One stop has always been my favorite place to go for a shake after my work out but I will not be back to this location. I order the same shake every time multiple times a week so I’m pretty sure when I taste it and it taste like rotten milk my taste buds aren’t usually off. I turned right around and went back in to let them know that my shake tasted off and to confirm that it was made correctly and the girl was extremely rude and said yes I made what you ordered after I let her know it tasted terrible and not one of the employees offered to remake it. Customer service here is terrible.

All I have to say is Emma makes the best post workout smoothies EVER! I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else!

Bought a pre workout from here and I buy alot from here, this product was not only clumpy but the girl was saying its the ingredients... Haha I have bought this before and its fine.. I havent used it, and they wont even exchange it.. I dont want my money back just a new one... Absolutely ridiculous.. I will never be back.

Great shakes but, the Prices are different every day? I stop at this location approximately 3-4 times a week for a meal replacement shake. I always order the same shake. Every time I stop in, the price is different. Example...on 12-3 I paid 6.75, on 12-4 the same shake was 7.25. I always pay with cash. I’m wondering if there is some skimming going on.

Friendly staff and great shakes. Great location as well. Just wish they were open a little later. Otherwise, no complaints!

I come here for the protein shakes after my workout and my favorite is the pina colada protein smoothie. The customer service here is just wonderful. This guy Ryan that works here is so helpful and has always answered all of my questions regarding protein and supplements. He knows his regulars, so most of the time I dont even have to order, he just knows what most of us drink and makes it. Thats customer service!

These guys got my drink wrong and didnt even acknowledge I was there. Im not the one too complain but now I know I wont be going back to the gilbert location. Horrible service.

Horrible customer service. Ran by preppy douchbags that act better than the customer. They talk and hang out with their buddies instead of engaging the customer. Shakes tast flavorless. I asked for more peanut butter flavor in my pb&j slimmer because I could barely taste the peanut butter and this time it tast like it should normally. Im just sick of the service and quality of the product. Ive gone to the location on Signalbutte and the location on Almaschool, those locations have genuin customer service and delisciouse shakes. This place sucks, get new service! 👎

I agree with the other posters on the customer service. I got a smoothie which is generally pretty tasty and it was flavorless. I asked for them to fix it saying it tasted like ice and the request wasnt received well not was it fixed when they adjusted it. When I said it wasnt better they made excuses...Wont be back to this location.

Everytime I go to this location in the morning its closed. They say they open at 8 a.m. but out of 5 times I tried they were only open 2 of those times. So frustating. If you cant get that at 8 then change your store times.

Called on the phone and was treated as an annoyance over two yes or no answers. Boo.

Wont do business here after the poor customer experience I received. Got a supplement that was bad. They admitted that all of what they had in this supplement was bad and told me the only option is that they could blend it up for me. Ill keep buying my supplements online after that experience.
