Great sale going on right now. Lots of good buys. Redecorated my bathroom today. Only open for 12 more days. Definitly going back.

This store is closing, and everything is on sale.The girl at the checkout made me nervous about my purchase. She kept repeating, “There are NO returns. Not even if its broken.” I thought she was kidding at first but nope! She didn’t care if the box my supposedly new waffle maker was in only had a brick and tissue paper inside. It was my problem now. I left feeling anxious convinced that I just bought a rock for $80. It is still on my kitchen table in the box. I may never open it.

First time returning to any store during covid-19. Clean store, sanitizer available at important times. Friendly staff. I got almost everything I went for, but not a wide selection of bed pillows ☹️

I reserved some items online and went to pick him up but they didnt have the quantity I reserved in stock. Representative Cassandra and her manager Carmen found an alternate product and price matched which was great. They also found some Christmas decorations and arranged for free shipping to my house since they didnt have in store the quantity I needed. They helped me order them online and I really appreciated it. I will definitely visit there again....thanks!

I like the store they have exactly what they say they do unfortunately I came here for five things and all five things were out of stock. No worries it was nice to get out of the house I will order it online

Disappointing. Still can touch and feel things but maybe its because at my age I own everything already. Came for a straw whisk broom none available. The TV pillow I wanted I had to take the floor model with no discount because they have 20 ordered with no ETA. Maybe its me.1 service person early in the door then nada.

They advertise an item for black friday which they do not have and are unable to order online. Why put it on sale if it cant be bought, frustrating and a waste of my time.

Used to love them but their customer service sucks and thats at more than one! Like to watch i guess cause if my color!!?? Some things way too pricey!! Only time I usually go now is if there is some great deal that no one else has, if i have a GOOD coupon, or if someone buys something for me I go to return! 😋

Friendly workers make this store a pleasure to shop in. They know their products and where to find them. The Gilroy store had a large selection of bedding and window fadhions that change often.

They had exactly what I wanted. They also too my coupon even though it had expired.

Customer service is pretty good here. The staff exhibits some level of training, and they seem to care about doing a good jod (which is, sadly, very rare in this little City of Gilroy). I give them stars for customer service; however this store loses stars for price! Yikes! I am no cheap-skate, or miser, but WOW! This place can often be downright absurd on its pricing. I understand that they are a rare store in Gilroy that invests in better-than-barrel-bottom dreg employees, and probably pays for some employee training too. But still, WOW, those prices can be stunning.
