Excellent Service, Impeccable and flawless products. From the footboards, heel/toe shifter, brake arm and saddle latches. I inspected every part to the tee and the machining was insanely perfect. Kathy made ordering my parts flawless. Had the wrong color delivered on one of the foot pegs, called Kathy and a tracking number was emailed to me within hrs. My part came in before I even sent the other one back. Will order again in the future and will highly recommend.

I cannot say how much I am happy today....I received the 1st piece, my grips from PRECISION BILLET, that inspired me to airbrush my own bike ...when I saw the marbled red and the silver crosses on these grips.. I just fell in love with them and they are the ones that inspired me to do a gothic style airbrush painting on my FLHX...so I started by painting the back and created that same marbled red behind a gothic widow...it was love at 1st sight with the floorboards and all the remaining PRÉCISION BILLET...wow!!! masterchief pieces!!!! .... I want to say a huge thank you to all PB TEAM and special thanks to Kathy and Ryan...You made my dreams come through.. I just wanted to send a big thank you to Kathy and the Precision Billet team for sending me my “dark side derby cover.” It is beautiful. It changes the way the left side looks, radically. I ordered a 3 hole cover, but the cover they sent was 1/2 inch too big. So, I sent it back disappointed. I asked Kathy (who I had been working with) if I sent my original derby cover could they use it to recalibrate and make a custom one for me. Kathy got it organized and they did it, and I love it. It really rocks the left side of my dyna 5 speed. It took a while, but they finally fit me in and never left me hanging. Kathy kept me aware of the process the whole time. It was well worth the wait. The money? Anyone can ride a bike. The point is to look good doing it. And Precision Billet helped me get the look that I wanted. It was well worth the money in my opinion.

I ordered floorboards that were said to fit a 2019 Ultra Limited. Floorboards folded op would crash into derby cover on one side and painted cover on other side. They sent me spacer and wasn’t enough. Let them know and they never made it right. Can’t use the $500 floorboards. Customer service doesn’t exist

I built my 2012 road glide using several parts from precision billet . Riding home the shifter came off . The shifter is a two part shifter one part connects to the shaft and the other is the shift arm. The shift arm came off . I nursed it home . The next day I emailed to see if I could buy just the part that came off . Their response was shocking to me . They responded, very promptly I might add that they were regretful what had happen and they would send me out a new shifter. I never expected that kind of service . Bravo! Im sure I can find more karts to out one my bike and will use their products whenever available . Thanks again, Brad Mason
