Fun craft store. They have everything under the sun for craft projects and ideas. A little pricey but you can get some good deals on their sales. Very clean and organized.

Pretty good selection of craft equipment and supplies, but they did not have photo-safe pencils for writing on the backs of printed pics.

Store is nice and staff helpful, could probably use a bit of maintenance in the bathroom. Also, a piece of cleaning equipment was partially obstructing the emergency exit. I got what I was looking for so was happy about that.

Love the store, but they stopped carrying plastic canvas, very disappointed. That is my favorite craft, and am starting it up again, and usually buy hundreds of sheets. Hope they stock them up again!

I went here over Christmas, and called the corporate number to complain about a staff member being to bothered to help.Regional manager called and apologized and said theyd have the assistant manager call me. Yeah, never got that call! I usually love coming here for craft supplies for my daughter, but lately maybe its because of the pandemic, the store has been lacking.

This is an arts and craft supplies store with a large framing department. They also offer classes in several different crafts. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the prices are very high unless you get a sale or use a coupon. Fortunately, they constantly have sales and coupons. The good thing about the store is that they have a large variety and selection. If you need arts and crafts supplies you can most likely find it here.I have taken a course here and it was very good and lots of fun. I spent a lot of money on supplies but I think it was worth it. They have dedicated classroom areas so you arent working in front of the whole store. Their holiday inventory is amazing and usually goes on sale a month before the holiday with discounts getting deeper the closer it gets to the holiday. After holiday clearance sales offer really great discounts if you are the sort to store up for the next year. They do not have sale flyers or brochures in the store, you must bring yours in with you to utilize the coupon.

Overpriced and poor selection. I had to search for help 3 times. Not once did the sales associate stay to finish helping me. One actually seemed bothered while another couldnt get back to her conversation with male associate fast enough. Who doesnt love Michaels! Love to craft than this is the store to go to! Not a crafter, no problem, they have a full baking department and frames for all your beautiful pictures too! They also offer classes there on a variety of subjects!

Michaels is a large craft store, that one would think would have just about anything, however they didnt have a 2.25 mm or 2.5mm crochet hooks when I needed them. Store is clean and organized and the employees are mostly helpful and friendly.

Well stocked with merchandise. Desolate inside and out to the parking lot. That makes the ambiance cold. The clerks from this generation are better with technology not customer service. Their website needs substance.However in the store I always find what I need 😄. The prices for frames or custom frames are reasonable. A tweak in employee training with customer service and I give 5*s.

One of my favorite stores! I needed a picture framed and couldnt wait the required two weeks. The framing people worked with me and by purchasing a frame in the store, they are custom matting it and framing it for me in just two days and Im getting the discount! Great customer service!

I came hete for scrapbook supplies and wasnt disappointed. I found everything I needed, from paper to stickers to scissors. The sticker wall, wow! An entire aisle, including sliding shelves to fit everything.

Very well organized and clean so the things your looking for can be found easily. I got in on the last day of the 50% off sale and was still able to use Michaels promo code from my cell that can be found online. Saved alot and thats always a good thing for all of us these days.

I found some materials for a birthday gift and an associate was helpful in finding others. No real eye contact or enthusiasm to help but... she helped. Checkout took a long time with only two registers open. It felt like the young cashiers could have physically moved faster and at least acted a bit friendlier, especially after standing in line for ten minutes. I dont shop to make friends, but friendliness and manners go a long way for me (and customers in general).

I tried their online order and then pick up in store. I ordered Monday evening and went in the following afternoon to pick it up but was told there was a problem with the program and it wouldnt be ready until the next day. I was leaving town and thats why I ordered it beforehand for pick-up and not have to stand in line. Oh well, maybe it will work better next time.

This is about the third time Ive left the store without buying anything because theres not enough cashiers for the number of customers present.😣 Theres about 10 people standing in line and two cashiers and I only had one little $0.99 item, wasnt even exactly what I was actually looking for. I just chucked the thing on the shelf and left. Michaels is the worst run retail shop that Ive ever been in that I can remember.Thank goodness for Amazon !
