Delicious! I wouldve given a 4 but this is a burger joint so its rated on the burger not fries. Fries were just needing a little help, more crispy, not so spongy. Burger was exceptional! They did have a long line but I guess to be expected, good food....but it did move fairly quickly.

I ordered a protein style burger, which is lettuce wrapped. The patty was very thin, but it tasted pretty good. I also ordered a napoleon shake and some fries. The shake was awesome and the fries were a bit salty but good.

Always delicious! Order is confirmed usually 3 times before you are handed the food so this means the order is always right. Never have I received an order that was incorrect. The food is always fresh. Long lines are expected just like all other In N Out Burger locations, so just hang tight, its worth it.

Cashier did not smile and gave my wife a dirty look when she politely asked to have a table wiped down. The fries we ordered were cold and the meat had a funny taste. We have been to quite a few in n outs throughout California and this was the worst

5stars everytime we go. Its a 25min drive to get here but anytime we leave town. We always stop for a quick bite. Did I mention its cheap 👍🏼

Fast service despite being so busy.We used the ladies restroom and there was no toilet paper, waxed seat covers and paper towels.I flagged a young man cleaning tables and told him about the restrooms and he got on it right away.Great job!!

The In-N-Out in Gilroy was really nice the only problem was it was packed the line for the drive-thru was down at the regular Street not just in the parking lot service inside was good we had to wait in line for that to you to give you a number and you wait outside and then they call you when your food is ready only problem was they had all these people Milling around and that could be spreading viruses

Its faster to order inside then going through the drive thru. Fast and friendly service. Its located near the outlet shopping mall.

You’ve gotta love In-N-Out Burger! Super simple menu. The line may be wrapped around the building but don’t worry it’s quick to order especially when they have an associate in the parking lot taking orders. The food is always fresh and made order. Do us all a favor and stop comparing In-N-Out to other chains. There’s nothing like this place and it’s better than whatever you’re thinking of.

Despite the drive thru was quite busy today, (around 15-18 cars ahead of me) the line was moving fast. The guy taking the orders (Thomas) is bilingual English and Spanish. I noticed he spoken Spanish while helping the car in front of me. Certainly that helps out to take orders faster.I hope every shift on every day they have bilingual clerks. 👍🏻

I love love love In and Out Burger. And Ive only just realized that each In and Out burger joint is laid out the same way. Went overboard trying to order animal style Burgers and Fries and couldnt finish it. On my second attempt I did animal style fries and normal cheeseburger and oh my God it was so good

Burgers were juicy and tasty not overcooked. Buns werent soggy with the right amount of condiments /veggies. Fries not crispy or tasty and condiments didnt help.

Everyone likes a delicious Burger, and when you visit In-N-Out you know youre going to get a great-tasting delicious Burger. Adding those delicious fries and large Coke, you can eat, drink and be happy. This place was packed with cars waiting in line to place their order. We had to wait 15 to 20 minutes which wasnt that long. Just be patient. In-N-Out is always worth the wait. PS.. The people taking orders outside are so nice nice. Some of the nicest Ive ever met.

Very busy, but the food was exactly what we ordered. Looked like the drive-thru was getting food faster than inside. Currently most places around there are not allowing the public to use the bathroom, they are.

Was disappointed that the cheese fries had cheese slices melted on them instead of actual cheese sauce. I have to say it. Whataburger makes better burgers and has more options. The Burger was tasty, but just not up to my standards. Its Ike basically getting a cheeseburger from Sonic. In and out doesnt even have bacon to add to your burger. Sorry not sorry, Whataburger takes the cake. Great staff and service though.

I give credit to In-N-Out Burger because They can serve a lot of people in very short order. With extremely long drive through line to walk up lines They still minimize the wait times. However they’ve gotten stingy with the condiments. I’ve almost had to wrestle The server for three little packets of ketchup for my french fries.

Not sure why this is the slowest in n out drive thru Ive been to. Ive been to many in n out drive thru throughout California.

Why do I prefer In-N-Out? Almost every competitor has a double-double hamburger, double cheese and double meat, but the taste of In-n-out is far superior. It is not the cheapest, nor the largest, but it has much more flavor.

Since I had a light breakfast, I came here to have my fill after my family confidant and I were coming back from an errand in San Jose. Although my hamburger order took about 10 minutes, I enjoyed my meal well enough.

Always consistent, never fails.From the Burgers, to the fries, to the milk shakes. The only bad thing about this spot (any In N Out spot honestly) is that it gets really backed up at the drive thru. But not to worry, it goes by way faster than youd think.

Gilroy location! We were trying to great traffic out of San Jose but nope, it was a grueling drive after our flight. We had to stretch our legs and they kiddos were stir crazy. Pulled into Gilroy, walked around for a bit then headed over for a little dinner. The drive thru like was popping but when we walked in, we walked straight to the counter! Score! Theres something about this place that makes it so good!!!

Always a fast drive-thru experience. Of course, there is always the situation where one (or a couple) vehicles ahead of you hold up the line because their card continues to get declined, but that isnt any fault of In-N-Out. Thanks for the speedy and friendly service you continue to provide to your community. 😁

8 minutes from ordering station to number being called out. And that is for a family of 5, at 12:30pm. Food was great as well

As expected this location is a busy place so big lines for drive through. We decided to go in to place order. You place your order and wait outside till your number is called. Orders were coming through fairly quickly. Although outside tables said no eating due to COVID restrictions people were still eating on tables. No cleaning happening.Food was as expected. No surprise.

This place is always good, always quality. As they pay their employees well, theyre always happy, no joke!
