High praise and recommendations for Mattress Center USA.Shopping for a new bed we went to several stores. Mattress Center had (BY FAR) the most helpful sales people (especially John). He took the time to help us find what we wanted, not just sell what the store wanted sold. I would recommend them without hesitation or reservation. They kept us informed on the status of our order, and the delivery/setup team were fast and knew what they were doing. We are quite happy with our new bed.

John assisted me with finding the right bed within my budget. He was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the various beds available. The delivery and setup went well. Couldnt be happier with this purchase.

I never really write reviews and never thought Id write a good one about buying a mattress, but the experience here was great. John was very helpful and low pressure while also being knowledgeable about all the products. They have a machine there which is supposed to match you up with your ideal mattress. I figured it was just a gimmick but the mattress I ended up buying was exactly the type it said I should buy. Ive since recommended this place to all my friends shopping for a new mattress and would buy here again if I ever need another one in the future. This is definitely not your traditional mattress store, and thats a good thing.

Customer service was excellent. Nick made it happen for me so that I could have the bed delivered in time to start my new job in a new town! The delivery went very smoothly and I was impressed that Nick remembered particulars about my life that I had shared with him!!

I used the Diagnostic system and it is such a game changer! I’d recommend this to anyone that walks into the store right off the bat. The machine told me exactly what kind of supported I needed for a good nights sleep! I was also able to try out other mattresses too. My sales representative, Nicolas gave me a fantastic deal! He was straight forward and willing to work with me. (Unlike other stores I was browsing around at). If you’re looking for a mattress go here! The hospitality and customer service are like no other. John at mattress center is the absolute best. He was extremely informative in explaining the different mattresses. John showed us a variety of mattresses all ranging from different prices so we didn’t feel like he was trying to sell us the most expensive mattress at the store. Really amazing experience! John made it his mission to find me a bed I was comfortable in and stayed in my budget. Everyone there is friendly and fun to talk to, which makes the whole mattress searching experience kind of fun. And then to top it off, when they delivered the bed and adjustable base, they got it set up and provided step by step instruction on the adjustable base remote and even shared their tips and tricks! Could not recommend this place and these people more.

Please don’t waste your time at other stores, this is a great one!Excellent customer service not just in the store but with the delivery teams as well! I was really impressed because the salesperson inside knew what they were talking about instead of looking at a clipboard for each mattress. Then the delivery team was fast, polite, and honestly just A LOT better than other stores.The diagnostic sleep test is a game changer for mattresses! It takes two minutes and is absolutely worth it!To summarize I can’t recommend them enough and believe this is the place to go if you’re interested in sleeping better and not being talked into buying a more expensive setup than you need.

I needed an affordable bed for a temporary living space. I stopped by Mattress Center in Gilbert just before Christmas. The store was closed, so I called their number. I heard back from someone right away, asking what I was in need of. I came in on Saturday, and was able to get a great holiday discount on a bed. Sales and service people were very helpful and able to work with my budget. They were also able to deliver that day. I was very impressed with the team that helped. The bed is comfortable and working out. I would definitely recommend Mattress Center USA.

I had a great experience with salesman Nick and John, as well as the owner James. Nick and John were nice, courteous, and explained everything in great detail on looking for the right type of mattress, sheets, and pillows. John was in training, and he had me set up on the computer to try to get the best accurate type of bed based on my sleeping habits. What I loved about them is this technology used at thier store a bed that’s able to tell you exactly what is the bed for you. I was asked questions about my sleeping position, if I had any back problems, ect and based off my answers and this cool device/bed I was handed a printed sheet that had the best options for me. We were treated so well and given the details we needed to go home and discuss so we could make a decision. Stopped in to get a new pillow and did their bed analysis to help figure out what pillow would be best. I have had my new pillow for a couple days and have not had any neck pain or headaches since. I can’t wait for my new bed to arrive but I am confident it’ll exceed my expectations as the pillow has. James is super friendly and made the whole experience easy and no pressure to buy. In the past 8 years I have purchased a new mattress every 2 years because I’ve just never loved the mattress. Well I absolutely LOVE this mattress. Their bed analysis machine is something I highly recommend so you can sleep deeply and comfortably and wake up pain free. I also used to have restless legs but in my hips and I have not had an episode since.I am recommending to all my friends and family and will be taking my kids in to get their analysis and new mattresses in 2021!

Waited my whole life to finally purchase a quality mattress. I bought the Harmony Chill 3.0 mattress with the power base that has a freaking massage feature. I know what you’re thinking “ that’s completely unnecessary” and you’re absolutely right. But that’s exactly why i bought it and i am writing this review whilst enjoying my massage.James and his staff were amazing i told themI normally wake multiple times during the night and am always up by 4-5am. They had my take a questionnaire to identify what was best for me. I received my kick a$$ mattress and power base last week. Ive slept in every day now till 645-730ish. I don’t wanna get out of bed now.Treat yourself.

I was just driving by when I noticed this place. I had been looking at buying a mattress at mattress firm. At mattress firm I was turned down a sale from temperpedic mattress unless I would buy the base from temperpedic also, seeing how I already had an adjustable base I didnt need one. Well mattress firm lost out and Im glad i stopped at mattress center. I liked that they fit you for your custom support mattress and let technology help you find the right one for your comfort. They also carry temperpedic but wife and I opted for MLilly Fusion Supreme. Nice foam mattress and just the right feel. Not to mention the great price we recieved on it guess what I actually bought another adjustable base for our guest room. When you treat people with respect and courtesy and not try to sell some gimmick for sale numbers and commissions its much better for your business!!! thanks again Mattress Center.
