A plus. Went for the Hello Truck. Was my first time there since I moved here in 2020 right before shut down to covid. So many fun shops. Easy to walk around to explore them. Cant wait until I have more time so I can see some of them. Sadly it was HK and leaving right away to get to work in time. Christmas shopping needs to be done soon ...
Love the San Tan Village. Especially during this time! We love the Harkins theaters here and then so many places to grab something great to eat! Can we please get a restaurant right across from the Harkins again please! In N Out possibly? No way it cannot make money here!!!
Loved shopping here. Oustside mall. Usually busy in weekends. Most restaurants and business offer mobile order, and/or walk-in services.

My review disappeared so here it is again. Fun and lively night spot. We left before the music began but with the scattered fire pits and string lighting it was a cozy atmosphere. The food was only okay. Our server was in the weeds and I felt sorry for her. A bit overpriced but not too bad. I cant remember the name because to be honest I thought SanTan WAS the name. This was two years ago and it was a huge place with beautiful outdoor areas. Sorry to be so nonspecific.
The habit. Good food, ordered curbside. Disappointment getting curbside and not ketchup (listed in bold under sides.. * comes with ketchup*) or straws for drinks were put in the bag... realized way to late. Then the extra ranches I pay for were not even 1/4 full... not exaggerating. Could have had 5 stars...
Great place to shop and eat. Summers are challenging to shop as it is an outdoor mall but the merchants are amazing .You can find what you want here. Large variety of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend San Tan village
Awesome! Got new furniture for new house at Living Spaces. Great stuff! Then got Gelato at Frost.
I am glad that the facility is available and allowed us to walk in with not too much wait. However, I cannot give 5 stars because they were unorganized and lacked professionalism. Our cage was double booked and we got thrown out with no offer of refund nor even an apology.
I really enjoyed the architecture of the front patios of each restaurant as well as the variety of stores around. Great place to have a casual plate of food or shop for clotting
My wife and I enjoy going to the San Tan Village! There are lots of fun shops to look/shop at, as well as lots of awesome food and drink options. Its a great place for a fun day date!
3-2021 Fossil has closed. State 48 Taphouse is almost complete, lookin real nice. Now if those weirdos would stop feeding all the stray cats that live in the sewers by there and the also now closed H&M itd be better.Update 12-29-2020 the Johnny Rockets has been drywalled in by the Harkins Theater which oh, by the way, has been repainted it looks amazing. But the exterior drywall for Johnny Rockets has been paved with this very interesting oh, I dont know... super close up succulent with high contrast colors very bright very colorful very, well odd for the center but I dont know so many businesses are closed in that strip its at least something. It looks so out of place though.So we look forward to Harkins driving and paving the way for that center in that area and we also look toward the covered interior mall area that has also been gutted and is going through some type of transformation.Update Oct 10-15-2020Looks like the empty Gordon Biersch Brewery is being gutted and a quick conversation with one of the people going in and out of that location is that a new Brewery is coming! This is a much-needed feature in this Village. More to come, this is great news.-----Quick update for October 2020. I walk around this mall every single morning and the amount of closures of small businesses that are occurring here are shocking. The large brick and mortar stores are still here but they dont look too healthy. I can see a few, well one new construction going on which is a conversion from a Mexican restaurant into a Bourbon and Bones Chophouse which went through some type of building delay due to the stall in the local economy. The main area of the village that has taken the hardest-hit is the road that leads to the movie theater. Almost every business on both sides of that walk up to Harkins is closed except for the pretzel business. Its sad really because walking through that area in the morning and in the evening with all the lights on especially during the holidays is great. And it still is great, its just a challenging time were going through. There are a ton of eateries in here that are still surviving but its the small business shops that are not eateries that are all closing. Charlotte Russe is closing Disney is gone the Tie One On shop is gone as is The Cutting Edge the Junk Boutique kitschy store is gone, Johnny Rockets is gone all the stores to the right a Massage Envy are gone the Ball House for kids is gone the Churro place is gone and over by the Thirsty Lion both buildings behind it on each side of the store gone as his Famous Daves Barbecue, thats gone. Jos. A Bank...gone. That large inside food court building that was semi remodeled for the summer Farmers Market style Boutique show and the Halloween store has been gutted, hopefully theyre remodeling that and theyre not just abandoning that space because its really cool inside. And the only advice I can give to the businesses that serve food that are left is clean up the outside of your stores. And dont sweep your trash out to the sidewalk, pick it up. You guys are lucky that youre surviving and you should take care of your business. And Macys...please power wash your entrances and clean your trash bins yuk!----This place is awesome. Very comfortable and cozy. Especially when its empty and theres no people. Restaurants are different from each other where multiple visits arent boring.

San Tan Village has many shops, great to bring the family and walk around and look. Nice high-end shops and some other shops that are not so high end. Plenty of ice cream food movie theater restaurants to go to. Theres also some wine shops, Best Buy, and a dillards

Not happy with my experience, there isnt enough parking!! Not enough building directory, even Google made me go to a store that doesnt exist. Roads not enough lanes to make it very crowded
Nice area. A bit challenge to find stores. Stop signs everywhere. Restrooms arent always where they map them. A lot of places have closed, but still a good number are open. Clean. Waking friendly.

Food was great. When you walked in the door service was good. After you ordered they didnt know you were there. Had to flag them down for service!! Will go back hoping they get their service personnel in sync.
Worst parking lot on the planet. Avoid this place at all cost. Traffic jams at every intersection. Total nightmare!!!!!!!

The mall part & across the street, still shopping part, is so great! I used to live down the road, in 2010-2011 but just recently moved back to this side of town; I forgot how cool this shipping center is & all the great restaurants, like Carrabbas & this cool pizza place, my nephew & us ordered from, last night...I snapped some pics.Anyway, lots of shopping including a JoAnns & Macys/Dillards department stores..... This is a great destination for money spending on cool stuffs!
Very nice outdoor mall with shops and restaurants! Was visiting from NY and was a nice way to spend some time and have some good food and drinks. Also, there was a nice play area for the kids. I was there when it was around 70 degrees, cant imagine what it is like in the summer when it hits 120! But it is nice this time of year. Speed limit is 7! Thought is was funny...see pic

This is a cute outdoor mall with a Barnes and Nobel, Macys, Claires, Torrid, Brio, and a bunch of other shops and restaurants. It is very covid conscious and laid out well. My only gripe is that it doesnt have more stores.
Still confusing to drive through and find anything outside the main area that has Total Wine.
I Love open air malls, but this place is Extremely Disappointing, on many levels!!!

May 6th, 102 degrees and was restricted to 2 people in the store at a time. There were 6 employees in the store. I was asked if I was looking for something specific, just looking around and if I planned to buy something before I was let in. I thought COVID19 restrictions were easing up. Is business good enough to where customers are being so severely restricted?

Going to San Tan Village is like going to a maze in a rat race. Additionally if you ever want to forget Covid exists and remember the good olde times prior to Covid come to San Tan Village most there are in a fog of ignorance with no masks or social distancing and they can do it in blissful as there is no enforcement of any social distancing or mask rules. Went here to pick up food from Blue Wasabi. Terrible experience however what was most noticeable was their site says limited seating yet there was not one seat in the house that was socially distanced or empty for social distsncing..
Always a great shopping experience. Wear your mask and you can shop or eat all you possible want.
Went to Build A Bear where we had a excellent and pleasant experience! And the Gentleman that helped fill our Bears, Jacob was extremely helpful and polite. He had Top Notch customer service skills.We had spoke for a few minutes while the kids were filling their bears about how he moved here from California to work for his Friend at B.A.B. workshop and thats how it came to be that he was the one helping us with our Bear stuffing.Super awesome experience and thanks to Jacob and his pleasantness we will be returning to build more Bears in the Future!!!Thanks Jacob and everyone else @ B.A.B. Workshop in Gilbert AZ!
My family and I love this mall. We get the kids new shoes, grab a burger, maybe watch a movie and it’s a blast. We love that everyone is about our age with kids. We always seem to run into friends while we are there and it’s very relaxed. Definitely better than going to Mesa.
I and2 others in out party of 5 got food poisoning and could not find an employeethat cared about how sick we were. We will never go back. It is not worth rating.

This is the best shopping center in Santan! They have everything! It might be a little hard to do all your shopping during the summer time because everything is outdoor however, it is highly recommended during the fall, winter, and spring! The shopping center has it all! From the best brand stores to the best food!
I love this mall. Love that it is outside and the stores are nice. Your options are endless. Fun area for the kids to run around and play. It is by the Disney store and then we go check out the puppies at the pet store. Good for date nights, meet ups with friends and all the stores you would need. Love that it is up to date and always adding in new stores.

This place is calm. Which is a weird word to describe a mall, but I like that this isnt an over-crowded place. Its kept clean and I am able to keep my personal space.

My shopping trip was short & I will say VERY CLEAN & ORDERLY kept store & parking lot. Next visit I will check out everything! But yes I was happy finding my must need items.
I love shopping here in the winter and spring when its nice and cool. Its a great mall to walk around with friends or family, grab a bite, shop and enjoy the day. I really like the area right in front of the theatre with tables and these little mini waterfalls where you can just eat at and relax. Very peaceful! They have pretty much every store any regular mall would have but with more places to eat. Keep in mind these restaurants are a little more pricey then the average.
Its a little frustrating that everything is so spread out. We only went to Macys.

Best in the valley. If you need to get in and out, stores can be hard to find or get to. Once you know where the stores are then you are good. Great for true shoppers. Clean and safe. Minimal to no irritating patrons. Nice place to bring little kids also. Even if not shopping. Great places to eat and see a movie.

The parking lot of this place is a nightmare, avoid during the holidays. But it is full of stores and food that we like!
I loved this place because the atmosphere was and is amazing. We were there a week ago, Dec. 1st, 2019. Let me put this into perspective, I took my children ages 4, 6 and 9 to walk around and enjoy the line up of vendors that were present that day. The best part? It was entertainment enough that not one of them asked to buy a single thing! They got to look at tons of cool merchandise and then go see Santa at little scene they had set up. This was very cool! Santa did such a good job helping the kids believe and continue to enjoy the Christmas spirit. He gave them some coloring books and crayons as an early gift and told them hed see them next year. They were so happy! It was such a wonderful day as a family, to go walk around and enjoy the best weather Arizona has to offer, while being surrounded by great people, good music and the Christmas feeling that makes the summer worth dealing with.

This is a really nice outdoor mall. Parking is a bit more challenging but if you get lucky yout might just find a spot near the store you intend to hit. Everything looks new and clean so it feels much nicer than other malls in say Mesa. We found all the typical places we like and in the nice cool winter temps it was nice to walk around. Would be back. My teen girls loved it.
Its a nice place to walk around and visit the shops everything is nice except the Apple Store. They have a security guard out front keeping people from coming into the store. He said we need an appointment to come into the store. I asked why and he said it was because of the pandemic. Governor Doug Ducey didnt put out that order but they took it upon themselves to impose this on the public and hire a security guard because their employees are too lazy and incompetent to use sanitary wipes once in a while. By contrast we went to the gilotto place and other than making everyone where masks we didnt have to do anything else and thats the way it should be. We all should be trying to get COVID so that we all have an immunity to it. I know, what about people wholl die from it. From what Ive witnessed, most of those people want to die from it. They were the ones that were out walking around ignoring the quarantine. We should all go back to business as usual and tell people if they think they might die from COVID then they have the option of staying home. We need to quit prolonging this.

What a great place with a huge selection of retailers to select from. Several places that we have never experienced or seen before. We will definitely be back here in the future.
