I purchased a treadmill here and the manager Mike was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and didnt rush me into my purchase like most would. I purchased a 3G Prorunner treadmill with install and delivery and not only did they come through but they were able to deliver it within days! I love my new treadmill and I havent had any issues so far. Really appreciate it!

I love At Home Fitness. I went to the At Home Fitness store after countless calls to other exercise repair shops that never answered the phone nor returned by call (s). I purchased a popular adjustable dumbbells online. It fell out of its cradle and I was not able to put it back properly which caused weights to be jammed in the wrong places. Being new to home fitness equipment I was totally loss for what to do. I when to the At Home Fitness store in San Tan Village and the nice gentle at the store said let me take a look at it. He took a rubber mallet and loosen the improperly placed weights. Now I have no more excuses for not working out at home. At no charge, I was grateful and on my way to rebuilding back better. Just a wonderful experience from shopping to delivery. Mike from the showroom was very patient and answered all our questions. What was most wonderful about the showroom was there was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. My husband and I were allowed to try the different items and were given space and privacy to speak about the item we were most interested in purchasing. The delivery team was kind, professional, and prompt. I feel so fortunate to have walked into the showroom on Market St and now that I purchased a quality item that Ill get a lot of use from. Called about a week ago and spoke with Mike. He took the time to go over my questions on treadmills and was very patient and helpful. He then promptly emailed me the specs on the unit we were discussing. I went into the store a few days later. Very clean and organized. Took just a few minutes to check out the treadmill I was interested in then I purchased it from the store. Mike was again very helpful and informative. My unit should arrive and be installed in the next couple weeks. Will update about the delivery experience then.

I’m a design engineer and one of the reasons I purchased the 3G Cardio RB recumbent was how functional the design was (for openers, it had a broad seat that both my wife & I could agree on…important that wife agrees, right?) and the pedals are pretty close together so they approximate the natural separation of your feet and a big enough control screen to do the exercising feedback, but not so big it blocked the tv in front of the bike. You guys really paid attention to residential customer’s needs. I was also impressed with the rigidity and engineering of the frame’s design…really built to last, and...its fun to use (while viewing your favorite tv shows)

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Made great recommendations based on my needs and space available in my home. Went over all of the features of the product, answering all of my ridiculous questions. This happened first by phone, then in person. All of this was done without any sales pressure. Delivery was earlier than expected and delivery staff were equally knowledgeable about the products. I highly recommend At Home Fitness!

Our treadmill had some display issues. After a quick call to Mike, they sent a tech out and replaced the display. A week later it had issues again. Instead of fiddling with the display again, they replaced the whole treadmill the same day we called. Excellent service!

We have purchased several pieces of exercise equipment from this location. The staff was super knowledgable in helping us figure out what equipment would work for our lifestyle and fit in our home gym. My husband and I work out often at home and love doing everything from lifting weights to cardio and HITT training. We love using the reformer and the 3G Elite Upright Bike for good all around workouts and both have held up extremely well with moderate use over the past few years!! Weve also purchased good quality exercise mats, weights, and medicine balls from them too. I highly recommend shopping this local store for all your at home fitness needs!!!

We ordered our entire gym from here and had it delivered (pre-COVID). Not only was the service great but the gym install was fast and professional. It has held up great and we love it. We went back this weekend to discuss our future move and schedule professionals to assist. We also bought an additional Lat Bar. Mike Garcia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We wont be going anywhere else for our fitness equipment. Highly recommend.

This was probably the smoothest treadmill purchase that I can remember. The manager was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything simply. My mother (who we bought the treadmill for) appreciated the kindness and patience with her questions. He empathized with her needs and worked with us on the space constraints. The scheduling process was painless as well, and Im looking forward to the delivery/set up in two weeks. Ill be sure to return for any other fitness needs for myself or family.

I called and asks one question. I was told they would be out until September. Normally thats fine to not have stock as we are in a Pandemic but the attitude behind it was lame. I started to ask another question and Mike interrupts with alright?. I hung up. Calling anyone else.

Michael was a professional salesman. Had a vast knowledge of equipment in the store, and helped me chose the right machine for me. I Never felt pressured to buy. Will definitely be back in this store in the near future as I continue upgrading my home gym.

Went in to test drive the ElliptiGO SUB today and had a fantastic experience. We spoke on the phone earlier this week and I knew the delivery would not be until late Sept. but that is what the manufacturer website also says. Mike Garcia provided wonderful service and I cant wait until my ElliptiGO SUB arrives - just in time for the cooler weather.

My husband and I went to the Gilbert location yesterday and were amazed with the knowledge and assistance by Chad. We were looking for a water rower and Chad was able to explain everything we needed to make a decision. I bought a full home gym from them, the Inspire system, and Mike was so awesome I only wanted to get it from him. He was a straight forward guy and I really appreciated his no pressure approach. I hate being sold stuff and Mike was just educational and great to work with. We came in looking at treadmills. Seemed like an okay place. I didnt feel like the salesman was listening to me as well as he was trying to sell me something similar. They were nice guys and seemed knowledgeable. Place was clean

I stopped by At Home Fitness in Gilbert during a lunch break during the week to look into a functional trainer. Grant was friendly and informative and we discussed the Inspire FT1. My husband and I went back to the store on Saturday afternoon to try the FT1 out, Grant was again very nice and answered all of our questions. We purchased the FT1 on Saturday and it was delivered to our home on Monday morning before 9am, great service! We opted to assemble the unit ourselves, instructions were easy to follow and hardware was packaged/labeled for step by step use. Great experience, will return to this store for future fitness needs.

Mike Sullivan made us feel like we were important and that he cared. He was not over selling, yet he still did his job with information and education. There is something to be said about low pressure sales and trust. We left the store feeling like we could commit and after some thought we ended up purchasing a used treadmill and home gym. The prices were really great, they deliver and set up, even upstairs for a fair price. The ratings here make me believe we stumbled into a great store with great customer service. Great local business. I bought a Torque F7 from them a few months ago which is a fantastic system which I use it daily. I just encountered my first mechanical issue (probably the machine settling in) this week. They have already put in a service ticket and assured me that they will take care of it.Since my first time visiting the show room they have been great to deal with and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality home gym equipment.

I bought a ft1 from here and have used it so many times and in so many different ways since the purchase it really is a multi functional piece and my hone workout wouldnt be half of what it is without it. the store was large and clean staff were helpful and knowledgeable wish prices were a bit cheaper so I could buy more!!
