In serving their clients, this gasoline station was very coordinated. I really enjoyed the petrol guy because he was fast and cautious to fuel my car. Yeah, thanks for the operation! You are strongly advised.
Rude and zero help
Chevron has ice and a water bottle filling machine outside and everything else a normal Chevron has. Well-lit gas pumps. And a good selection inside.
Emoyees were very friendly and helpful. Restroom was surprisingly clean and even smelled fresh.
Around 5:30PM*ish today I purchased The Works car wash. For reasons unbeknownst to me, and apparently the employees, it didnt work. All the automated car wash did was spit water on my car and then it told me to pull forward. I went inside the gas station and told the employee (female) what happened. She went to grab someone else (male). The guy met me at the car wash entrance, said he would make sure he stayed around to see the car wash worked fine. He didnt stay around. Like any regular human privileged to live in the USA, I know how to drive in these drive through car washes so there was no error on my part the first or second/last time. The second time around seemed promising. HOWEVER, after it rinsed, it just stopped. No red green yellow lights were on. No words flashing telling me what to do. **I was live streaming the entire time in 3 different parts throughout the first and second/last car wash. I have proof.** So, from the inside of my car still inside the car wash, I called the gas station. The same guy from earlier came and no resolution was found. Here were the options I told him and asked him about. I asked if I could have a refund. He told me he couldnt issue me a refund since the manager wasnt there, but I could return in the morning to request it from the manager. I told him no, theres no reason why I would want to waste more of my time and gas money when the refund could be taken care of *now.* I asked him if he could give me $7 himself, then tell the manager what happened in the morning, and have the manager reimburse him the $7. He said no. He told me several times that I could just go through the car wash again, THE CAR WASH THAT DIDNT WORK FOR ME THE LAST TWO TIMES. He also said well it worked for two other people and I said guess what? Im not them. Im also not doing anything wrong with my car or anything, Im just sitting here expecting the system to work. I asked if he could give me credit for a Chevron car wash, but a different location. He said no. I drove off, and here I am, giving this gas station a one star rating. People, it is 2017. There should be ample ways of successfully resolving issues especially issues like this. Not impressed. Not returning to this Chevron.
