Would have given 5 stars but they were too busy to help me as a walk in. I had to make an appointment for them to look at my minor vehicle damage.They seem very capable and professional. They were polite and helpful and seem to have a great reputation.

Had ins work done and the door that got replaced the rubber is now melting and gets all over my hands. Told them about it and they said thats not their problem. Im trying to trade my car in and this should be included in the lifetime warranty. Not 1 of the other 3 window rubber pieces which are original have done what the 4th is doing which is original also. Wouldnt go back here

Promised to communicate by text. That lasted for one text. Promised the repairs in a week (work week, 5 days) they finished in 12 work days (M-F) only communication was when I called. Same story. Waiting on parts. Or going into paint. When they finally finished. After numerous calls that day. They finally called to tell me my car was done. The time was 4:40. The close at 5:30. Really? 50 minutes to find a ride and inspect the work? I will say. The final work seems to be acceptable.

Frank and Lauren both made the repair experience as good as one can expect. Communications were regular and succinct, which helped to manage my expectations. The repair took longer than i expected, due to unseen damage that wasnt detected until the car was on the alignment rack, but overall, a good experience. Id use them again.

I brought my car by to have scratch inspected prior to lease return. Scratch buffed out while I waited at no charge. Great people and great service!

Very frustrating experience. I picked up my car and some damage had not been repaired and there were additional deep scratches on the vehicle that were not there at drop off time. Lauren had told us that NO damage remained on the vehicle except for the windshield, which was damaged from a previous incident. We really expected the car to be at 100% when we came in. The owner came out and argued with me about how the insurance company was not going to approve repairing the rest of the damage. Honestly, that may be the case, but its not Gerber Collisions place to argue that with me. Ill take it to my insurance company and work it out with them. Gerber also admitted that they could not see the scratches on their intake photos. He offered to *try* to buff out the new scratches, but he couldnt guarantee theyd actually come out. Needless to say, I left Gerber Collision in a much worse mood than should have been the case.

The final product after came out great.

Quickly estimated the damage and the cost of repair. Completed the repair in a timely manner. Professional and friendly staff.

Very disappointed with everything starting with their offices paper pusher to them blaming their poor organization on vendors. If you are looking for a quality shop what so ever please save your time.
