Cameron helped me choose between several available options as I wanted the windows redone on one side of my house. While Pella was a little bit more cost-wise than other companies, it was worth every penny. They were knowledgeable, professional, timely, and I’ve had no issues with the quality of the product or the installation. This isn’t an everyday investment, so it’s better to get it done right, and they certainly did that. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I asked two different companies in Phoenix to provide us a quote on a Patio Door replacement. We were looking for a three panel middle sliding door, with mini-blind inserts. Pella sent Justin Meyer to do the initial visit. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and spent over an hour with us discussing several models. He answered all our questions and helped us build a beautiful Pella Patio Door. The price was very competitive considering; we were able to select a wood/metal clad door from Pella for less price than a similar vinyl door offered by a competitor. I scheduled a free in-home consultation to find out what options are available to replace the window in the master bath that doesnt open. Will was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He showed us different types of glass, frames and installation methods. He was very up front that Pella is not the cheapest option but also not the most expensive. Some of the reasons we decided to go with Pella included the local office right down the street, the fact that Pella is the manufacturer and we can buy direct, and the great warranty. We ended up purchasing three windows instead of one and were prioritizing and planning for the rest of the house. Will took measurements of all of our windows and discussed options for some of our more unusual ones. Will helped to make this decision an easy one.

Disappointed. Not with their products, but with their lack of service in responding to my request for an in-home estimate. I filled out and submitted their online form to set up an in-home consultation 6 days ago and still have not received a phone call or any email response. Sad. I was referred to their business by a former customer. This was the most convenient form of contact for me. They are not open in the morning when I go to work, so I could not call at that time. And then they close at 5:00 p.m., and I am barely just getting home at that time most days. Saturdays are by appointment only and they are closed Sundays. Its almost as if they do not want to sell and install Windows! Either that, or they do not have qualified staff that properly dedicates time to answering online submissions. All the other window companies that I contacted were done by online submission, and most of the companies generated an immediate response with the option to schedule a consultation time that was convenient for me! I only received a call from their office to confirm the appointment. My goodness, this is the digital age, and all of us have been forced into using more digital services than we ever did because of the pandemic, but for some reason Pella is still lagging far behind!

Will came to the house to give us an estimate to replace windows. He was professional and very knowledgeable.We placed the order. We have used Pellain the past and they were very good.I recommend them.

We bought Pella because of their quality, but it was their customer service and tenacity to get us our doors before expected and done right that makes me say Pella Gilbert and especially Derek and Stephanie that puts Pella Gilbert above any competitor. Their follow-through and ability to listen to our needs and respond were extraordinary. Derek is a detailed sales person and always responsive. Stephanie moved mountains to make our install deadlines. They are the best in the business!

We have a set of four Pella doors with blinds between two panes of glass. Over the 30 years weve used them, the controls for the blinds have been working less well, one disengaged completely. It took a while for them to send a technician to fix them, and it wasnt cheap, but they now work beautifully again.

Raul did a fantastic job replacing the between- the-glass shades in our sliding door. He showed us how everything worked and even fixed a portion on the trim that our contractor did not install properly. All the guys we have worked with in the service department have been excellent!

We are second owners of three Pella Architect Series sliding doors. Shortly after moving in, the rollers on the door we use primarily to enter and exit our home gave out. I called Pella to see what could be done, and they were very helpful, ordered the parts, and sent two techs out to replace the rollers. While it took several weeks before the techs came out, they repaired the door and were able to adjust the screens while here. I am very happy with the service.
