**UPDATE**Thank you for the reply to my review. That shows management values input. Allow me an opportunity to provide a bit more information and perhaps offer a suggestion. I walked around the store for about 10 minutes. I understand, and appreciate, the attention your employees were giving to existing customers, one on the phone and the other on the computer. However, I would suggest asking your sales people to acknowledge a walk-in customer. Perhaps a Welcome in. Well be with you as soon as we can. None of the 5 employees that saw me walking around offered any of that. Im left with assumptions that maybe your employees didnt think I was a worthy customer. Nonetheless, I found a store that greeted me, answered every question I had, and earned my business. Again, Im just a guy that maybe walked in at a bad time. Maybe my suggestion wont amount to much. But my initial review stands. Thank you again for taking the time to reply. Best wishes.Drove out of my way to check out this store. I can tell you after walking around the ENTIRE store, they have great carts and parts. But, apparently they dont want to sell anything. Not a single person asked if I needed help. Not one, until the gentleman mopping asked me on my way out if I needed help. Cash on hand. Ill purchase my cart from a store thats interested in selling.
Golf Cart Parts and their employees will go above and beyond for their customers! My wife and I worked with Tim Short and he was incredible. We decided to build a cart from scratch and Tim was there to answer questions whenever we needed him and made sure we felt like we were his number one priority. The golf cart we envisioned went from an idea to a reality in 2 short weeks and we couldn’t be more happy. Everyone at Golf Cart Parts gets my highest praises and we will ONLY do business with them in the future. If anyone is thinking about purchasing or building a golf cart don’t waste your time looking anywhere else, Golf Cart Parts will treat you right and give you the best deal in town!
What an amazing, hassle free and truly enjoyable experience!Extremely knowledgeable staff, very upfront about any and all cost and extremely flexible and patient as we were deciding on several carts before choosing that special one.We shopped other companies and we can tell you the pricing here at Golf Cart Parts Company was far better than the rest.Tim was our main point of contact, he was professional, knowledgeable a true gentleman. We highly recommend Golf Cart Parts Company and look forward to many years of fun with our cart 🍻
I am very happy with my purchase of my 2018 ezgo golf cart from Golf Cart Parts Company. Customer service is wonderful. There was a problem with the brakes on the cart so I called them. They picked up the cart the next day, replaced it with new brakes, and dropped it back off at no cost! Such great service! I could not have asked for better service! I love my golf cart, and I will definitely be recommending them to friends, family, or anyone looking to purchase or repair Golf carts. Thank you!
Best golf cart repair facility in phx. very professional sales and service department. thanks guys
Great group of people. They were very responsive and I was in and out quickly. I purchased a carryall 500 and gave me a wonderfull deal. Again, I appreciate the business and look forward to ordering some parts soon. Thank you!
Tim Short, was nothing short of amazing, very professional and easy to work with. This is definitely our new home for all our Golfcart needs.
I wish I could give them no stars....they sold me a brand new tire for my glof cart I bought from them. Theh damaged it and when we brought it back because it would not hold air we brought it back. Theh told us we would have to purchase a new tire. Very rude they dont send behind their work. Will never come back
Great service, we bought a golf cart, they will deliver too. Thanks again for great service
Great knowledge of all golf carts and Andy and Brian were so helpful with my 30 year old Yamaha cart parts
I dont have the wrong company.
I called to order parts for my custom golf cart and they had my belt!! In stock! Also Rob the mechanic was very helpful as well. Paid a tad more than on line but not to much. Glad to have the quality part I needed without having to wait 🙌.
These folks have kept my carts running for the past few years. Transportation available which makes life easier. Will quote multiple prices for some work if parts are spendy.
It’s great to know that people in the know about repairing things really care. They were recommended highly to us and that the best form of advertising! Brian did a great job troubleshooting our problem, then was able to fix at a reasonable fee, so much so I decided to buy new tires! That’s what great customer service gets, more business! I’ll always recommend them highly, keep up the good work Brian and Team!
I’m not sure of the name of the guy working at the front counter but all I can say is awesome! Tested my charger, quickly found the parts I needed, replaced the part in front of me, and charged me a very fair price! I was literally there a total of 15 minutes! I will definitely be back for any of my golf cart needs!
We had a motor rebuild, runs great.they was very helpful and informative on everything we needed to know about golf carts .also we could have gone some place closer to our house, but after I made calls...I knew I was making the right decision going here.If you want your golf cart done right...this is the place!!!
If there were six stars I would give it. Bryan at GCP Company was great.Club Car Lithium on the other hand I would not go with. When looking to buy a new golf cart the Club Car dealers could not tell me what size lithium battery they used so I had no way to compare with E-Z Go carts. E-Z Go offers three lithium batteries, 60, 90 and 120 amp. Club Car dealers told me I would achieve 30 mile per charge with there Lithium batteries. Based on the 30 mile distance and a good deal from GCP Company I chose the Club. After one round of golf and back to my house, less than 16 mile the charge was down to 6% requiring me to put the cart back on the charger, this was mot what I was expecting. After several phone calls and talking with Club Car mechanic I found out the Club Car battery is 56 amp, less than E-Z Gos smallest.Bryan at GCP Company stepped up took a new Club Car and installed an after market Lithium at 106 amp battery. I have almost 4X the distance, it cost me a little more but still less than the E-Z go.A GREAT DEALERSHIP, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
No other place like it. Professional staff clean showroom priced very fair to competitors however the qaulity of work and outstanding customers service these guys provide makes them Outstanding and the best place in town. Always felt like family instead of a $.
Great service from a first time golf cart owner. Brian explained everything I would need to make the cart street legal. Friendly and courteous. I’ll be back.
We have used them many times for repair service and have also purchased a golf cart from them. Their customer service is great, they are honest and fair with their prices. Even if they are far away from you(they are an hour away from us), they are well worth the drive.
Awesome people, great service, and they dont over price anything. Great advice as well. Nothing but great things to say about this place!
We send our golf cart clients here and they have been nothing but please ever since we have started referring them to this shop. We have actually ended up doing some work for the shop themselves as well and they are a stand-up act. I would highly recommend this place running golf cart repairs or builds.
This group has helped me twice with two carts with DIY rig jobs and got them both running quickly and affordably. Highly recommend the pick up and drop off option they offer.
Very nice and knowledge. Could have explained cost a bit better.
We went here for a second opinion on the problem we had with our golf cart battery charger. Brian repaired for $75 what another shop said was unrepairable. Highly recommend him!!!
Brian found a very out dated part for my 1995 Club Car! Got it ordered & on its way! Cant thank him enough!!
Great place and great Customer service.
Picked up a couple of Trojan 6 volt batteries, the price was good and the service was outstanding, they went the extra mile to get me setup with awatering systemthanks Golf Cart Parts Company !
These guys sold my wife a $7500 headache. Id give no stars if google would let me. After disclosing to these guys we were in the market for a golf cart and worked as a cart caddy in old town Scottsdale they assured me that this was money well spent. Jon the other owner even felt entitled to more then the 7500 we spent and proceeded to get an attitude about the quoted price. This price also came from the other owner and business partner Brian. We were up front with our needs and repeatedly stated what the cart was being used for. After the purchase these guys had to pick the cart up three different times to make repairs and fix issues that should have been taken care of before it left the lot. They gave us a 45 day tag for registration at the time of purchase, and the entire duration of that time it was parked not working or being used. This cart has been worked on at least 6 times since May. It has made little to no money back and I deeply regret letting my wife make this purchase. Now Im stuck throwing money at a lemon and waiting for this investment to pay itself back! Be careful purchasing anything from these guys. This guy Jon got greedy and wanted 10,000 not 7,500 so he wiped his hands and didnt finish building it properly or making sure it was dialed in. He converted from electric threw a Honda motor in it and called it a day. This cart was never dialed in and properly inspected nor was it even close to safe or street ready like we were told. When someone tells you the cart is street ready you would think one would get more then a day or two use out of it before it broke down on the side of the road. Not be told when you express displeasure about the situation that you bought a used cart. Im aware we purchased a used cart but the issues that exist with this thing go far beyond what one can expect from a used cart. Be careful doing business here and again, I strongly advise anyone to rethink your options before coming here. Their competitors have to be better, these guys couldnt be any worse. They claim to be the best in the nation but based on the purchase I made, I think its safe to assume theyre self proclaimed and hold no substance to that claim. The amount of money spent on this purchase, in addition to the time and money lost as well as the headache that came as a result of this business is the sole reason for this review. Im more then disappointed. They have caused a whole lot of lost time and wages. They shouldnt be allowed to sell over priced lemons!!
If i could.. they would have received 0 stars. Theyre lucky to get 1.I stumbled upon this company on Google and I wish I never did! I was looking for a specific golf cart. Gas to exact and 6 seats (more would be ok too). Brian was the one who answered the phone that day and when I asked if he had a gas powered cart he replied yes. When we walked in Brian was very nice and showed us to the gas powered 6 seat golf cart. It looked really awesome. I was with my mom that day and when we saw the car we were excited. When asking Brian the price he told us $7,500.00. He specifically said you can have it about 2 weeks because theres work that needs to be done to it. We said ok. He told me little about the cart and asked me to come back when his partner John was in so they could pull it out and we could talk about it. Either way I wanted my husband there too. John was back at the shop so my husband and I went in to talk about the cart. They had it outside ready to look at. 24.0 Honda V Twin engine. Sounded good. 24.0 was legible. Had marine speakers on the top. Subwoofer under the seats, had big tires and a lift. Color was charcoal! Amazing! John talked about how he personally rebuilt the engine and he had been working on it (although when I saw the cart the first day... it had been parked for MONTHS). He said the previous owner was doing the same thing I was and it would be a great cart to get. It was ready to go. I asked if the cart needed work and he said no. He was upset with Brian his co-owner because he offered me $7,500.00 .. He told me he could have sold it for $10,000.00+. It was good to go. Ready for the work I do. So we test drove it and it was good for the 6 mins we drove it. He let me know they needed to take the stickers off first. When taking the stickers off the body got scratched so they called me and told me they were going to get it painted but it would be with me for the labor day weekend. He said the paint guy was ready for it that day. We purchased on the 24 of may and didnt receive a call until Wednesday June 1. I never got a call about anything. I decided to head out of town for the holiday weekend since he never called me. They called when I was out of town and delivered Friday June 3rd. Not labor day weekend. I started driving it that night. Monday they came to pick it up cause it was acting funny. Few days later it was good so they dropped it off again and it went out in the middle of what I was doing in the middle of a side street. I had to call a towe company. I let Brian know and Monday they came picked it up. John said it was a bad hub. They replaced what they forgot to inspect before ever selling an lemon cart. We had already had some work done to it. Carpet was Installed as well as a new subwoofer and new radio because when they sold it to us it wasnt functioning correctly AND it wasnt hooked up properly we needed to get that taken care of for the work I do. We had a certified audio company install new sub and radio deck. Horn didnt work they tried to fix that but they were unsuccessful, subwoofer needed to be replace because it was so old and the radio too. It returned for the last and final time. My husband went to the shop and went down the check list with John. He said everything was good to go! John signed off on it and they delivered it back to the location. 2 days later didnt work. I have spent another $1,000 trying to get this cart back on the road. I still have not made it out to make money. It has an old engine. The suspension is bad. THIS CART IS A LEMON JOHN!!!!!! Your status of BEST IN THE NATION is false. John YOU and your crew are the worst Golf Cart mechanics. This golf cart SUCKS!IF THEY DO NOT CALL ME AND BUY THIS CART BACK FROM ME I WILL MAKE SURE THEIR BUSINESS GOES DOWN!! I AM IN THE PROCESS OF FILING WITH THE COURTS, I HAVE REACHED OUT TO CHANNEL 3, 5, 10, 12 & 15 NEWS! I have friends who work for the news channels. I will and have let everyone know what kind of company they are running. Brian and John. Your nightmare has only just begun.
They always have the parts I need.
You must stop by and check this place out theyve got everything that everybody else doesnt have and theyll do whatever you want to your golf cart
Great inventory, employees and overall service.
Very helpful, knowledgeable and pretty affordable too.
Honest, very good service!
They had what we needed
