Came here on Black Friday midday. Five people on duty - 2 on register, one stuffing boxes, one talking and answering phones and another on a smoke break. With only seven people allowed in they should be focused on quick transactions, but a register stood idle. Completely ridiculous that 40% of your staff is customer facing.

Went here to buy my assistant manager some rick and Morty items. I would come here more if I played video games. But the staff are very courteous and knowledgeable of video games

Awesome visit. I showed up 10 min before closing and Jonathan was on point! Great guy. Super friendly, great information about exactly what I needed and great service. I definitely appreciated the help and his energy! Didnt catch the other guys name that was there but he was a great help as well and have some great insight to the devil may cry series. Couldnt have been a better visit.

Its a great place to go shopping for a ton of game related things such as clothing, figures, backpacks etc. (Yes including games)

Spent about an hour here on black friday. Including the 50 minute wait for doors to open.Customer service was good. Crowd control was even better.I dont game much anymore but if rather go here than the other choices in the immediate area for gaming products and info.

Buy a used Wii here an extra controller and Super Smash Bros brawl. The service was excellent the gentleman selling the items to us was very polite and very knowledgeable and he made it a good experience at this GameStop

Gamestop gets a lot of flak for being an evil corporation which it is lol but the people the employees they are just following orders they dont all want to hustle you for your money. In any case this gamestop is on par with the Salinas ones, friendly employees good stock and Jordan the store manager is cool

My sons and husband go here all the time to preorder video games and Magic the Gathering cards. They have quite a bit of fanboy items for sale as well and sometimes t-shirts. One of my sons had a negative experience there once with an unhelpful employee which is why I gave it only 4 stars. They have a good selection of new and used video games and they will help you locate what you are looking for.

This is a pawn shop and when you trade games in they tax you saying california taxes apply to your trade in allowing them to give you even less.

They have a great selection of games, new releases.

Dont trade in any games you are better of selling them on the street. When we ordered a Nintendo switch for my brother they promised us 500 points but we never received the points so, we go back to the store just for them to basically blow us off and just give us a useless number that did not help. We just gave up and accepted we lost those 500 points. Its not the 500 points that matter to me but, the word of the company.

Got great assistance with our order, and the shop was very clean and organized.

The manager Erik is a complete ass, he is very rude and isnt there for customer service he just does his job for a check. He does not get back to customers who call in with a question. In person he is rude an the store smells like butt crack.Update 3 years later: The store doesnt smell like ass finally and the guy who is running the front is doing a good job but he needs another set of hands because currently this is not a one man store with the massive line in here. Oddly hollister has 2 to 3 employees in at all times and gilroy is understaffed extremely.
