Few years back okay more than a few years back I was outside sales and was there a sales person and always like dealing with him they were professional and their products are always top notch

This company is absolutely atrocious. They were contracted by my builder to do all the counters in my house. They installed all of them incorrectly. Before we even moved in they didn’t seal the counter top correctly in the kitchen, and they had to come out and redo their work. Now 5 months later the counter in the bathroom is warped and pulling apart, due to their faulty install which was allowing water into the seams whenever we used the sink. They are now not warranting their faulty work because I quote “You can’t get your bathroom counter top wet or it could do this.” So I’m being told by this company that makes bathroom counters, that you can’t get them wet? This house is less then 5 months old. And to say you can’t get a bathroom counter wet is completely ignorant.

Amazing selection, helpful and friendly sales staff. I know the gentleman who helped me hated every second of the trip through the warehouse to show me each type of stone, but he kept a smile on the entire time. When I buy, because of that attitude I would strongly consider buying from them. The prices are retail and extremely high, but for outstanding service and a huge selection this is the place to go.

This was a nightmare of an experience. No one should go through what I went through with this company over formica countertops. It took them over 9 months to fully install my countertops. They broke them during installation and took over 8 months to return to repair it. I would not pay my balance during that time period and rather than repair it, they insisted on payment through collections. They are a nightmare. Do not make the mistake I made in using them.
