The peircer did my piercing flawlessly and he was so fun and joked around a bit with me. I loved it. I trust them fully to do my first tattoo here in a few months.

Disappointed. I bought coils for an aspire breeze 1 device, went home to replace the coil and the chamber inside my device broke so I was no longer able to use the coils. I had bought a box of 4 and they are all individually wrapped.I went back not even an hour later and told the guy working what happened and they wouldn’t do anything at all to help out.I didn’t have enough money to purchase an entire new device and I couldn’t get a refund on the coils that are individually wrapped and perfectly good. Especially when the store takes the coils out of the box themselves to sell individual ones...Every other smoke shop in the area would have helped out, pick a better place to spend your money!!

Paid 107 dollars for junk, when i took my vape home to use it no matter how many coils you put in it, it would still leak. couldnt use it, called them and they told me all sales are final... so much for customer care. will never go back, i would rather drive 100 miles to the nearest place than go back there when your stuff you buy wont work properly.

My 19 year old brother was committed to getting a tattoo done by Daniel Silva at The Rock Zone. He filled in the initial email with every detail (and several photos) and once Daniel said he was interested, my brother paid the deposit. It appears that Daniel did not read this email, as their one phone call and several text messages indicate Daniels significant dislike for the archangel/protector tattoo my brother described. Daniel was condescending, close-minded, and frankly, an arrogant piece of work. This would be my brothers first tattoo. He has been working two jobs to pay for Daniels tattoo, and the flight to LA from Australia. He has been shamed and insulted by Daniel. Daniels final messages were coming in so fast, and so full of insults and name-calling, that my brother has now blocked his number.There were a number of administrative slips at the very beginning, which was excusable given how crazy talented Daniel is as an artist. However, his attitude and lack of professionalism, especially when faced with a 19 year old, is shameful.

Does rock zone have the worst customer service, are they out to make a quick buck? In my opinion yes! Im a pretty straight forward guy. I expect a product to work. If not, replaced. Ive purchased three vapor pens at Rock Zone. Im trying to quit smoking so I figured Id purchase one In a place that seems to somewhat know what their talking about. I purchased a total of three vaporizers equaling around $200. when the first two broke I figured no problem, assuming lack of both customer faith and warranty. when the third failed within minutes of walking out the door. I came back hoping for a switch out of the product....boy was i wrong. Andrea, this seemingly innocent enough girl who I had worked with before not only denied me a swap out of an obviously defective vapor pen but she also insulted me on the way out. Never have I had such horrible customer service! Never shop here! Unless you what to get ripped off. I usually dont leave bad reviews but this place has managed to leave a real sour note.

Ive gotten two of my 6 piercings done here and if I could I would have gotten them all done here the owner was nice and did a good job especially when the last time I went in I was with a group of 3 other people.

I have only gotten my lip pierced here and my experience wasnt so good. I had another professional look at my piercing and they stated that the people at rock zone did it wrong. So I dont know if I would recommend getting piercings done here.

This place has he worst customer service ever. They complain about any little thing, like little biznatches. They also change prices based on who comes in.... when my girl goes and picks something up for me there, the prices all of a sudden double. Beware

Rock zone is a great shop. Im going to getting all my peircing there. They have a good selection of piercing gauges and other items that are awesome. The three employees that I have seen and talked to are really chill and give off good vibes you should defenitely go there for you need. I recently got a knife from there and its really nice and sharp no bad review so far and ive been going there for a few years for gauges piercings so on and so forth.

Purchased juice for my husbands vape pen there and he likes them. Seems kinda pricey but the service we got was good.

Dont waste your time with Daniel Silva. Hes a lazy tattoo artist thats just in it for the money. Takes Days to text back, was rude to a client while i got my tattoo done when the day finally came. As time went on, his art hasnt improved. its the same bullshit henna incorporated and lazy designs as usual.

I bought an e-cig here, and will never do so again. First off, when I got the first one, it broke after only a small fall from my pocket (while in a desk chair). Secondly, everything is WAYYY overpriced here. Lastly, the people running this store lied to me and told me it was an 1100mAh model. After about a two weeks of usage, and very delicate handling, it stopped charging. I disassembled the device because after some forum searching I found that the positive lead for the battery commonly comes unsoldered. Upon disassembly I found that the battery is 650mAh. This last finding is the straw that broke the camels back. In no way is this review an assault on the employees, just the penny-pinching codger that runs the shop.

Dont waste your time with Daniel Silva who does tattoos. A simple questions turned into a ridiculous waste of time with him acting like a 5 yr old baby having a horrible tantrum. Customer service is what seals the deal and this little prick is lacking a whole lot more than customer service...

This place is horrible ...the staff are disresptful, the prices are outrageous, and the store is beyond strict with stupid rules ...i do not recommend this place at all .
