Great option for dairy free. Its a bit overpriced especially for the attitude the staff has.. but the ice cream is delicious so I would come again 😋

My son begged me to take him out driving today and I just plugged in ice cream and we showed up here and it was awesome! Its just as entertaining to watch all the nitrogen explosion as they make your dessert and it is so creamy and tasty. I was surprised for a holiday that there was absolutely no line and I cant wait to bring the rest of the family back another time.

So enjoyed watching the creamerist make the creamiest, velvety smooth, flavorful ice cream. So yummy. Loved it.

This might be the best ice cream Ive ever had. Which makes sense given they prepare it in what appears to be a modern day cauldron that emits a plume of obviously magical smoke during the alchemical process. So, as long as youre comfortable with sorcery, its an absolute must-try. Im tempted to complain about the price but its really no different than paying $7 for a latte.

A little spendy but really nice flavor combination, not one I would recommend regularly for kids, but for a date or a small treat its a great stop.

I let staff know that it was my first time there so we might need Assistance ordering. I got awkward stares and staff looked annoyed and was no help on how the ordering looks. Ice cream tasted like old chewy ice cream that’s been in the freezer forever can be that that’s just the way it tastes like but was not worth the cost. Later wanted to add toppings to my ice cream to better the taste waited in the counter for five minutes while staff had been in the back for a while now nobody ever came out to help me so we just finished up and left. Customers that left before us were given byes and thank you’s for coming and when we left it was like wewere even ever there.

Didnt rate lower because my husband loved his strawberry shake. Not only was the cheesecake icecream not good they had the audacity to charge 10.00 for a small. The small ice cost additional 1.00 nuts I didnt want.

The ice cream was quite delicious but is overpriced. $8 for a very small cup. That could be because of the nitrogen though. Nondairy options are excellent.The service was poor. When I walked up to order, the employees were hanging out in the back, and it was difficult to get their attention. One of them seemed quite frustrated that I disturbed them.

Very fun experience to watch your ice cream be freshly made in front of you with liquid nitrogen. The different cream bases they have are great too and they have something for everybodys dietary needs.

Very rude. Not helpful at all. Will never go back. They advertise themselves as made-to-order with dairy-free options but the girl at the counter was disinterested, extremely rude and seemed bothered when we had questions. I am surprised this place stays in business. Why would anyone ever go back? In hindsight I should have just walked out without ordering anything.

First time and not bad at all. Came in on Labor Day and wasnt as crowded as other people have said at other times.Wife ordered coconut base cheesecake with captain crunch and fruity pebbles. Really creamy, different texture. Not bad at all. I ordered the all chocolate thingy, lol love it. Love it. Chocolate chips, ice cream, brownie, fudge and whipped cream.Noticed on the video screen said they are part of Five Star, no one mentioned it or asked for. Checking in to rack up points.Hard to find a table at first and was worried would have to stand and eat, but busy flow of people coming and going. Can I ask for shades on the window please. Sun is blinding and killing me.

Lines are still long. But the treat is worth the wait. It’s creamy, and stretchy consistency. The ice cream has good flavor. My kids grabbed Nutella with twix and another with Oreo. I had the cheesecake one. All were amazing.

Creamistry is the only ice cream place my daughter and I go to due to dairy sensitivity. We get the vegan base (coconut or cashew... we prefer coconut, its so creamy!) The staff are always friendly and great at recommending flavor combinations. My personal favorite is coconut base, taro and fruity pebbles!

Its better to get medium size ice cream Cause quantity of ice cream served in large is equal to what is served in medium size ice cream.

The ice cream was good, the customer service however was not. The workers seemed like they didn’t enjoy there jobs at all, like they didn’t want to be here. Also, the women working did not have her haired pulled back. I enjoyed the menu, plus they have dairy free options. But the environment was off.

My husband and I each got an affagato and it was delicious but the reason for less stars is that this place needs more than two people working. We were in line with two other couples waiting for about ten min before anyone even spoke to us.They were so behind on orders and really they should communicate with me people coming in. One couple in line with us ended up leaving because the wait was so long.

Decided to finally try this place out last night with some friends and family. Now, delicious ice cream is both science and art. We use it as an example for my engineering students for process design. This place knows what they are doing.When we entered the place was packed. Only one open table and we dove on it. Luckily it was right by the register, so we could see the menu. I decided to modify something on the menu, because I am never simple with my orders. They easily changed my order, and the ice cream was much creamier than other liquid nitrogen ice cream I have had.I will end this review by stating that the Fruity Pebbles ice cream, is far better than you think it could be.

Finally got around to trying Creamistey. I ordered the Nutella ice cream with bananas mixed in and the Husband got chocolate ice cream with brownies mixed in. Both were really good. So many options to choose from, well be back.

I really do enjoy the products and stuff at Creamistry, but my 3 stars are for this location specifically. In a time during Covid-19’s worst numbers here, we went in (the door says “no masks no service) to see a group of maybe 7 people not wearing a mask. we walked up to the counter to question that and the employee said about half of their customers walk in with no masks on. we did not want to eat anything that these employees made since they’d supposedly been around so many people not wearing masks, so we left and went to the ice cream shop across the street.

I have come here many times and the service has always been great. Tonight (Saturday) the management clearly didn’t staff for the crowd. Maybe they forgot Saturday nights when it’s still well over 100 degrees that the ice cream shop would be busy. Not really sure how they messed this up. Waited over 30 after we ordered to get our ice cream. Gotta say the staff was trying their best and that is why 2 stars.

I was greeted by a nice worker and the service was amazing! Everything was clean and they have strict social distancing rules to ensure the customers’ health and well-being. Their menu has a wide variety for everyone to feel satisfied. The ice cream came out quickly and was delicious. This ice cream shop is very unique and fun, I will definitely come back here!

Amazing place for an interesting take on icecream goes from liquid to ice cream in about a min and so tasty and creamy. Defanitly a place to take the family especially if you want to see some magic in some eyes, beautiful display of color and flavor highly recommended

First time we tried Creamisty it was amazing. Tonight on a Saturday night they missed the mark in many ways. We ordered two ice creams, for whatever reason our second ice cream came out 5 - 10 minutes after the first one and we watched them server at least 4 or 5 people between these two. I watched them finally complete my ice cream and the person that made it just set it down instead of giving it to me. Eventually another employee did hand my my Ice Cream. But by this time it was half melted already, not anywhere near the experience we had the first time. Our first Ice Cream was a little better but the brownie bites were very dry and stale tasting. Not sure if we will be back if the product turns out to be this random. The ice cream is not cheap so one would expect a little more consistency.

I came here the other day and had an amazing experience all thanks to this wonderful girl with bright neon hair, she explained the menu really fast 😂! Sadly when I came in today I saw that their corona rules have changed. they used to be on top of it, but today it made a total 180 and no one was wearing their mask and the rules on the door just vanished! No one was following social distancing rules, but that’s not really the workers fault. But what made me not want to come here is the amount of bugs I saw 🤢. The only reason I’ll give this place 2 stars is for the nice workers.

This was our first time visiting this place. After looking over the pics which looked amazing!,my granddaughter and I ordered and when I paid for this overly priced. icecream, the cashier said she didnt have dimes in change to give what she owed? I asked if she had a quarter so she did! I put it in the tip jar since I thought if she wasnt going to give my change. A very bad experience! The ice cream didnt look nothing like the pics. I would say next time we will go to DQ! Better for your buck!

My daughter loves this place. Any time were downtown (and shes been well behaved) we stop in for a scoop or two.

My nitro shake was delish, customer service excellent. My only beef were the customers. About a quarter of them didnt wear a mask before getting ice cream.

It looks amazing and taste good I think it’s definitely a unique spot but there are other places I would prefer. I had the cookie monster! It was really good I recommend it to whoever wants to try somethingnew. One of the best things is that they do offer no GMO dairy free all that other good stuff for those specific dietary needs or desires

I didnt expect 9.30 on a Sunday night would mean a long delay, but various people apologized while carrying on with their duties.. No one else came ahead of us but we were assured that the delay was numerous online orders. However, no one seemed to come in to pick up the orders. Nearly 20 minutes in we got to order.$17 and change later for two ice creams were not worth the money, though the dry ice looked cool. My wife had a mint creation from the menu that would have been better suited to a toothpaste tube and barely edible. I had a salted caramel crunch that lacked both crunch and whipped cream, though it was grudgingly squirted on after another delay.Like fro yo, nitro ice cream will be a fad that wont last. The advantage will be this review wont hurt the owners as they wont be around for long. I wont return to this overpriced orifice in downtown Gilbert.

Went here on my birthday and omg, I recommend this place to anyone who loves ice cream, and those of you who are lactose intolerant this place is amazing it has a menu for you as well. Thank you for catering to those who have allergies and are lactose intolerant and who love ice cream. The whole process is fantastic to watch. Definitely give it 5 stars

The absolute best ice cream I have ever eaten. Fun experience to build your own blend and watch it churn to ice cream in a couple of minutes! Went with the popular premium base, I could not even believe how creamy the end product comes out. This place is a MUST STOP!!! The Gilbert location is on a trendy block with a bunch of other awesome restaurants, but there’s plenty of parking around and quick to get in and out.

Excellent ice cream a few bucks more for organic and the topping you want. But delicious, made to order, very neat process involving liquid nitrogen, freezing your ice cream instantly. Definitely a must try if you never experienced it before, Ive been back 3 times now.

Was amazing

First time trying this place in downtown Gilbert. Ice cream was very thick and creamy with a good flavor and texture. We got the signature spookulous cookie mix and two create your owns with birthday cake and chocolate with marshmallows. Would probably give 5 stars as the staff were friendly but the price was the same as our happy hour dinner for 4 at Joyride.

I liked how they had a couple of days alternatives. I tried the mint flavor in the coconut base and it was pretty good. It was smooth and you didnt taste the coconut much, I would describe it as a little less creamy or melty in comparison to dairy.

Disrespectful staff, they made us feel as if we were disturbing them when we walked in and ordered. Its a shame as the ice cream was pretty good.

This is THE spot for an ice cream fix in Gilbert, worth the drive even if you dont live in Gilbert. Their creations are amazing, or you can make your own. Cant recommend enough.

After an initially poor experience of my hydro flask breaking in the store due to one of the workers, I was extremely impressed with how upper management handled the situation and truly made it 100% right. The district manager reached out to us a few days later in the middle of the holiday week, bought a new hydro flask, and delivered it to me personally, apologizing for the whole situation. I greatly appreciate the amazing customer service and the district manager, Daryll, going out of his way to make this right for me and show me how Creamistry truly desires to treat their customers.

Its my first time at this location and Im sorry to say the matcha green tea nitro shake today was sorely disappointing. Ive had many a Creamistry nitro shake from different locations, and they were always so good. Not today, however. It was not as frozen and it didnt really taste like anything. It was kind of like a milky slurry rather than the usual awesomeness that is the nitro shake. For paying over ten bucks for a shake, this Creamistry failed me. Stick with other locations.

I go there for their dairy/soy free option of a cashew base. Unfortunately they are ALWAYS out of it. Ive only been there 2 times when theyve had it.So every time I go there, I get to watch everybody enjoy ice cream and wish that I could too.They need to get more cashew base in so they dont run out of it all the time. :( :(

I love this place!! If you love fruity pebbles, you will DIE for the fruity pebbles ice cream here! Its so creamy and its so fun to watch them freeze your ice cream right in front of you. I definitely recommend it!
