Jael was extremely nice got me in and out as fast as possible and sadly they didnt have the air filter I needed but they offered to get it for me and have it their before the oil was changed i turned him down on but went and got one myself and asked him if he could put it in for me as i didnt know how to change it myself . him and the other workers their were very considerate and i will definitely come back to this jiffy lube in gilroy as they are all about customers being happy . I have gone to other jiffy lubes before this one and i told myself i would never go to another one until my dad told me to go to the one in gilroy. Definitely will be coming back when i need another oil change i am 100 percent happy with the way they treat their customers. Thank you

I waited for thirty minutes to be helped while three other cars were being serviced. I never got any service nor given an estimated wait time so I could manage my day. I saw three cars with their hoods open and no one working on the vehicles. Absolutely horrible experience. I’ll never go back here again. One star on this review is too generous.

These guys are pretty slick. Due to COVID, this drive through, hands free service. At least three guys descended on my car and replaced all fluids, wiper blades, checked the tires and cleaned the windshield. I was in and out of there inside of 30 minutes, and I never got out of the car.

I cant give it 0 stars. They fluahwd my radiator, didnt fill it, and I blew a head gasket 80 miles later. $8,000 fix. Dont go there ever!!!!

Moved to Gilroy recently and was looking for a reputable place to get an oil change. My sister used to work at a Jiffy Lube so I may have been biased in trying this one out. The technician was friendly, explained everything as he went along and made me feel comfortable. It was a wonderful 1st time at this location and I would definitely return.

We had an oil change on our way to Palm Springs on a busy Saturday. We were in a hurry and left our spare keys there. Robert the manager overnighted them to us without issue. Well done on the oil change and five stars on customer service.

Depends on the staff who are there and how well trained they are. Ive had screws go missing, and made them find them before with much arguing. They must think Im an old lady who doesnt know anything about cars or engines, but really I know a lot and just prefer to not do my own oil changes. Otherwise, when the staff have been there a while that kind of stuff doesnt happen.

This location varies dramatically depending on who is in charge that day. One time everything is great and the next time they throw the contents of the glove box on the floor and leave it there, dont mention the air filter which I had intended on paying them to change until checkout. Then at checkout they said we recommend changing the air filter. They didnt even ask me what service I wanted, they just did what they wanted to and told what they had done when they gave me the keys back. When I asked them why they hadnt ask me about it before, and explained that I knew it needed replaced, they said it wasnt something they wanted to do that day. I paid someone else to change it. I just dont understand why someone would turn away easy business like that.

Guy 1 says they take coupons, took down my information and said itd be 30 min. I come back after my haircut and guy 2 said he didnt have my information to call me, asks me if I want to clean out my filters, I say no, he says okay you have to get synthetic (2012 Honda civic) gives me a price, says they dont accept coupons at this location. I just got my car and left. I would watchout for this location.

35 minute wait before they even were ready to start an oil change and the 3 bays were empty for 20 minutes. Workers with no sense of hustle. They have a tendency to take people in front of others....seems like something they do to jump their friends to the front of the line.Recommendation -- avoid this Jiffy Lube...they are not getting work done in a jiffy.

Staff lacks sense of professionalism, miss simple details, no sense of urgency. When my car was done, it just sat in front of the bay for another 15 minutes while the staff joked around some more. Oil light still on after servicing. One guy said air filtre needed replacing, another said, nah, its okay. One guy was under a car in the bay, dancing and singing loudly. He appeared not to be working on the car above him at all. Doesnt instill a lot of confidence in their work.

Plus, why is this location even have the name jiffy when it took over an hour to get the oil changed.Lots of action from employees looking busy but accomplishing nothing...like the action movie extras pretend fighting in the background of a bad Kung fu movie..All show and no go...Hopefully, they actually did do an oil change.

Overall not too bad as far as the experience is concerned if you dont mind paying $70 for an oil change. I do however have two complaints. They charge you for 5 quarts even if youre car uses less, not a huge deal maybe its standard practice who knows but shady nontheless.my biggest problem is that my receipt said that my car had been vaccumed when it clearly had not been. It didnt say declined for a given reason.. It said done. Then this techs work was signed off by somebody(supervisor or lead i guess). The work wasnt done a blatant lie by two of their employees. Needless to say, im never going there again.

I took my car in for an inspection the auto tech who called me back was very rude and snippy towards me when I asked if they could check the records 4 my last tune up he said ive never had one there when he ran down the lost of Services they performed on my vehicle back in 2016 I explained to him that at that time I thought it was a ton of I was getting so there was probably a misunderstanding he was very rude again and said well youre the one that signed the papers you should know what you were getting I said okay sir so my question is to you I brought my car in to get an inspection what exactly does my car need can you tell me that he was like hold on let me double-check that he told me that I wasnt there in person for him to go over it with me and I said I understand that but I dropped off for an inspection and you called me under the presumption that youre going to explain to me exactly what kind of Maintenance my car needs at this time he was still very snippy and argumentative with me telling me that he didnt have an attitude I told him to have someone else call me back who didnt have an attitude that can help me and let me know what my vehicle need that I wasnt a mechanic it really varies from time to time whether the service there is good or not I dont believe that as someone that is in customer service that they should argue with their customers and be so rude out of customers lack of knowledge in the profession
