I was generally satisfied with the service. However there was one thing that bothered me. I had a timing cover gasket replaced. This is a difficult and at least a day and a half procedure. They did a fine job on that as far as I can tell. However about 3 months before this gasket replacement procedure, I had my oil changed . I put Mobil 1 fully synthetic in my Buick Lacrosse. After the latest procedure I called and asked if they changed my oil. They said they didnt. However when I went to pull out the dipstick it was crystal clear as if the oil had just been changed. The reason Im a little upset was that I had fully synthetic Mobil 1 in the car but when I got it back after the gasket/seal change, I probably got 1/2 synthetic oil at best. Overall I was satisified with the service and the people interactions of Buick Gilroy.

It was perfect. When I took my car in I spoke with James. He truly is an awesome person to work with. I bought the car in February used from private party. The car broke down in Southern California. I went to the place my car broke down by.Needed a new timing chain. It was a horrendous ordeal.When I came back to Northern CaliforniaI brought it to GMC and asked for full diagnosis.James explained what needed to be done and the costs.Everything was easy for me from time of dropping car off to picking it up.Repairs are done.Everything was up front and done in a timely matter.My car runs beautifully. I can so tell the difference.I am so happy with James and GMC. I feel relieved and safe.I will be back for services.A huge thank you.Valerie

Not sure what appointments are for when I had an appointment at 12 pm and sat at the dealership until 1:45 pm and my car had still not been moved from where I parked it. Luckily my wife picked me up as my oil change wasnt complete until 3:30 pm. I wont be back. I dont have an afternoon to waste waiting for a scheduled oil change to take 3 and a half hours.

This has to be the worst dealership I’ve ever been to. I had an agreement for an SUV and drove 3 hours from Sacramento to Gilroy to pick up the car. When I got to financing, the finance manager (who was rude, disrespectful and dishonest) brought me the deal sheet which was much higher than what was agreed to. He also added all these fees which were never disclosed.I would tell the owner that the finance manager needs some serious training because he doesn’t know how to speak with customers. I’m taking my business elsewhere. Classic Bait and switch!Do not go here, they are liars!! I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Do not buy a vehicle from this place! Very unprofessional, and when we signed on the dotted lines, and started driving from the lot the tire pressure light came on. We were literally 50 feet from property so we turned around, only to get the run around from sales to mechanics service. 1st they tried to blame us, then once they realized we had just left less than 1 minute before, the mechanic took car to add air to tire. Said they didnt have the tire in stock, and recommended that we take to a tire shop, and well be reimbursed!Well it took GMC 3 months to send a reimbursement check. Also never received 2 keys for my vehicle, and still have yet to get one. No manufacturing book included in car, so sales rep printed out only 3 chapters.... I could keep going, but Im not wanting to relive this nightmare!! Go elsewhere when you want a responsible, respectful and good service experience when buying a car...

The service department and very specifically Josh Delgado is the Best service I have ever experienced at a dealership. Since moving to the bay area two years ago I have had nothing but trouble finding a dealership to service my vehicles.I live in Gilroy and decided that I was going to try a local dealer the only one who would return my call and schedule service for me has been Gilroy Buick GMC. I have three Chevy vehicles and I could not get the Chevy dealer to even call me back after several tries but when I called Gilroy Buick GMC not only did they answer the phone but they scheduled me for the next day. All the work and service that I have had done here has been very exceptional and I’m very happy.Recently something major went wrong with the engine in my truck and Josh Delgado went above and beyond any service I have ever experienced and that he took care of my vehicle got the new engine installed got the truck back on the road. In my opinion Josh Delgado is an excellent example of someone who is dedicated to his job. I manage several large projects with several people and if Josh were to ask me for a job I would hire him immediately and make him one of my managers his customer service is excellent he’s always concerned about the customer and making sure that their needs are met. Because of the customer service that I received from Josh Delgado in the service department I will consider in the future any new cars that I purchase will be purchased from Gilroy Buick GMC. I look forward to future business and thank you for having such a wonderful service manager at your dealership

My wife and I came in to the dealership already having our mind made up on a GMC Terrain. We were shopping around for used Terrains and wanted to see if the new Terrain pricing would be competitive with the used. To our surprise the price point for a new wasn’t far off from a used Terrain after manufacturer incentives. We almost walked after the initial price and interest rate, but Frank and Desan made us an offer we couldn’t pass up. It was a huge decision for us and Desan and Frank were quite patient with us and allowed us plenty of time to make the informed decision either way while allowing us to be at ease without pressure. The out the door price was right there with used. Also the monthly payment was what we were looking for in our budget and a fair interest rate. This was our first time brand new car purchase and we feel that we were taken care of and not taken advantage of. We were thankful to have Frank and Desan assist us in the first time purchase as they did great. I later found out about the Costco auto purchase program and was bummed thinking we could’ve got a better deal all to find out we got a better deal at Buick GMC Gilroy than Costco could have even gave us. Needless to say we are in love with our 2020 GMC Terrain and so happy with the way the car buying process worked out for us at GMC in Gilroy. Thank you Buick GMC Gilroy, Frank, and Desan for making our dreams come true in helping us make our first time car purchase come true!

Worse place to take your car/truck to get fix. Took it twice and they didn’t find anything even though I showed them a video of the problem. I had to take my truck to the gmc in San Jose and they found the problem right away. I do know know if their workers are not well trained but I’m definitely not taking my truck there again. By the way this review is coming from a person that worked there a Couple of years ago as a sale person but I just didn’t like the Environment is the place. I thought it was going to be different as a customer but it was even worse. THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS THE WORSE

Absolutely horrible sales team. First they post a sale price on a vehicle on their website, then they wont even match their own advertised price. 100% false advertising happening here.I went in trying to buy this advertised price on this truck and they wouldnt even give the $50,878 they have advertised.I ended up swinging by Moore Buick GMC in Los Gatos and got the same price as this ad, but on a truck with a higher MSRP.If you value your money, time, and dignity, avoid this dealership. They will try everything they can to rip you off.Avoid!!!

4 HOURS FOR A OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION!!!!!! Well I made made an appointment for 9am for a OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION got checked in at 8:52 and was told it could be 2 hours as they were a little bit busy ok fine. So after 2.5h still not in the shop then was told it would be done in a hour. So after 4 hours I finally get to leave. I will never come back here again.

Very bad experience with sales team! I was planning to purchase a used vehicle. I was in contact with couple sales reps before making my decision to go forward with selected vehicle. I am deeply dissatisfied with communication of Herraras communication and responsiveness after the sales did not happen because used vehicle ended up having salvaged tile history. i understand this might happen and dealership informed me, but at the very last steps before making a purchase. Also I have asked about title status couple weeks earlier and got confirmed that they vehicle title was clean. I understand that this happens but in my case we did credit application even though I was planning to pay in cash no financing was needed but according to sales rep I needed to fill the credit app just for dealership to have it on file file and this application will not be submitted. I got assured sales rep couple times that it will not have affect on my credit score. Later on I have learned that if there was credit check! wanted to let others to know - please be very careful with sales reps at this dealership since they will tell you anything to make sale. Same day I have tried to contact sales rep, but none of my messages or calls was replied - so just imagine if you purchase a vehicle form this dealer ship what kinda after sales service you can expect! Also, very important please read their final offer as well as their DMV fee charges. Please compare with official DMV website registration fees as they might be putting extra charges.I hope my message will help someone to be more aware and hopefully theirs next car shopping experience will be better than mine was at Gilroy Buick GMC...

Not trustworthy is the bottom line...It takes a lot for me to write a negative review for any business. As a fellow business owner, I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, Gilroy Buick GMC and Michael Winding lost any hope of future business from this truck buyer. I spoke with Michael Winding about a truck listed online. We talked pricing, financing, and he assured me he would hold the truck for me as I was traveling from two hours away. I mentioned I wanted to be sure it was not sold before I got there, and he agreed it would not be a problem. I offered to put money down to hold it which he said was not necessary. He said he was having some repairs done on truck and thought it would probably be back in two days. I emailed him to ensure it returned from the repairs and let him know I was making arrangements.I continued the buying process with another sales rep and completed a form as requested. I let them know I was caring for my mother needed to make special arrangements to have someone fill in for me. After all arrangements were made, financing discussed and applied for, and after I spent my valuable time and effort making arrangements to drive over to buy this truck they said they would have no problem holding for my arrival first thing the next morning, I received a text message saying the truck was sold.In my humble opinion, if you cant trust a business to keep their word at the simplest of agreements, all other agreements and discussions are also not trustworthy. When people show you who they are, believe them. If Gilroy Buick GMC does not have the human decency to maintain the most basic of agreements, they certainly arent trustworthy on the big ones. No worthwhile business I know does business this way.Additionally, per another complaint, they also raised the price on the vehicle online after I inquired about it. I took screenshots of both prices. Shame on you, Gilroy Buick.

The agent that helped us was very professional and helpful. Unfortunately, right after my husband picked up our vehicle one of the dash lights for driver assist came on- this was an item that was supposed to have been serviced. The agent confirmed this service was missed and as a result we now have to drive 30min to bring our car back again. Had someone done their checks and balances before we were told to pickup our vehicle we wouldn’t be inconvenienced. Also, this was our first time at this shop since moving to Hollister, definitely was not a good first impression of how this shop does business.-Update-After bringing my vehicle back to have the driver assist computer reset, I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup. While reviewing the paperwork, I spotted an issue with my taillights that wasn’t reported to me yet the performed test had a big “failed” with a red icon. Unfortunately since the shop had closed early that day I wasn’t able to inquire regarding the failed test and had to call the following Monday. Contacted the shop on Monday only to receive confirmation the taillight test did fail and the part was on order, which means I’d have to to be inconvenienced again to take my vehicle back for a third time.GMC agreed to have a concierge service pickup my vehicle, however this was just half the battle. Fast forward 2+ months I had yet to receive a call back to get my vehicle schedule to have the taillights fixed- this was after leaving 4 messages for the individual handling my car.At this point I was so frustrated, and rightfully so, that I decided to contact the shop manager to discuss my experience with his staff. The manager was able to quickly get my vehicle scheduled and also had the concierge service confirm pickup. There were some hiccups with an incorrect service time being relayed to the concierge service which I had to correct. There was also an issue with getting my vehicle dropped off to me and appears the drop off was not previously scheduled and handled last minute. As promised the manager did everything he could to get my vehicle back to me and he was able to deliver.Overall my experience was below satisfactory and by far the worst experience I’ve had at a GMC dealership. This shop definitely needs a more robust training program for their staff and overall operations. I hope with new management in place that this will happen.

Unfortunately there’s is nothing good to say about my experience at this dealership.There sales team and management are untrustworthy. I had the worst experience with saleswomen Jessica flores and her manager Billy Huynh .They were both rude, dishonest, dishonorable and disrespectful. After communicating with them both for over a month letting them know I was pre-approved they had a vehicle on there lot I was interested in my bank was ready to send them the check. On Monday April 5, 2021 received a email from Jessica flores saying the price had been lowered on the vehicle we had been communicating about and was I still interested I replied yes myself and my bank were ready to go. I emailed Jessica flores over all my financing information from my bank to seal the deal. Jessica asked me to fill out the credit app to verify my identity I explained I would and if she could assure me my credit would not be resent to other bank due the fact that I was already financed . Jessica replied in the email saying yes it was for identification purposes only . To my dismay and disappointment my credit application was sent to eleven different banks that day I was emailed from trans union, and experion letting me know there were concerned about fraudulent activities.I immediately contacted Jessica flores asking her to explain what happened she directed me to her manager Billy Huynh whom contacted me speaking very rudely asking was there a problem because they had already sent the vehicle to be delivered .I explained my concerns about the fraudulent activity that had taken place after I explained to them both him and Jessica I did not need financing. I explained to Billy my frustration about the lack of trust and communication between him and Jessica and how I would be contacting corporate and letting them know how I was lied to and mislead by the both he began yelling at me saying if I was going to contact corporate and leave a bad review he was no longer going to sell me this vehicle and he was calling the delivery driver to return the car immediately. I was deeply saddened and extremely disappointed to know that not only was I now possibly going to be a victim of identity theft but the car I had my heart set on wasn’t going to arrive. Billy later called me back later offering to wave the delivery fee if I now excepted the vehicle. After he so rudely yelled at me and snatched the vehicle back I explained I was hurt and I had never had any sales person especially a manager speak to me this way and be unapologetic to a customer whom was spending thousands of dollars to purchase a vehicle be treated this way..I declined his offer and he yelled at me again and said fine go ahead and leave your bad review slamming the phone in my face.I would hope that no one else would have this horrible experience with these to or this company for that matter.

Ken did not schedule my appointment when I got to the dealership I had to be fitted in to that day schedule. Then when my car was done I was told I would receive a text never received a text. Then they parked my car next to bushes while the sprinklers were on which got water on my car and once the water dried it left water spots all on the back side of the 🚗.Not happy at all!

Save yourself some hassle and avoid the service department. I tried to get some warranty work done and after 4 trips into the dealership, two to schedule as they couldnt return a phone call I dropped my truck off on two separate occasions spanning 3wks for a full day only to arrive both times to be told they didnt have the parts! I can understand one mistake but to take it back 2 weeks later and have the same mistake happen is a joke! I wasted a month with GMC. Chevy 1000 feet down the street scheduled and had it in for repair in 2 days.. Chevy also has a customer shuttle while GMC made me get my own ride to and from the dealership.

They do not honor online prices nor their initial offers. Here is a specific example. Attached is an offer that was made to me via email that they refused to honor when I came to the dealership and test drove the car. They rolled over $1500 of accessories (paint protection and some gps tracking bs) into the advertised price and refused to take it out. Pay close attention to other reviews about them not honoring their online prices - they are 100% true.

I went to this dealership to purchase a used truck. The sales person was very helpful but when I began working with the sales manager, I found him to be rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate. Additionally he pulled the pressure tactics on me trying to get buy rather than leaving me alone. This is the exact reason most people hate working with dealerships. Lastly this Sales manager would not even let me take the car for a test drive. What dealership does that. Very unprofessional person to work with. If I owned that dealership and knew that this person was this disrespectful to customers I would fire him. Businesses are built on relationships. This person burned this relationship. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership.

All my other service have been good. This one in the other hand was hands down horrible. I was told my car would be done a little over an hour. I finally went to the dealership 2 hours later to see if my car was done because I did not receive a call. When I arrived my car was sitting under the port running. I went in and asked when I didn’t get called and how long has my car been done. The service advisor said he was sorry and it’s been done for about 15 min. I then said to him “ so my car has been done for 15 min”? He said yes! I said to him “ and it’s been running out there for this whole time?”. He stated he didn’t know my car was still running and apologized. This is not okay with me at all. I understand it was his 2nd day in the job but everything from check in to check out was a mess!

There is no zero stars option here. I strongly recommend DO NOT BUY GMC GILROY. Weve had nothing but problems for the past year of our new purchase. Mike, the owner doesnt return calls, gives false promises. Service department gives run around, cant fix the problem. As a local business family we will NOT recommend this location to anyone. They comment back here, theyre here to help the customer, so sorry for bad experience and so on. FALSE. Weve called many times and your treatment of a customer is horrible.

We called for an “out the door” price because we live 2 hours away, We received a price we where comfortable paying for the truck. The next day we confirmed the price and made an appointment for the next day. When we got there the truck was pretty and everything I was looking for, however talking numbers. The “out the door price” that we had been given over the phone was no longer honored. They jumped the price almost $4,000.To the woman that helped us on the phone was so helpful and nice. Seems like upper management needs to figure some stuff out.

EVERY CAR ON THEIR LOT IS $1,295 MORE THAN LISTED. EVERY SINGLE CAR. They add on a NON-NEGOTIABLE Paint Protection Fee to every sale, and dont disclose this until after you decide to buy. Yes, it is listed in the fine print, but I of course assumed it was already included in the listed price.I am not as upset about abruptly getting up and walking away in the middle of the sale of a car I really liked — I am more upset that I was lied to the entire time about the price of EVERY SINGLE CAR I looked at.This makes it sadly, painfully obvious that Gilroy Buick GMC only cares about money and not their customers. They price their cars low enough to get you in the door. Apparently, because these prices are low, some people are okay with adding an additional non-negotiable $1,295 to the price they expected to pay, so the dealership makes enough money to stay in business and not have a hard loss when people like me, who dont put up with this behavior, stand up and walk away in the middle of a sale. Utterly disappointed.Thankfully its a buyers market since Hertz went belly up. Im looking forward to seeing what actual deal I can score on a car, with a dealership who respects their customers, their time, and their budgets.PS: Jessica took care of me during my visit, and she was great. Im sorry she has to work for such a dishonest company.Update: After reading more reviews on here, I am not surprised to see that others feel just as disrespected as I do. Listen to all of us and take your business elsewhere. Be on the lookout for the Auto Butler fee in the fine print of the listings. It is additional, and mandatory, and not included in the price of the car as it should be, since its non-negotiable. Disappointing lesson learned.

Brought my car in for an oil change and new cabin filter. They offered me concierge service which I didnt use but was pleased to know it was an option. Since this was during the shelter in place order the service advisor met me at my car. There was no need to enter the building unless I chose to. The appointment was handled via my iPhone as were the updates by text. Once the car was ready, I received a text message, an invoice and the opportunity to pay via pay pal or credit card. Once payment was made, I arrived to pick up my car and witnessed an employee completing the wipe down of all touch points and the removal of plastic wrap on my seats. I felt safe and well cared for during a very efficient visit.

We parked and got out to look at a specific GMC that I saw online, instantly someone came out to help. But I was told I had to come inside so they could get some information about me before they were able to get the keys. Ive been car shopping for a while and never was I made to come in to give information just to look at a car. Next, I find out that the vehicle I was looking at is conveniently unavailable, even though its right there on the lot. I was offered to look at the same vehicle, but in a different color that I didnt want that had more miles and more $ for the same model. Finally I decided to look at it and drive it and I regret it. There was a rattle in the drivers side window that I brought up and was told they didnt hear anything. We got back and decided to run numbers to see if it was something doable. I felt embarrassed running the numbers, they didnt run my credit, look at my trade or run my vin. I felt like they already decided they didnt want to sell me a car, but try to sell me something older with a whole lot more miles. I was left alone while they talked to there manager, I got weird looks so I left. I was told I wouldnt find an SUV for the price I can afford, but I did and Im happier with my experience buy a car somewhere else. Dont got to Gilroy Buick GMC, its a trap.

Terrible. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS.1. They will scam you out of $2200. There’s a butler service that is not optional. After negotiating the price of a car for hours, we shook on a set price. After signing papers we realized they added the additional $2200. They had already said this was included in the set price we agreed upon. It was NOT. They tried scamming us.1. They tried selling us a used car that they claimed was new!!!! That is completely illegal. The cars I was interested in weren’t available, one sold the older was at the shop getting evaluated. So after many emails I was not notified of this. Got there was then told the was given the run around on the one I couldn’t see trying to lock down a price. How? I can’t even see it. Was a waste of my time. Side note I found the car on cars.com for roughly 18k now I see it on their website for 20k. I’ll never go there again nor do I recommend you do.

Top notch service as usual. They service any GM vehicles not just Buick and GMC. I think they do other brands as well since I saw a Ford Mustang and Honda CRV on the lifts. Anyways, I brought in my Camaro for oil change. I also went there to replace a panel that broke on the back driver side of my convertible. They investigated why the panel broke and not simply replaced it. They found what was the underlying issue and checked if my warranty covered it. They explained to me what they found and I am glad that these guys went the extra mile and look for the root cause of the issue.

On 5/27/2020 I purchased a one year old SUV from this dealership. Before I purchased the car I asked the salesperson Mrs. Anabel Cervantes if the car had both electronic keys. She said yes! After the purchase she gave just one key to me and after I asked for the second key she told me that the second key is in the mail. I walked back inside the dealership and talked to the manager. A second key was ordered free of charge and I received a copy of the order.After I did not hear for about a month from the dealership I contacted the sales manager Mrs. Julia Jenkins and asked for the second key. She asked me to send her a copy of the sales order which I did on 6/23/2020. She texted me back on 6/27/2020 and aske me if I would like to pick up the key or If she should mail it to me.On 7/8/2020 I texted her again telling her that I had not received the key. She texted me back the same day that she ordered the key again. As of today I have not received the key which is not cheap. The last phone call she did not return. You cant trust these people even if they give it to you in writing!Update: After the review I received an email from the owner Mr. Michael Winding asking me to call him. I called him on July 31, 2020. We agreed that he would pick up the car on Monday August, 3rd and get me a new key and I would amend my review. On Monday the driver showed up and got Mr. Winding on the phone. He demanded that I would take this review down first and then the driver would take my car to the dealership to get me a second key. That was not what we originally agreed. I told him that I am willing to amend this review in the presence of his driver after I received the key. He started yelling that the damage is already done and ordered his driver to leave me. Again, be warned. You can neither trust the sales people, the manager nor the owner.

Good quality cars with good price. We arived late in the night of the Martin Luther Kings Holiday, and the staff was supposed to close at 8 PM. They extended their working hours for extra 3 hours just for us to finish the negotiation and processes of buying a car. Very nice staff, helpful and kind. The sale person Roy there was very nice and helpful. We bought a Jetta in pretty good condition with good price, and the car came with a nice finish.

I went in with my husband this past Friday with hopes of buying a brand new SUV. We had bought a Sierra a couple years ago and were pleased with our purchase so decided to return. Almost all staff is new which I thought was a bit odd. The sales man was young but nice. We test drove the Yukon we had researched and decided that was the one. I was very excited to buy my first “mom car” on my own. When the finance manager Sam came in he crossed over me to shake my husbands hand first. I thought it a little rude but didn’t put too much thought into it. When Sam came back in to “negotiate” he was very rushed and did not like answering any of my questions. Sam was very impatient with us. I also noticed that he would only speak to my husband which was odd because it was me purchasing the vehicle. When I tried asking a question he said “you’re not paying attention” very rudely and I was shocked that a finance manager would treat a customer in such a way. He also never told me exactly what my credit score was or gave me a copy as requested. If I’m buying a $80k vehicle and I have questions I expect not only to be taken into consideration but be answered every and any question I have! In addition, he was very rude to the sales person as well and would not let him speak. After 3 hours of wasted time and poor service my husband and I decided to walk out and take our business elsewhere.

Prices on the website are different from what the total price on the car would be. They will tell you the price on the web is correct to allure you to the dealership if you call them. Then they will add a 2000 dollar accessory which can not be removed for the car when you actually wanna buy it! The worst part is another agent called me one week later try to do the same thing again... This dealer is very unprofessional and has no respect for customers

I had a very specific vehicle I was looking for and a specific budget amount I had to be within. Steven was able to get me extactly what I wanted for the price I needed. I informed them I was very interested in the vehicle and they sales manager said hed get back to me as soon as it arrived. I then talked to an internet sales manager and it seemed like things were going well. The first time we werent happy with the trade in value, but the second 2 weeks later they worked with us and gave us a good price for our trade. We are very happy with our 2018 acadia and has helped us with the extra room we needed. We are very happy with the salesman and the dealership. Very unprofessional and unapologetic. After selling a car to my grand daughter and writing out a contract, the dealership allowed her to take the car without secured or proper financing. After having the car for over thirty days they informed her she had to return the vehicle cause she couldnt get financing. It took them over thirty days to figure this out. Really!! How incompetent are they?? After returning the vehicle the sales and the original finance person didnt offer any face to face explanation or apology. Someone else was sent in to retract the deal. This isnt the first time Ive dealt with this dealership, they used deceptive practices earlier this year when I tried to buy a new vehicle. I dont recommend this dealership. If you buy from them, beware.

I drove 80+ miles for a 2018 2018 BUICK REGAL was listed for $16,795. We were meet a sales man at the parking lot and just before we were going for a test drive the so call sales manager instruct the sales person to go help other customers and that he was going to help us. We waited for about 15 minutes till I walked outside to find the manager helping someone outside. When he saw me he told me that he will be with me in a minute. After the test we decided that we liked the car and started the negotiation. Finally I agreed with the price they were asking for by now there were two hours. Then the Ray comeback to tell me that there was a service done to the car that is a add on paint protection, this is an extra service apparently, for approximately $2000. I decline the service an explained the manager and the sales man. They did not give me the option of decline they stated that is a service they do to all the cars.Cmon a paint protection for $2000. I was not able to purchase this car due to the final price. It seems to be they false advertise their cars and you dont have the option to purchase what you want has to be what they sale to you.I found the Manager who I did not got his name because he acts like he is to important for customers very unprofessional very unfriendly who wants to sale serviced that we do not need or request.Check the respond of this post. Same as the rest they pretend that was isolated case, they pretend that it can be fix.I call them today they put me on hold for 37 minutes till I call them back, then I was told that everyone was on a meeting.Unprofessional unethical as always.
