Out of town when phone wouldnt hold charge, stopped by store with friendly helpful staff! Got new battery and now Im a happy camper.

Best place to go to to get your device fix. They had done an outstanding job fixing my iPhone XR, XS, and 6s. It’s a very tedious job, they replace my phone battery,screen, and speaker mesh without making any mistakes. A must go place to if you are having trouble with any of your devices.

Went here to have my back replaced on my Samsung 9 phone. The guy at the counter said 30 minutes and 25 it took. Good job and definately will go here again.

Our Gilette store is amazing. The staff is friendly, fast, and explain everything in detail. I would rather go in our store, over dealing with the online stuff. At least in our store, they get things correct.

This place is awesome. Ive used the place for several years. I was able to have 5 phones under $100 when money was tight. Now, I pay a little over $150 for 5 phones and theyre limitless. Also, when our phones have had issues, we can go in and they do repairs! Ive recommended these guys for years and will continue to do so. Glad I found them!

Cracked my Samsung Galaxy S20 screen and they were able to fix it within a day. New screen had a weird camera problem and they fixed that too free of charge. Staff super helpful and friendly and know more than the AT&T reps. 👏👏👏

So my phone was being wacky and wouldnt turn on. I needed to get it fixed as I was on a business trip and couldnt get ahold of anyone if I needed to. I stopped in right as they were closing but they welcomed me in anyways. 20 min later and my phone was back up and running. Great place with great service. Thanks for everything.

I switched to them and every time I heard someone talking about the other major providers, I started laughing!The hundreds spent on service, the man handling of customers, and the insulting matainance of there actuall device! That was sad!I had a plan that cost me 40$ and they fixed my phone when ever it broke. And fixed everyones phone for as low of a cost as they could. I walked in one day and told them my phone just died and the screen broke, and they sold me a older phone to me that was more my style and was just much more me, and a new screen! 100$That is the most they have ever asked of me. I got the phone and it lasted me 5 years!They know what you need and they provide!!!
