Man, the customer service here is amazing. Very clean smoke shop and very friendly owner, Mike. The door says they open at 9 but they just changed hours and open at 8:30 am like Google mentions. He hasnt received his new sign yet which is why the door hrs are off.Pricing was incredible to be honest, by about $5 an item less expensive. I highly recommend it.

Friendly staff and good prices

Vape selection is huge if youre into that thing...seems to be a family run business, had a pleasant interaction with an employee and a not so pleasant time with the other. Was about to purchase a few more items but the young employee should know his attitude is the reason I went out of my way and brought my business elsewhere. Aside from that employee its a nice place with a decent selection. Some prices were great definitely lower than Ive seen, aside from the bongs all prices were very competitive. Might give it a second shot on a day the tough guy doesnt work lol

Went in for the first time last week and absolutely love this smoke shop! They carry everything!!! I got my Kratom and juice for my vape and going back today for coils and more juice! They carry my absolute favorite juice and they only had 6mg but promised they would have my 3mg one the next day! They have wonderful customer service and I definitely found my new place to get anything I need! They are great!!! I recommend this place to everyone!!!

Gone for years good freinds with manager went in March 20th and was treated somwhat disrespectfuly from buff guy dont know if he was having a bad day but not a way to treat valiant customers on a side note the new person who checked me out was very respectful and helpful though still a great shop

Sold me a defective (possibly fake) LG HG2, then exchanged it with a (definitely) fake one.I bought an LG HG2 battery from this store (I specifically asked for this battery (read below to understand why I am bothering to mention this). I am very familar with this battery and have purchased it from a variety of other stores. Almost immediately after first use, my single cell mod felt very warm, bordering on hot. I removed the battery and found it to be quite hot. I had never had this issue with any battery in my mod before.I called in and explained the situation, and they told me to come in and that they would exchange the battery, which they did. The replacement battery (also an LG HG2), had an extremely poor charge from the get go, providing my mod with full power for a fraction of the time my other two LG HG2s do. After about a week of use, (gradually feeling warmer as time went on) the battery eventually would stop providing full powered hits straight off the charger after 0-12 pulls.I went online to research the issue, and found my search keywords populating results that discussed how to detect fake LG HG2 batteries. The battery from this store hit on two common fake LG HG2 traits; the positive end of the battery not protruding out far enough, and the way the wrap depresses around the end of the battery (the ringed indents).I took the battery to a couple of reputable shops I have regularly used as well as a shop that I had never been to. I asked to compare their LG HG2s with the suspected fake one, and none matched this batterys red flag traits.Finally, I took this battery in to A&H and explained my experience and findings to the manager (owner?). He contradicted himself in his response to my claim of the battery being fake. He said they do not KNOWINGLY sell fake batteries (just like Barry Bonds did not KNOWINGLY use steroids...) but also said that they do not claim to sell AUTHENTIC LG batteries. I did not know that when I asked specifically for an LG HG2 that I had to clarify if I wanted an authentic (meaning not fake) one or not...but I digress.Anyways, he refused to refund the battery and offered only to sell me another one at half price. I guess he thought polishing a turd and offering me the opportunity to waste another $6.50 on it was the way to pacify me...

Right off the bat the sales guys felt little pushy and every 4 minutes asked if they can help me with something. I little annoying but its all good. I asked if they had any specials with vape equipment and dude straight up said nah. He was standing next to a huge discount display of 50% off of vape hardware. *Facepalm* I was asking basic questions and the gentleman assisting me didnt seem to have a knowledge base on his Merch. I ended up getting a fee coils bottle of Pegasus puke and a joytech egrip mech. Had to do 2 separate transactions because dude forgot to include my other order of coils and eliquid.

I use to buy all my products here .... until I was sold a $28 dollar pack of FAKE mango Juul pods . Same wrapper same packaging COMPLETLY different pods. smell taste hit & even color . Totoal SCAM beware of this place . Will be emailing juul to let them no of this fraud . Ps smoke Shop didn’t care about my fake pods just a bunch of kids playing dumb. Very unhappy.
