Small but great service two senior citizen men were kind, understanding, and bilingual.

All Pro Towing rescued us! We were traveling with a travel trailer 2 kids and a dog and were stranded on the side of the road for several hours with a truck that overheated and an insurance company that was not answering our calls. We finally contacted All Pro after hours. Two tow trucks were dispatched within minutes of our call and since it was after hours, the owner, Jerry and one of his drivers came out to help. They were wonderful. Its nice to know there are still business that believe in customer service!! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

All Pro Towing broke the shifter on our vehicle, which cost my wife and I $600+ to repair (on top of the cost of the tow itself). After finding out about the problem, All Pro Towing has avoided all of our calls, letters, and emails. I live out of town and had to use them while visiting a relative otherwise I would stop by their shop. Very unfair, but Ill give them the benefit of the doubt and assume their business is struggling to make it through this tough time. Nonetheless, our story is one to consider since the shifter should have never gotten broken in the first place if the gentleman performing the tow had done it properly.

I had to come here to commend the work of All Pro Towing and Recovery. We were at the Shell Station in Gilroy on a Sunday evening when we locked our keys in our car. I did a quick Google Maps search and All Pro came up. I gave them a call and the nice gentleman on the phone said, “Be there in 15 minutes”. Our specialist Anthony (I think) was there at exactly 15 minutes, got our car opened in less than 5 minutes. The whole experience from search to having our car unlocked took less than 30 minutes. Thank you so much All Pro!

Best service ever!!!! got stuck on the side of the road un the middle of the night with my entire family (3 young kids a dog and 2 adults) in the car including my dog. All the other tow truck companies in the area put me on hold for like 15 minutes. Bruce or whatever are called quoted me $95 a tow and $5 a mile after that and once they found out I had family in the car they put me on hold and never responded after that. Nobody helped me but All Pro answered the phone immediately and had our tire changed in an hour. I thought it was almost too good to be true and called the guy several times but he was very patient with me. I think his name was Dave. Thank you Dave u saved us!

I wanna thank these guys for showing me there are still small businesses that have a heart. I dont know how they were able to be so kind but they restored my faith in humanity. 😖All I know is that everything in my situation spelled out there is no way I could ever get my van/home back. 😕Im almost certain that had it been any other company that wouldve been the outcome. 😇These people are real people the human kind.... I didnt think there were any more of us left in the business world, but 😌Im so glad I was wrong . This was honestly the best experience in a bad situation I’ve ever had. My car died 5 miles out of Gilroy. I called All Pro and they immediately came out and got me to a shop. They answered the phone at 11PM at night and immediately came out to help. They were SUPER affordable! I’d recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely amazing service! And the lowest price I could find even in a jiffy. Jerry personally came out to fix my flat tire on the side of the freeway. It was my first time experiencing this and he reassured me. Very friendly, quick, and reasonably priced service. They even jumpstarted my car after they fixed my tire! Important public notices/docs arent customer-visible and/or not made available, and proper customer access to neccessary information which might apply to any and all vehicle owners, buyers, title holders, payees, etc. This is A shame given that the humans behind the companys name all seem to be quite warm and fuzzy. If only the policies and CA regulations and consumers rights were catered to with more aggressiveness in comparison. But everything is correctable and no doubt the wonderful staff here will work towards meeting the statesand the customers standards within a short time!

Best tow service I have ever worked with, very professional and responsive. Price is reasonable and they are a locally owned company. They are there for you day and night, and get the job done right. Love these guys!!

All Pro was fast, helpful and friendly. My car broke down on a Friday night on the highway on my way to the airport. The All Pro driver listened to my situation and put extra hustle into helping me tow my car so that I could be picked up quickly and make my flight. The driver even helped me buy the right kind of battery for my car before leaving. I would recommend All Pro to anyone!

My auto body repair shop uses All Pro Towing for all our towing needs. The staff is professional and courteous. I can rest assured that when I request them to pick up a customers vehicle...the customer will be treated professionally. They always go out of their way to handle any special customer needs for me also. We appreciate their high level of service.

Last weekend, my Mercedes broke down on my way back from San Luis Obispo to Gilroy. I knew with a tow of over 150 miles it would not be cheap get home. I called 4 different Tow companies and ALL PRO TOWING not only had the best price by far, but they were quick to dispatch a truck to pick me and my car up (on a Sunday I should add). Jerry, the owner, coordinated the effort and communicated well as to when the truck would get me. I was VERY PLEASED with how ALL PRO TOWING saved my weekend from becoming a complete disaster by towing me so quickly and for a very reasonable price. If I could give 6 stars, I would ! . Last night I was driving home from Holster and ran out of gas, my cell phone was dead and I was alone on the side of the dark road 3.5 miles away from 101 on ramp. Used my on star service to call for help, they were having a hard time finding someone who could help me within their network. Then Jerry from All Pro Towing came to my rescue as fast as he could and gave me some gas. Last night Jerry was my Hero!Thank you Jerry

Great Service, prompt, affordable and Nice drivers, you dont have to worry about getting that creepy truck driver feeling! I know I never have to wait over an hour for a driver to show up like with AAA services and feel comfortable knowing the vehicle is delivered safely and correctly.

I had a very precarious tow with my motorcycle on a very steep hill. Jeremy came out on Fathers Day and with his creativity it was a very successful tow. He was great.

Very helpful and accommodating over the phone. The driver who actually towed us was very nice and knew a lot about cars and gave us a basic run through of what might be causing our car to be inoperable.

I called All Pro to tow an old MF tractor for me to the repair shop. They showed up right away and handled all the difficulties associated with an unworkable hydraulic system.Upon arrival the driver placed the tractor in a parking slot perfectly and I was charged a very fair price. So there I was all proud of myself for replacing a head gasket (not easy on a Nissan Xterra) when the engine began to misfire and eventually stalled.  I called All Pro based on the highly-rated reviews and was not disappointed.  The response time was quick, saving me from sitting in the hot sun for an extended period.  A few minutes later my vehicle was on the flatbed and on the way back to my house.  During the trip Jerry asked some questions about the Xterra:  What work had recently been done, how it was behaving just before it stalled, and other symptoms.  Based on my answers Jerry thought the Xterra might have a bad fuel pump.  When we arrived he gave the fuel tank a few strategically-place hits and the Xterra started immediately.Now not every problem can be diagnosed and fixed during a 10-minute drive.  I share this story to illustrate the prompt service and how a genuine interest in my situation turned a very frustrating problem into a huge sigh of relief.  The other reviews describing All Pro’s excellent service tell me that my situation wasn’t a random bit of good luck.  I highly recommend All Pro Towing to anyone who needs towing services.

Zero stars. Dont use this tow service for anything. They are not fair in dealing with their laborers.They charge excessive fees and work their employees on holidays without any benefits or bonuses.Dont let the pretty family photo in front of the business fool you. The owners are bottom feeders.They are not community friendly. Use ANY tow agency but them.

Needing a tow truck for a roadside emergency is never fun, but All Pro Towing really took care of me when I was stuck...Quickly! Great experience!
