I had an amazing experience on getting a after market rear backing up camera installed on my 2013 Prius. As promised, it took them just about 2 hours and as promised, I now have a backup camera for my Prius and it will help me when I back up!

Leo is a great source and has been in the business of car audio for many years. He helped me figure out why my system wasnt working and then gave me a great price on another compatible system. An honest place with honest prices and amazing work.

I’m not big on posting but just called this place about my truck speakers. Told the guy on the phone I wanted to replace my factory speakers and fix the wiring from Audio Express. He said I need to find my receipt and head back to Audio Express and also had some words to say about their work quality. Asked him if he stocks factory sized dash and door speakers, he said he does and I said thank you for your help... he said “goodbye” then hung up. Didn’t seem too interested in my business so I will, as he recommends, go back to Audio Express and purchase my speakers there.

This guy is terrible. I gave him a call to get an estimate for an install and he told me I would have to come in (no big deal right?) he’s not the closest to me so I asked if he could give some sort of rough estimate if I told him the products I needed installed, he then hung up without saying anything else. Terrible customer service, not interested in business.

Installed stereo and amp in my Harley Davidson. First amp kept losing power, so installed another no charge. Super fair and vert honest, tells you like it is! It cranks loud and clear!

Just came down for pricing, owner was very clear as to what I needed and had totally fair pricing. Will be coming back when I have the money and will update my experience then.

Needed better stereo for my Hyundai Elantra. Leo showed me different options and gave me a good quote. Car sounds awesome now! Cheaper than other quotes I got. Really friendly place.

Sat in the lobby for 20 min hoping someone would show up to help me buy a stereo but no one ever did. I’m assuming the people are nice based off of other reviews but I didn’t meet a single person so I don’t know for sure.

I found Leo to be friendly and very upfront. Some may not like the no nonsense advise and approach but I do. I came in after shopping three other stores and he was 400.00 less. I just wanted a good sounding for my Harley and thats exactly what I got. It hurts my ears its so loud. I love it!!!!! Feels like a new bike again.

Leo has been good to me. Ive taken several of my vehicles to him and paid a fair price and the work was well done. Definitely recommend. Small shop nice guy.

Stay clear of this place. I brought my boat in to have two amps replaced. I was quoted $500 by Leo which included install. After he started working on the boat I got a call that I now needed $2000 in work. I asked him to just replace the amps and the radio since he said it was now bad. Even though it worked fine when I dropped it off. I go back in to pick up the boat and was handed a $950 bill. He was now trying to charge me $600 for the amps, which are clearly priced in his showroom for $500! He said Thats a cash n carry price. and the rest of the charges were for wiring and a new radio that he damaged. I tried to reason with him but he then said abruptly Drop the boat, Im taking everything out! I said ok. I then had a friend look at what he did and he ruined all of the wiring by deliberately cutting the wires so short that it had to be all re wired. He also pulled out all of the fuses to make things difficult for the installer. I now have a great stereo installed by a friend with very similar equipment for only $500. This guy is a RIPOFF!

Leo is so honest and knowledgable about car stereos. He does great work and lets you know straight up what the cost will be before installation. I have been going to him for years. Quality guy. Quality install. Quality merchandise. I highly recommend Car Hi-Fi for all your car stereos and alarms,amps,speakers and anything else you need for your vehicle. Great guy all around.

First impressions are everything and theirs SUCKS!. Whoever answered my call is a total A** Hole. I called and introduced myself and I asked what his name was and he flat out wouldnt tell me. He said I could ask him a question but that i didnt need to know his name. If this is the response you get when just calling to ask a question can you imagine how you would be treated if you had a problem with their service. There are to many other quality Car Audio companies out there. Pass this one up.

NEVER AGAIN STAY CLEAR FOLKS!!!!!!!SIMPLE DVD HEAD REST!!!! GAVE IT BACK TO me with engine light on and baterry charging failure light. I feel bad for his kids. Told me to go home and shut the car off and turn it back on it should go away lmmfao!!!!!!!! Poor guy Im embarrassed for you. I kept wondering why there was no one in that shop. I should have read the reviews on this joker.

HORRIBLE customer service. Called to see if they had a dash install kit for my vehicle. He said he didnt have it. No big deal. People run out. So I asked if they did anything with factory radio controls with an attitude said im out of product call back Monday. Very rude

So after going into the shop a couple times to browse and ask questions I finally decided to have an alarm installed. Leo has a much appreciated no nonsense approach to his work. He dropped a lot of history and knowledge on me about the products he sells. I am sure I could have gone to someplace cheaper for lesser quality of work and parts, but I want to enjoy my car for years to come and not have cheap products installed.Brought my car in and work started immediately, walked to ihop, had breakfast, came back, and after a few tests (15 minutes) my car was done. Very impressed with the quality of work put in, in a short amout of time. I am going to be taking my truck to Leo in a couple weeks.

I contacted this outfit to install an autostart that I had pre-purchased online and also pre-paid for the installation through Installcard. The manufacture of the autostart had recommended and sold me the pre-paid Installcard. They sent all instructions and installation kit specifically for my year, make, model, and the smart key for my vehicle. Its supposed to be 100% complete and compatible for my vehicle. It explicitly states that no other parts are needed, with instructions to the installer and a phone number for the installer to contact if there are any questions. Installcard sent me Leos name and number. When I called to set up an appointment, right off the bat he said there was going to be additional charges because the kits are never complete and arent made for our hot Arizona summers When I tried to explain to him that the manufacturer was from Arizona and that it was supposed to be 100% complete with everything needed for the install, he said and I quote, “Well it seems you think you know more than me, so I’m going to decline this install”. I said ok?... and he hung up on me. I can’t believe anyone could stay in business very long treating potential customers like that, and I don’t think he is an installer that Installcard would want representing them. He didnt know the manufacture of the autostart or anything about me or my knowledge of automotive electrical systems, yet he dismissed me as if I was wasting his time on the phone. I wouldnt let him ever touch one of my vehicles, and I hope anyone who reads this wont either.
