It’s unbelievable to me that an educated woman, as the pharmacist who “helped” me is, can be so Rude & Demeaning to a “customer”.She barely uttered a word as she looked at me hatefully and tossed my prescription to me, because I did not as the only person in line, did not want to wait for whenever the mood struck to help me. Even that much did take a very long while.The truth is my health insurance co, my physicians, big pharma, are who she and mostly everyone in the health”care” industry works for. Monopolies of necessary services.There are ethical people, who vary in their education, but treating people respect is still not lost on them.It’s pathetic to see how people with honestly more opportunity than any unique ability, take a great deal of pride on knowing who is actually a “person of worth.”Obviously, the irony doesn’t even matter, if they even get it.

Great staff that provides excellent customer service. I am always greeted when I enter the store and offered help. The pharmacy staff are awesome. They provide professional and courteous service. Casey and Tiffany are really knowledgeable pharmacists that I trust and admire. I highly recommend this CVS store.

Just dont buy any buy 1 get 1 half off unless you want to be ripped off. At first the cashier who seemed to be new charged it full price. I didnt realize it until I got to my car. I went back and this lady helped him. It was all so complicated and yet I calculated and they didnt do it correctly! Over $6 short! I realized it as soon as I got to my car again and checked all the receipts but I didnt want to go back in and ask them to fix it. Ill take it as a loss lol but definitely not going back to this location eventhough Its the closest to my house! Walgreens it is then!

I wear my mask as I’m supposed to! However it’s so weird this location has turned into the mask police. The last two times I was checking out here they have yelled at someone for not wearing a mask. I’m all for asking someone to wear a mask, but the yelling and rudeness is uncalled for. So crazy. We can’t forget courtesy and customer service during this time.

Called with a simple request to process a refill and confirm new copay with my new insurance. Prior to leaving me on hold for 13 minutes the staff member said she knew how to do her job only to come back with no information. When I asked her how long she had been at this location she said look I dont get paid enough to take your abuse and hung up!! Extremely poor service we will never go back.

Went in today without a mask, just to pick up pictures and kept my distance. The cashier, Sheila, said to the woman in front of me (who was wearing one), thank you for wearing a mask. I appreciate people who actually care about other people. Obviously directed at me and the people behind me. I will be going to the Walgreens down the street from now on. Completely unprofessional. From other reviews Ive read, its probably the same rude cashier that others are complaining about.

Went in today, and cashier an older lady was extremely rude. She needs a class on customer service. Just got to Walgreens a little bit further down, but they are nice and the story looks nice and clean unlike CVS looks dirty, just a mess.

Had our Dr. Call in a prescription that my wife has been on for 15 years. She recently has worked hard to drop her dependacy to lower her dose but the pharmacist {Elizabeth} refused to fill it because she thinks the dose is to high and the doctor isnt qualified to request a dose at the level he requested. She showed zero empathy with my wife who is paying the price while I get this resolved. She didnt offer to research my wifes prescription history which would clearly show her dosages. Stay away if you have any serious medication needs our conversation did not end well to say the least.

Much like every other CVS Ive been to, this one cant seem to figure out how to run a pharmacy. Despite transferring a prescription twice, and getting a confirmation email from CVS themselves saying they received it, both times I went at the pickup time, they said they had nothing even scheduled for me. They told me to contact my doctor, who isnt available for 3 more days. I called the pharmacy it normally goes to, who told me its CVSs problem and that THEY need to call.After all was said and done, I just got it transferred to the same pharmacy, but a different location, just for them to tell me in seconds that I was good to go. Id rather pay $100 to actually get my medication, rather than $15 when CVS finally figures it out and gets it.As a side note, they were turning almost everyone away at this location saying they were way behind and didnt have anyones prescriptions ready. Please dont give any more money to this incompetent company.

Terrible customer service, always understaffed in the pharmacy with a wait to pickup. Really poor service when there are three Representatives and only one person helping the customers and the line continues to build. Have received the wrong medications labeled in the bottle and very inconsistent insurance pricing

26 April 2016-I decided to totally edit my previous review. In comparison to any other pharmacy that Ive been to in the past several years, the staff at this one is the quickest as well as the most courteous. I will continue to use them as long as they keep up the excellent service.

The CVS Pharmacy at Guadalupe & Greenfield has terrible customer service. They are constantly running out of meds, when they do they wont call me back. As if that werent bad enough when I call them to find out the status of a prescription they refuse to transfer the order to another store or even help me find a store that has it in stock.

We have been using this pharmacy for well over 2 years now and getting ready to make a switch to another pharmacy. We have had so many issues since adding a certain medication to our daughters daily routine and they have made each refill an absolute headache. Every time I drop the prescription off, I have to explain to them that its a change in dosage, so please dont call me to say that its too early to fill because it is not; you also need to call both insurance companies to make sure they understand it is a change in dosage so they cover it, I do NOT want to get a text to come pick up my prescription, get there and have them say youre co-pay is X amount - no it is not, you just didnt call the insurance to explain what I told you to. So then I get to wait for them to do their job and come back yet again to get the prescription. I have dropped her prescription off 3 days before needing it and it was still not ready the day I needed it.. I have never had this happen with any of her other prescriptions for some reason. The female pharmacist has tried to tell me that I need to get her prescriptions in sooner so they are filled on time which is exactly what a customer wants.. to be told how to do their job as a parent. Our current issue with this pharmacy, my husband just got home from picking up her medication (SEIZURE medication, just so you can understand its importance!) and they gave us a 4 day fill.. no explanation at time of pick up. My husband (furious) he just unloaded all 3 kids from the car when he noticed a little note on the bottle, inside the closed paper bag, that said they were only able to fill for 4 days.. no explanation as to why they could only give us that much or when we could expect the rest of the prescription. When he called them to explain this was an unacceptable way of practice, the girl was less than amicable on the phone and said we sent you a text message, no the text message sent yesterday stated we have experienced a delay where my husband called this morning and asked about the delay and they merely said no delay, the prescription is ready to be picked up. I am at my whits end with the back and forth that we have continued to receive from the employees at this pharmacy. The only person who seems to know what is going on down there is Stephen and the male pharmacists. If only they were always there to make sure my daughter could get her prescriptions taken care of and not make me have to call them several times or come down there to make sure it was getting filled correctly....

This location in particular is bad (Greenfield/Guadalupe), the pharmacist think they are Doctors, I’ve had many occasions when they ask why I need a prescription, how long I have been taking it and so on.They constantly question what my Doctor prescribes to me, even denied me after my Doctor sent in a scriptThey need to get off of their high horses and do what there job is. Just fill up the prescription, I already have a Dr so quit trying to be mine.The ladies behind the counter are worthless and have no customer relation skills.Go somewhere else, be treated fairly. The pharmacy at this location is horrible. They often dont text when my prescriptions are ready, even when they specifically say they will. The have forgot to refill my recurring prescription, they have filled the prescription with the wrong quantity. They get confused when you have multiple prescriptions. They really have a difficult time being thorough and complete. They also close at 9pm, not 10pm like implied. Going to transfer all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Would not recommend this location, or even CVS.

After three months of leaving (or hanging up from a phone call with) in a blind rage after dealing with the new girl, Diana, I switched to a different CVS. This girl has no customer service skills and no knowledge of anything. She argued on the phone with me about a coupon to the point where I had to stop her and ask her how important it was for her to be right, and someone applied the coupon before I picked it up. Last time she putzed around dragging her feet and checking the computer when I asked her for insulin syringes (we dont usually get them, my kid has a pump) because the inset had failed and my kid was over 600 (dangerous and needed insulin stat before we ended up at the hospital). It took over five minutes for her to pick out a bag of syringes when I told her anything between 28 and 32 guage, 1/2-1 would do, she still wanted to look up our history AFTER I told her we dont have a script but we have an emergency. Seriously, dont go here until and unless shes gone, its not good for your metal or physical health.The rest of the crew is fantastic, but unfortunately it doesnt outweigh the anger that I feel every time I get stuck with her.

Go to Walgreens a mile East of this store to save yourself a headache!We have not been treated this bad in a long time!We live within a half mile from this store, we “use” to shop here all the time to pick up odds and ends. The last few visits to the pharmacy have been a joke. Each time a woman named DIANA came to the window we have been treated like garbage.We will be driving to Walgreens on higley and Guadalupe from now on, I’d recommend you to do the same.
