Huge selection of products. Helpful staff. Not really any better deals then the normal BBW. But still a delight.

The outlet had the same shopping experience but with better deals. Stocked up on some gifts.

I was extremely satisfied the workers are so nice the store is clean and the provided hand sanitizer and bags they were fully stocked and took the time to help me. I would recommend it to my friend and families and I will be going back.

I was in there yesterday, and due to social distancing, there was a line. However, they had umbrellas for shade and an employee was helpful and ready to assist. Once inside, I was so impressed with the kindness and eagerness with which the staff offered to help. I saw them bring a number of items to people in line, answer every question respectfully and do everything they could to keep people smiling. Really well done, folks.

Very clean and organized. The employees are really friendly which make your experience much pleasant.

All the holiday products are 75% off so grabbed a few items to give away to family and friends. 3 wick candles were $10 only but they only had the sweet smells. Line wasnt as long but it took forever. Probably stood in line for about 45 mins and there was about 7 people in front of us.

Waited in line for 2 hours fine we get it covid rules but to let people cut and not ask them to wait in line like everyone else! The manager did nothing. Good job. Also ordered my order at 339am! To get a cancel notification at 12:58! After i paid. Not happy at all

Nicely stocked great customer service

Typical bath and body works setup. Its great to be able to test out the different soaps while washing your hands. There are a few bargain bins with $2 air fresheners. But most other items seem way over priced. For example a bottle of foam hand soap costs $6.50. You get it a little cheaper if you buy in larger quantities such as 4 or 6 and the do have a few bargain bins.

For an outlet, I was very surprised at the prices! I shop a LOT at bath and body, but will not go back..employees were nice enough, but when I said, this stuff is all on clearance or sale, online, they said outlets don t do that! So, I guess ill stuck to online and stores..not sure what the point is to have it as an outlet store with higher prices! Again, employees were all super nice and friendly..no complaints there!! Which is why I gave it 3 stars.

I dont know why people are crazy about their merchandise. The prices are up, the scents are fake and very cheap. And there are lines. I think it is the illusion of a deal with buy 4 for 20.

I was there for their semi annual sale! Im always happy with the savings during that sale. Their staff are very nice and helpful always.

Was at the shop to browse only. But Karen was super friendly and helpful. She left me to browse when not required but showed up instantly when i had a question. Thumps up for service.

Poor customer service, distracted employee, curly hair was so busy on her phone that she didnt even answer my question as to whats todays sale. Going to another location where my $$ is appreciated, since Ive never experienced this at a bath and body works before.

Black Friday us a zoo no matter where you go, but the store had plenty of stock and workers. All-in-all, it wasnt too bad of an experience considering the day.

After speaking with one of the online staff for Bath and Body and him informing me of the problems with shipping and out of stock issues he advised me to go to a nearby store and to give them the promotional code so they would be able to assist with getting the 2 in 1s, body mists, and colognes in time. At this store they were out of stock on 3 of the 5 items I was trying to get for a Birthday present for the 7th. I spoke with them at th counter as well as a manager and they told me that they didnt have any idea of how their online system worked and they didnt know who to contact about this, even with me giving them the name and info of who I had spoken with. I couldnt believe how poorly this went and how they wouldnt have any ideas on how to deal with this or to even contact corporate to try to correct this problem.BAD BUSINESS!!!!!I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER PRODUCT AND I ADVISE OTHERS TO MAKE SURE TO BE AWARE OF WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THEY SHOP AT BATH AND BODY WORKS.

Theyre a closeout store, meaning all their products are at least 50% off regular prices. I got 8 full size lotions and body butters, 3 body sprays, air freshener and a body wash for $45!!

When we stopped at Bath & Body Works at the Gilroy Premium Outlet, I would die from embarrassment. Bathing is soap, washcloth, and a hot shower, it is not imagining what or how someone else is bathing. Oh, why did she bring me here? Women go shopping with other women and you wont embarrass men to death.
