Craig ordered me a helmet and the first time around it didn’t fit me the way I wanted it so he immediately sent it back and got the right size! He kept me updated throughout the shipping process and even delivered it to me personally. I am always greeted with respect when going into his shop. I highly recommend!

Craig Finnerty owner and mechanic at CFO has worked on several of my machines and is honest, hard working and does excellent work. I was a marine mechanic for 32 years and usually work on my own stuff but if its something I am not comfortable doing to my bikes or sleds Craig is the one I trust. He also specializes in performance upgrades and customizing and makes your bike much faster if thats what you are after. I definitely recommend this business for general maintenance and custom work. I brought a Harley Softail in last summer to get it fixed and Craig the owner was very professional and the bike was ready for the road with in a few days. From my experience I would recommend CFO then going into a dealership and spending more for same work.

Owner is very nice and his shop has since moved from Meredith to Building right before the turn in for Patricks Pub

The fat guy who I think is the owner is the most obnoxious, rude disrespectful person I have ever met. How does this joke of an owner even own a business? I’m pretty sure he doesn’t even know what he’s doing. I wouldn’t bring my bicycle to his place to be serviced. Stay away!

Horrible experience. Would never go back. Owner is rude, incompetent and unable to accomplish simple Harley maintenance and upgrade work. Will quote a job with a price and a timeframe and then without warning goes way over the quote and takes much longer than promised. When I complained, Craig (the owner and mechanic) got very rude and snippy. I have heard many such complaints about him since my experience. Buyer beware. I learned my lesson.
