I have known Dale for years and know he has a great shop, machines and people. They do good work and care about their machines and customers. They bought SMC pneumatics from me for many of their applications.
Dale (the owner) has always been kind, friendly, understanding and a hardworking person and from what I have gathered he holds high standards for his employees as well which teaches them how to be more confident, self sufficient on the machines and with the projects. Chad is a very knowledgeable foreman you have any questions or are struggling you can ask him and he will walk you through it, very friendly. Clean work environment friendly staff and good pay.
I’m a former employee from here and whilst I don’t want to bash the company, I legitimately don’t know how it’s still in business... the owner is a megalomaniac and a total tyrant who directly blames his employees rather than works with them. In the time I was there I saw more safety violations than I had in years working at previous machine shops. People come and go and there feels to be little motivation to do better. The owner, Dale, is cheap and micromanaging to the point that it made me question why I was working here. Final straw was when he directly insulted my intelligence and accused me of being mentally unable to preform my job with the little to no training that was provided.
I worked there for 3 days. The owner will never say goodmorning. Thats a fact, everyone knows. Its dirty. Its unsafe. And their lunchroom is a dirty corner of the building. I was embarrassed to be there.
