This place a one stop shop for Mom and baby! They offer great fitness classes; prenatal yoga, barre, and parent and me yoga. There are also some great pregnancy classes to chose from! The little botique in the front is so cute. Lots of products that are made right here in Phoenix! Bows, adorable outfits, etc. I definitely recommend giving Modern Milk a visit if you are in the area!

I signed up for a lactation consultation for the following morning. I packed my newborn in the car and drove 30 minutes for my appointment. I waited for an hour at Modern Milk (with a hungry baby nonetheless) and the LC no-showed. They kept telling me she was close etc. It turns out their system never notified her she had an appointment. They ended up offering me a discounted session at the other location and the LC reached out and apologized. They did the best they could after the fact but it was still extremely frustrating for a new mom.

I took my first prenatal yoga class here and it was amazing!! I wish I hadnt waited until my third trimester to start coming. It was a very natural approach and focused a lot on safe stretching, breathing, and relaxing. It was a very welcoming environment and didnt feel judgy at all. I will definitely be coming back for more :)

This place is amazing; we did a class pre baby which was amazing and now I just signed up my wife for the Happy Mom School. Great people excited for my Wife and Baby!!
