Great place to do business with! When I wrecked my truck these guys went over and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was back up and running and in tip top shape to get back out on the road again! I’d especially like to give props to Gary Sullivan, the man in charge of getting my truck all back together again. They finished all the repairs I needed weeks faster than any other shop I enquired about and they were superb in giving me text updates every step of the way to keep me informed of my vehicles progress. I’d recommend using them to anyone who asks. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff that will be there to answer any questions or concerns you may have about your repair. Thank you service king! I hope I never have to need your help in the future but god forbid I do, I will be back!

Great place to get your car repairs done. Friendly service from the start to the finish. Rudy was our service advisor and he kept us in the loop every step of the way. Quality workmanship. My car looks great. The work was done well and finished ahead of schedule. If you need repairs done you cant go to a better place.

My Jeep was hit last August spent till almost November there because they kept Extending the time finally got it back and next day check engine light came on called them about it since the car had nothing wrong with it when It was taken in. They made me drive 25 mins back so they could tell me to take it to the Jeep dealership for an $150.00 check up out of my own pocket because if not they were not going to take responsibility for the lack of work they did on the car. Fast forward to now finally got the money to get it checked out RON the manger yells at me about the issue over the phone makes me wait another week for him to even look at my car now they say they will take car of the $150.00 charge makes me wait an hour for them to till me it won’t be ready till tomorrow. Let me just say RON the manger is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. I regret taking my Jeep so much don’t make the same mistake as me. They used the excuse that my car is old to put super cheap parts on it because according to them a 2014 year Jeep is VERY OLD MODEL like they said.

I received great service here. Gary was extremely friendly and helpful. He knew exactly what it took to fix my car. My car was fixed in a timely manner, the other 3 workers I spoke with was friendly as well and kept me updated about my car. I loved this place because they respect their clients and now my car is running well because, of there hard, great work. Thanks so much Service king collision your hard work. It is truely appreciated.

These guys took care of my wifes truck quickly and completely. After having the rear bumper of truck pushed in, they knew exactly what needed to be done and worked with my insurance (USAA) to get it done right. Customer service was the best too. Thank you to everyone at Collision King!

Rude at check in, terrible communication, rude on phone when called to ask about status.This place has somehow managed to turn a 4.4 HOUR job into an 8 DAY+ job and I am now being told -on day 8 of a 4 hour job- that it will take another couple days because they ordered the wrong part and they won’t receive until Friday morning. Add to this the terrible attitude from most employees we have spoken with trying to get updates because at no time did they ever advise us of any delays (we only ever found out because we called Days into the repair) however, we did get a text 2 days ago saying the car was almost done, but when I called today to see when I can get it they don’t even have the parts? What is going on at this place?I have had this exact same repair done before at a different service king and have gotten the car back the very same day.I’ve already complained to my insurance company, and I’m about to start filing more complaints...

This is the spot for any work you need done on your car! Prior to this my 300 was serviced by a different Service King and the quality of work was frustrating and unprofessional and it made me upset but, I gave Service King a second chance and decide to go to a different location to get work redone and it ended up being a great experience, way better than the last one. The manager George who was very helpful and involved in the whole process ensured he would handle the work and relieve me of the frustrations caused by the previous visit and he delivered. He gave me updates consistently and made sure I knew what the status was. Helped me get my car back in a timely manner with everything sorted and asked for completed to satisfactory. Shout out to the crew here and thanks again!

Best experience ever at this Service King. I went to another place for estimate first and waited longer for that person to provide estimate than I waited while dropping off, getting rental car and picking up combined. Rudy Garcia was extremely communicative during process and I did not have to call once. My truck was done three days early. Does not get better than that.

Just picked up my car after I got into 2 collisions in the same day and they handled both claims perfectly and professionally. The quarter panel and rear bumper cover are fitted well and the paint looks gorgeous. Really nice work.

Complete Nightmare!!! Do not take your vehicle here!! Took my vehicle here for front end rock damage. The first time I tried to pick it up I had two long gouges along either side of my car. I had paint overspray in multiple areas including my dash! (Apparently they decided to repaint my car while the windshield was off). I also had chunks of paint everywhere. Then somehow I got rock damage all over the passenger side of my vehicle (which wasnt there when I took it in). They cannot properly paint a vehicle and I highly recommend finding a different body shop!Reply to Service King Owner: Service King had my vehicle for almost two months attempting to “make things right”. They ended up sending me to a different Service King body shop trying to fix the damage this body shop caused! They are all the same, Terrible! The only way they could “make it right” is to buy me a new vehicle that Service King never touched!!

Bad Business lost my service today. As I write this in the shade cover of Service King parking, one of the employees showed off with a burnout out in his blue Dodge pickup as he left the entrance to parking lot . I hope at least it was his own truck and not a customers vehicle??? Dont expect to do business with Service King Collision unless you provide your email. They have got to have your email because its so important... They would rather not have your business if they cant have your email. Thats why they lost mine..
