Planet Geek was worth every penny. They gathered information about my project, provided me with quote, and we’re able to fit me the very next day.They showed up right on time to mount my electric fireplace, cedar mantle, and 85” TV. They even left to go get me a better quality mount for that large of a TV.Every detail was perfect. They promptly cleaned up after themselves, set up the TV and surround sound, and took all trash with them.I will definitely be using Planet Geek again very soon for my home security set up.

I highly highly recommend Planet Geek!!! Adam and his team did a tricky TV mount on a brick wall in our new house, and it looks absolutely awesome. Adam was prompt in responding to me and showed up on time. He and his team found an issue in our attic where a previous owner had done a hacky job connecting our garage door opener and he fixed it while running power for our TV, saving us a bunch of time and money. It’s hard to find good people who care about the job they do, and Adam is one of the good ones.

Just had this company come out to repair an existing alarm system...had a terrible time finding a company that would just come out and do repairs! After accessing the problem they told me that because of the crazy way the original system had been installed it made it impossible to diagnose without spending hours. They recommended I install a new simpler system, advised me of my options and there was no pressure to use them to facilitate this. On top of this they didnt even charge me for the service call. Very impressed and would highly recommend them.

This is long overdue, but Adam and his team are amazing. I wouldnt trust anyone else for A/V work. We had 2 TVs mounted, 3 Ring cameras and a Ring doorbell installed (which he was able to tap into the old intercom system). We also had him install a whole theater room setup, including mounting the projector and screen, wiring 5 speakers in the ceiling, and running everything to a closet hideaway. On top of all of that, he gave our older home a huge upgrade by running Ethernet cables through the 3 level home, which also conveniently hides in the master closet. The ingenuity it took to see how to get everything through the house was spot on.Youll be happy you called Adam, trust me.

Excellent service in every way. We are 82/83 year olds. We cut the cord with Direct TV. Adam and his team are professionals. They provided an alternative to Direct TV at 1/3 the monthly cost. They told us what equipment to buy, came to our house, and had the new equipment quickly installed.Just one example of the of Planet Geeks quality: We had purchased a new TV antenna to be installed in the attic. Entering the attic, they found an antenna already installed. No need for the new one. They professionally repackaged the new antenna for return to Amazon. They spent time with us fine tuning the system for simplification and explaining/training us to be sure we completely understood how to get the best results from our new installation. Adam was though and patient. We would highly recommend these guys for anything electronic.

Adam and Justin installed a Ring doorbell and replaced security cameras. Adam was very willing to look at my faulty security cameras. They werent installed by him, but he was willing to work on them. It has been very hard to get someone to help me because they didnt do the original work. After consulting with Adam we decided that new cameras would be more user friendly than what I had. They were helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond! I highly recommend them!
