I just bought a second new vehicle from AutoNation Chevrolet Gilbert and was willing to drive an hour and 45 minutes to Gilbert from Tucson because my experience the first time was so pleasant. It also helped that they offered me the most, by far, for my trade-in and they werent marking up new cars over MSRP like other dealerships during the pandemic, so I felt like I was getting a fair deal. Scott, my salesman, was easy to communicate with and not pushy. Everyone I interacted with throughout the process was kind and responsive to my requests. They also worked hard to get the financing I wanted, and I walked away a happy repeat customer. I am sure I will be back in a few years for another trade-in.
Donβt waste your time at the Chevy Mesa Dealership, this place is so much nicer plus I saved money on my sales tax! Ian sell was so understanding and didnβt push me into a car I didnβt want. We even stopped by the Mesa dealership and boy was that like stepping into a time machine where we went back to 1990, WHAT A DUMP! Gilbert Chevy is the way to go. My experience at Auto Nation was incredible. None like ever before in getting my vehicles serviced throughout the country. My Service writer Caryl and Service Tech Pat were outstanding. I was updated the status of my vehicle throughout the process. Caryl was very professional and friendly. Pat was the same; and went as far as to explain and show us the repairs.That goes a long way with me. I can say my plan is to always bring my cars to Auto Nation for any future repairs or purchases. After giving it some thought and deciding which vehicle was right for me I asked about ordering a truck with specific features. Most pleasant car buying experience ever! The no haggle pricing makes car buying a breeze. The amount we were given for our trade was more than fair. The best part was the fact that we were not stuck at a dealership for hours upon hours going back and forth (not to mention getting frustrated) trying to make a deal on a vehicle purchase. We appreciate the fact that AutoNation truly means it when they say, βLow price. No Haggle.βMight I make a suggestion? Please consider having your Finance Department take βNOβ for an answer when a customer states they do not want an extended warranty or any of the extra add-ons. We had to politely decline over and over and over again. That part of our car buying journey did make us feel a little pressured and uncomfortable.Our sales representative, Humberto, provided excellent customer service, was very attentive, and answered every one of our questions.
I took my Traverse in to do some work that I had already got quoted for at AAA. Im sure the work was done correctly, but I had a Thoroughbred chevy coupon I wanted to match which they could only do up to 10%. I was fine was that but was not told that it maxed out at $150. If I would have known that upfront I would have gone to the other dealership and had the work done there.
Typical sales tactics. Forcefully trying to push you into buying something you dont want. When they finally found a car we wanted, they sold it to someone else while we were actively in negotiations.
I went to back to AutoNation Chevrolet to have my windows tinted on my Silverado. As always the customer service was amazing. Sean made sure the window tint was perfection on my truck. I was give an estimate time of 3 hours to have everything completed, they finished in like an hour and a half! I got to catch up with Kent who has gone above and beyond helping me resolve some issues. I highly recommend anyone needing a vehicle to come here, or to have a vehicle serviced. Itβll be the last dealership you ever go to!

Hannah in sales and Robert in finance were unbelievably professional and went out of their way to make things work and get me the best deal and interest rate possible. In fact every staff member I met was very nice and didnt come across as pushy. Highly recommended!
Took my business elsewhere after dealing with the incompetent employees at AutoNation Chevrolet Gilbert. Brought my car in to trade, was given a value, put a deposit down on a new vehicle only to come back a week later to buy the vehicle when they cut my trade in value by $3K. They had no explainable reason for doing that. I get that business is rough right now but these people are dishonest in their sales practices. Donβt bring your business there if you expect to be treated fairly. They will take advantage of you and the crazy demand for vehicles right now. On top of that, theyβll show no remorse for messing you over and wasting your time.
Thought we had a routine oil change and planned to have side window panel replaced like the other side had done last year (it was getting quite cloudy and discolored, we are told it is a common problem with this model of car). Well after waiting 2 weeks for appointment, had to wait in line for half hour just to get car in. Then found out shuttle was not operational because nobody knew where the gas card was to put gas in it, so had to find alternative way home. Then waited all day for call for status report, received none, so we called and were told the car needed to stay overnight while waiting for the window trim part to arrive. So found out next day that the window trim part is not covered (it had been last time for the other side) despite fact that we paid $3,215 for an extended protection plan that would cover pretty much anything that can go wrong with the car for 100,000 miles. Told the parts and labor would cost about $450 to replace what we assumed had been a warranty item. Apparently that selling point of pretty much anything that can go wrong with the car was pretty much not true. Overall, a very lousy experience for what we thought was going to be a routine oil change and warranty repair.
I want to give a big shout out to salesperson Branden B. I didnt end up buying a car here because of a vehicle with substantially less mileage elsewhere, but I would have purchased with Branden if it had been at all doable. Branden exhibited respectful, timely, upfront, clear communication, pricing, and customer service. He made the research and pricing process a pleasure. Wishing him much success.

I arrived at the dealership with no appointment right when they opened up and plead my case to Steven to see if there was any way it could quickly be looked at so that I could get on the road for our 16 hour trip. Working with Lexi was the best! I told her exactly what was a must on buying a new vehicle leaving the ball in her court. Car buying can be rough right now with all the limitations of selections, but she found the vehicle I wanted and let me know as the vehicle was getting off the truck. She made the process simple, easy, fun and we had some good laughs which isnt usually a car buying experience. The environment is awesome in the building and everyone seems to enjoy their position in the customers buying process which makes it that much more enjoyable.
Call your office and see if anyone will pick up the phone. Your parts department is good. Service Dept. does not know how to pick up a phone. Maybe the process of using text to communicate with your customers is your process but I feel it does not help create a good communication between your service department and customer.We are taking our vehicle back next week due to poor workmanship of reinstalling the parts that were moved in order to complete the installation of the power steps on my truck . Will have to see how it works out.

Brought car in for oil change on a Saturday morning. While there, asked about getting windows tinted and was told window tinting was completed on Tuesdays so I left vehicle at the dealership so windows could be tinted on Tuesday. I was called Monday evening to ask about tint and was told it would be finished Tuesday afternoon. Then I was called Tuesday afternoon and was told tint couldnt be completed because car was over 10 years old?? Staff should know this. Also 10 years? These are windows!
Horrible experience If I could it would be a 0. Went in to look at a car was told we were in good standing after running credit. We were told finance department would reach out to give down payment. To later find out by the sales person the vehicle had been sold. When we were already in process Asked to explain how that happened. The sales person said βwe donβt hold vehicles just because credit is pulledβ but I was told I just needed to give down payment. Went in and they said you werenβt here so we sold it to someone else. When they never reached out to go in the first place. never coming back.

Mr. Kraski was very pleasant to work with for the entire 2 weeks that I worked with the Gilbert location after I saw the car in the lot. I have been looking for a car for months and other dealerships were pushy to move forward and made promises they could not keep! I found a car that I liked and he secured this car for me! Then after test driving the car I decided I did not like that car and ended up choosing another. He helped me choose the right vehicle suited for me and I appreciate that! Finance was fabulous as well, short and sweet visit with them and out the door!
I bought a used 2017 Nissan Leaf S from AutoNation Chevy Gilbert. Benjy and Scott were knowledgeable salespeople, and Benjy replied when I reached out with questions about the car. Robert L. was the best financial person I have ever worked with at a dealership; I have experienced hours of delays and hoopla at other dealers before, but Robert was speedy, efficient, and friendly. I would give Robert six stars if I could.The only problem was that the service department was slow. The car was listed before it was ready to be sold. I bought it on a Saturday July 3, and the car was not out of the service department until Saturday July 10. Even with the holiday weekend, this was a long wait for a car to be ready. If I had needed a car quickly, this would have been a problem. Thankfully I was able to wait it out.
I would give this dealership 0 stars if it were an option. We went into the dealership to put a deposit down and reserve a Chevy Traverse because of low inventory. We had to wait two hours to sign paperwork with finance. I signed a lot of paperwork with no copies sent to my email or given to me. GET THIS! They sold my reserved car to someone else! We have waited a week and a half and called almost daily to see if it came in. We were assured that it was marked as sold in their system. This is the WORST car buying experience Iβve ever had. Now we have to start the process all over and most likely sit through another 4-5 hours in finance. I took the week off to go on a road trip with my family in our new car and it looks like that is not going to happen. I heard someone from service say that this happened a few weeks ago to another family. They need to figure this out because it is NOT okay. Treat others how you want to be treated.
They did not pressured me at all into buying the new vehicle. I was able to reserve my car for 2 days. Did not had any hidden fees (Dealer fees). Were very transparent with their deal. All other dealerships we went to see in Arizona had hidden fees, a lot of fake talk and very time consuming. Here, they were super fast and straightforward. They did not pressure me into getting the financing thru them, I had my own Credit Union and they understood. Definitely recommend them. Best deal!
I absolutely dread car shopping, but surprisingly everything was very pleasant here. Hannah was very sweet and helped us find the perfect vehicle. She wasnβt pushy or aggressive at all. She gave us great options but left the choice to us. When we upgrade my husbands vehicle we will come look for her.

This was the absolute worst Customer Service ( lack of ) that I have ever experienced. My cousin called for an appointment which took 2 weeks to receive. Getting an appointment and getting the car serviced in one day is very important since he has Parkinsons and his wife was in a major auto accident. They have Dr. and P.T. appts daily between the two of them. The appt was set by the service person ( Rich ) and the car was dropped on at 8 am. By 1 pm no call, no follow up from the Service Dept. After 4 phone calls to ask the Service Rep to call, we finally made contact. The explanation was, we dont know when we will get to it. It usually takes up to 72 hrs to get to it and the owner should have know that! When we explained the medical issues and that this was discuss when the car was dropped off, we just got an Oh Well, sorry but we are very busy When I asked if this was explained to my cousin at the time the car was dropped off, I was told, No, but they should know they wont get their car for at least 72 hrs. I can see why this Service Dept. has a lousy Google Rating. The positive response must be from Employees and Relatives. As you would expect, we went and got our Truck out of Purgatory

I had a very good experience having a recalled part changed on my car at AutoNation Chevrolet in Gilbert. My first call to schedule this was returned quickly, my appointment was set easily, and the day my work was done was great. My advisor and the other people I interacted with were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The process was smooth, organized and clear; I had a courtesy wash and I was offered shuttle rides to and from work, which I really appreciated. Well its just to long for a basic oil change 3weeks out and then if you have anything else that you need checked out on your vehicle you have to wait another 3 to 4 weeks to have your vehicle checked out. The wait too long. And it they find a problem you have to make another appointment to get it fixed so if theres a problem on your vehicle it will get fix after 2 or 3 months.
Iβve always had a great experience at this dealership but this last experience was awful. I booked an appointment for a oil change and to looking my key getting locked in the ignition 2 weeks prior to actually going into the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership our service advisor told us that they wouldnβt be able to do the diagnostics test for about another week and durning this time I would have to leave my car with there and they wouldnβt be able to provide me a loaner car. This was all a shock to me because I was never informed that that would be something I would have to deal with. It was also a shock when the service advisor told us that it would also be $150 charge just to run the test and that it would not be able to be applied toward the cost of repairs. I understand there would be a charge to have them look into this issue but was never informed how expensive or the additional time it would take to even get my car looked at. I choose to not allow them to do this since I wouldnβt be able to be without a car for a week or more. When I received my car back I noticed the driver that was bring my car back was having issues getting it but I didnβt know why. When I got it back I drove me car home without having any issues. About 1 hour after I arrived home I went to leave again when my car would not start. I had to have my car jump started. Then we had to battery check it came back a bad battery. This was shock to me seeing how the paper work I received leaving the dealership says they checked my battery and it was in good standing. I understand that a battery status can change but I didnβt think it could change within an hour of receiving the car back. After talking with the service manager he informed had us come back in the following business day at opening and they would replace the battery for us. Thankfully my battery was cover under warranty through the dealership but i was charged additional labor that was not discussed and had to wait over 2 hours for them to install the battery. It was overall a very poor experience with no communication.

My car had the rear air suspension sagging and they did nothing to fix it. Sent to another dealership and didnt mention my issue to them. I end up paying the cost to fix my suspension and they do not want to refund me. THIS ISSUE WAS SEEN BEFORE I EVEN BOUGHT THE CAR AND THEY AGREED TO FIX. I am also waiting for a check since JULY (receipt sent to salesperson as requested) and I have not received it. They do not want to work with me anymore nor fix the issues I had with the other dealership. My airbag malfunction light is still on and they do not want to approve work to be done at the car make dealership (said car was not released with the light on) even though before it was released to me there was service done to the air bag. Salesperson now ignores me and does not want to help me to make this situation right. Will involve someone to help me settle if they do not respond
I had the most pleasant buying experience with a younger guy named Justin. No pressure here, they didnt get too pushy with their add ons like other dealerships and the process was much quicker than Im used to. Im very happy with my new truck and will definitely go back in the future.

My family and I have lived in the East Valley since 1999 and have visited many dealerships for service. I had an appointment at 1:00 did get my car til 4:30! And the service tech turned on the flasher lights when he brought the car out and I told him about it and he ignored me and told me to tell the service advisor and she didnβt know how to turn them off! Then I get home and the dash lights werenβt working!! I wasnβt able to bring it back to get it fixed be cause it was too late because you were closed! Iβm not happy at all!! Iβve been bringing my car there for service ever since I bought it from you 3 years ago and this is the first time Iβve had a bad experience there!!
I bought a 2020 Chevy Colorado from this Auto Nation. Dealing with them sense the sale of my truck has been a pain in my @$$! Dealing With Robert from the warranty department is a joke. Everything he said was under warranty wasnt. He even highlighted everything that he said was covered. Once I needed the work done he said it doesnt cover that. So I spend 3,000 on this warranty just for oil changes. I couldnt even get my money back for the warranty. I have had nothing but rude customer service as well. I dont get it. They are all nice to you until the sale is done then its like dont come back. I Hate this place and will never go back!
Recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from Autonation Chevrolet in Gilbert. Just like the previous times, was asked what I was looking for, and just let me do my thing until I was ready to go. Randy & Clintrez Webb are amazing, they just get people taken care of and are no pressure, told them what I wanted and they made it happen and got me right over to financing which was just as easy and fast. Called Autonation left several messages no response yet, used there text messaging service and it is no better . Been waiting for 1 week for a call back from the service team center. I canβt take my car anywhere else because I had the service repairs done there so.. stuck !
Everyone was very courteous, professional, and understanding of my needs in wanting to buy the vehicle that I got. I was amazed at how low of an interest rate they were able to get me. A 3.9%. Payments were low. Very happy with the whole experience.

Great Experience Start to Finish - I started my car buying online. I had had it with going to the dealerships, finding out limited stock was a problem. So searching inventory I found AutoNation Gilbert had what I was looking for. Emailed to confirm availability and received a prompt response. I was expecting an immediate upsell, or push to get me in that day, but instead I was asked a couple of questions. How did I preferred to be contacted, how soon I was looking to buy, and NO pressure. After some back and forth we had established a time to meet at dealership. Oh by the way - he pulled the car I wanted off the lot so it would not be sold, allowing me time to get myself over there. HUGE for me, because I had already done this, and set up time to go to another dealership, and boom, they sold the car just before i got there. Anyhow - got to dealership - no pressure again, just simple conversation. Super friendly, helpful and honestly saved me a little money as well. I had come in pre financed, but the finance manager asked a couple of questions and got me new numbers. Walked out with brand new car - the one I wanted. and a very happy person. Sold my vehicle to them through a instant cash offer. Could not have been more pleased with the process. It was extremely easy and they gave me full price and didnt try to jerk me around by taking little bites out of the offer. Absolutely would recommend. I waited in the waiting room and was actually surprised that my appointment was taken into consideration. I was impressed they actually took my vehicle in and got it serviced a few minutes after I dropped it off for my appointment. Most service shops just keep the vehicle even after an appointment is met, but these people actually take peoples time into consideration especially on a Saturday.

It is extremely difficult to get in contact with someone at the dealership by telephone or online. Good luck scheduling a service appointment with this dealership as they are 1) unable to answer the phone 2) online service does not work 3) booked up completely.
