as you are the only person who cares about customer service at this location. I hope they appreciate you and give you a raise as you are the only person who did anything to help us.
Products and prices are good, but the representative couldnt really tell us how the floor was organized and kept showing us washer options when we were looking for a dryer. Paperwork took an inordinate amount of time.
Recently (1 YEAR AGO) purchased a refrigerator. Small unnoticed dent counter depth. Was professionally delivered and set up. Old stuff hauled away. Also purchased gas cook top new in box at 1/3 rd the price. Still using and loving them both. Big sears fan. Thanks for the great product at very very reasonable price.

Good prices on nice appliances. The manager is one of the nicest people around. Really went above and beyond for me. Would have been a 5 star but the delivery service used refused to install even though I paid. The manager refunded me and apologized profusely though and even came to my house after work and installed it for me himself. Ask for Manny if you need anything and you are sure to get great service. Just dont use their delivery.
Was going to buy a freezer that had a red tag discount on the unit and on the box. Was told that instead of being $488 as the price tag read that I had to pay the updated price of $533. Individual who appeared to be the manager was neither apologetic or helpful.
I had an overall great dealing with this location! I bought a washer march of 2017. I bought the 5 yr protection plan (thank god i did too) and had to warranty out my washer. Since i bought it here i went back to get a new one! Manny was amazing. Mine was no longer available but he found a new great fit with all my current features and then some! He did all the warranty paperwork for me and delivered it when they said they would. Delivery guys were freaking amazing and super sweet to my dog who barked the entire time. I felt safe with them in my home. Going back to buy a fridge next month :) FYI: we worked with Zion also, and he was super amazing too! Great with my kids while we shopped around which you dont commonly find.

My husband and I came in on a Saturday to buy a dishwasher. We were back by Wednesday to buy a Refrigerator. Both experiences were great. Manny has knowledge, friendly staff who aren’t pushy at all. The selection of dented/dinged and floor model appliances is fantastic. Had a board go out on my washer and sears service was no help. Manager here compensated me on an already discounted washer.Delivery was as scheduled and no issues with new washer. Very satisfied with resolution.
We bought double ovens for a very good price 3 months ago and they have worked perfectly. No flaws or blemishes. Sales team was hassle-free and no pressure. Delivery/installation team was very professional and fast.

We got a nice price on a fridge there a few years ago and stopped in again to look for a washer and dryer. There were 5 or 6 employees at the counter and one asked what we were looking for. When I said washer and dryer she asked if we were looking for a set... because they dont have many of those most of these are all dryers, she said. So look around and see if you have any questions. Uhhh...yeah...we had a question...where are these washers? Did she really expect us to hunt through 100 dryers for the 5 washers? When we looked at the washers they had, none of them had the sizes or the features on the tags. Little miss helpful has to look them up individually on the computer and shes not too happy about it. We were clearly bothering her so we left.
Maybe you should update your hours on here at the same time you update the name of the store. I got here at 7:55 and was told that they couldn’t help because they close at 8 and they had already shut down the registers. When I mentioned the hours on here showed it was open until 9 the employee told me the hours changed when you switched from Sears Outlet. Maybe you should have changed those hours at the same time as you changed the name so I wouldn’t have had to drive across town to be turned away earlier than even the new hours of operation .
I purchased 3 appliances from this Sears location about 3 weeks ago and set up delivery for Saturday, Aug. 24th. They use a 3rd party to handle their delivery and installs, and the delivery company failed to input my order on their delivery schedule, so I was looking at 3 to possibly 4 days late for my delivery. This would have put me in a horrible bind, especially being a father of 2 small children, but when I called, both the store manager, Manny, and the assistant store manager, Ryan, understood my predicament and stepped up in a huge way. They both took it upon themselves to load up the 3 appliances on a personal pickup truck, and personally delivered and installed all 3 the next day, Sunday the 25th. This was a big deal for me and my family, and I really appreciate them so much for going the extra mile for me. If you go to this location, rest assured that Manny and Ryan will ensure you are well taken care of.
Not really impressed. All they really had was row after row of gigantic french door models. Not one bottom freezer, a few side by sides and just a couple top freezers. And all those were huge, too. I realize stock can change when its an outlet but the prices seemed awfully high, too. And they also want $90+ to deliver. If youre looking for a french door, you might save a couple hundred, tho.

Great place, nice people. Bought a Dinged up Refrigerator 2 years back, and just needed some elbow grease. Saved a lot of money. Clean store, easy to walk around, and a large variety of different appliences to look at. Highly recommended!

Ordered a dishwasher and had some frustrations with getting delivery but Manny worked diligently to get them resolved. Very pleased with his persistent and helpful attitude.

Absolute great experience. Walked in was greeted with a smile. I told the man what I was looking for. He took me around and gave me great options. He too care of paper work and watrenty for all 4 items. Very happy customer. We will be back!

Went to this outlet store today ready to buy a washer and dryer and over the range microwave. The two employees never acknowledge us, nor ever said have a good night when we walked out. They looked our direction and never made an attempt to say anything. Zero costumer service and prices are terrible. Prices are the same or close to prices at a store with new product. Never ever will return and I will make sure everyone I know never goes here. I dont know how this store is still here. Arizona mills Sears outlet is much better with outstanding customer service. Spent nearly 4,000 on all appliances and left very happy. This store could learn from them
Looking for new washer, dryer and fridge. Had cash in hand, I was in the store for 30 minutes and no-one had said a single word to me. Went to JC Penney and spent less than I would have at Sears outlet and got a new dish washer that I did not even need.

Its hard to find a diamond in the rough. The staff is friendly, but allot of what is sold is scratched and is floor models . The prices are just way to high and sometimes near the regular price in some items . Sears also has a terrible reputation for delivering products and complaints so it doesnt help. I suggest new unless you really have to .
Not part of Sears. They just use the name. They are overpriced. I asked about a hole reel that seemed a little expensive. Amazon had it for 30 bucks. These guys were selling for 64.99. I questioned and all the guy said was nobody can beat Amazon.
While you get a discount they make everything impossible but promise you easy through the process. Took a week for them to get us a delivery day that worked then never showed up after promising to get it to us that day. Paid for delivery and removal and when finally coming they didnt bring the proper tools to take the old fridge with them. Still have the old fridge and have been trying for 5 days to get a removal scheduled. BIGGEST HASSLE EVER!!The only thing that was convenient is after all the drama. Shawn and Lucas were amazing! Friendly, nice, and made sure we didnt need anything else.
Worth checking out before you buy a washer and dryer somewhere else.

When you walk in the door, odds are you will find yourself alone. It is a vast, empty wasteland - and for good reason. The staff there have no clue what they are doing! I had to go search out someone to assist me, and then it got worse from there. They dont know what they are selling - and seem to have lots of experience shrugging things off with a weak apology when you have to drag what you bought back to the store.You might save a little bit of money…but it isnt worth it.

Paid $1,400 for a washer and dryer which were never delivered. They havent refunded my money after 14 business days and the staff refused to put me in contact with anyone who actually could help me resolve this issue. Do not do business with them unless you have a lawyer on retainer who can force them to uphold their agreements.
