Nice job The Sound Resort Gilford, NH. Tough TV mount on uneven field stone. Great service. Followed through to the end to make sure that cable and other hookups were properly installed.Only thing left hanging was the TV!

Great people,Theyre prices are comparable to the big box stores. They deliver what they promise and they will work with you. I wanted a new 65 Sony TV for a New Years Eve party and have their tec hook it up to my existing surround sound system. No problem, theyd order the TV and Id have it by the end of the week.I get a call from them on Tuesday. The TV was on back order, so there was no way I would have it on time. BUT, If I wanted, I could go to Best Buy, buy the exact TV......(it was the exact same price)..... and their tec would install it for me. I was blown away. A lot of stores would have called me last minute saying sorry the deliver was late due to the holidays and the weather. Made the profit on the TV and the cost of the installation. Nope, they treated me like we all want to be treated. With respect, not like we just another paying customer right off the street.First Class Operation!!!!

I have a second home in North Conway, NH. I did use this firm in the past. They took weeks, sometimes never, to get back to us. Work was done wrong. I never had a working system at my home there, and in the end - paid another company to come in and fix the bad work.

The auto starter in my car stopped working I went to Sound Resort and the owner fixed the problem in a matter of minutes as a curtesy. I appreciate their honesty and helpful nature.

They put in a very big system, and it does not work. Now they have left the area. Closed shop. New owners, but they do not return phone calls. Very unhappy. Finding a new provider.
