Purchased a pool table and game consol. Price was competitive. Scheduling delivery was okay, but they give you a window that is so large, it’s like waiting for the cable guy. A 2-5 window on a Saturday, kind of kills the day. We made sure we were home, then we get a call just before 5, they are delayed. They arrive just before 7. The set up guys were wonderful.They did not bring a play kit with them, so it sits, ready to play without the sticks or balls. Nice. They asked then owner about this and he told them not to bring it. They thought it was unusual.The table also came with a good ding on it that was not on it at the showroom, so I am waiting to see how they handle this. Unfortunately, the store location is a long ways away, so another trip is in order to pick up the package so we can play.I’ll update this review once I see how they want to handle the play kit and dent.

Service with a smile. They have a really good selection of products. Pool tables and accessories, video games, and pretty much anything you would need to complete your game room.

Over a year ago my husband and I bought a pool table at Diamondback Billiards and had a wonderful experience, so when it came time to find spectator chairs it was the first place we visited. Rusty was extremely helpful in sending us pictures of different options we could go with. We went to EVERY SINGLE BILLIARD STORE IN ARIZONA that day to make sure we were getting a good deal. At the end of the day, we ended up right back at Diamond Billiards. They stayed open late for us to make sure what we got was exactly what we wanted. With their interest free financing and excellent customer service, its hard to imagine going anywhere else.

Not just the best game room store... but hands down one of the best businesses Ive ever had the pleasure to deal with. My first purchase was nearly 10 years ago... when it was time to outfit the new home gameroom Diamondback Billiards was my first thought and Im very glad I came back. I am always super impressed with this organization from top down with regards to their team as well as the best items and prices to be found. Excellent all around, highly recommended!!

It would be nice if they were actually open on Sundays. Web site says Sunday 12-5, and even there open signs were on but doors locked and no one there. Tried calling both numbers on the door and no answer. Get it together guys.

Bought new pool cue with written one year guarantee. Only used it a few hours, kept in case and controlled temp room. It warped took it back and got a long runaround from the owner. Finally he told me I had abused the cue and refused to honor the written warranty signed by his employee. What a lowlife way to run a business. Don’t purchase anything there as their promises are worthless.

Rusty and his staff are the best! This is the place to go for all of your Gameroom needs. They now have arcades and Pinballs as well. They offer financing, same as cash, and other options to get the pool table or shuffleboard you have always wanted. If you feel like building yourself a killer Gameroom this is a must stop in and see.

Here’s an idea. Get the hours correct on google. It says you are open on Sundays until 5pm. We drive 20 min to get there, pull up and the open sign is lit up in the window but they are closed. With technology and everyone using their phones.....let’s get it right. Lots of $ missed today.

I went in with extremely high expectations, needing a table, new rails, new pockets, new felt on a refurbished table. They made it happen in 2 days installed. The installers even kept their end and showed up at 8:30pm to finish the install and everything was great.

Great team of experts explained everything I wanted to know about a shuffleboard table. It turns out they are one of the few pool table and game room stores in Gilbert that actually have in stock the items on their website. David really showed me more than I ever thought was possible in creating a custom table and for the space I had.

3 workers. 1 was assisting some customers and 1 was helping. Leaves one guy sitting there doing nothing watching us walk around. Spent 10 minutes at the counter and trying to look for new balls and hand caulk. A couple walks in he gets right up and helps them. So we walked out and took are money elsewhere for getting no service.
