Upon arrival I was quickly attended by staff. Medhi was really helpful and knows the products really well. He was able to set me up with the best of products suited for my goals. After a week of following the tips and products that were given to me, Im able to say I feel more confident Ill reach my goal. Prices are on the expensive side but you dont come here for the products. Its the service, knowledge and understanding of the product that will have you coming back. Five star approved 👌🏻

This is more than a supplement shop! The customer service is amazing and the people who work there actually take the time to figure out what supplements best fit for each customer. I was greeted by Mehdi and the customer service was awesome. I came in looking for some zero sugar stuff for my mom who is diabetic and Mehdi helped me out. He also gave me so much good advice about gaining muscle, getting shredded while fasting and doing Brazilian Jiu jitsu, weight training and cardio. Such a cool dude, you can tell he’s passionate because he sounded excited talking to me about it. Thank you.

I was looking for a place locally in gilroy to find quality supplements instead of shopping at a big retailer. I found MMF as a drive by and decided to check it out. I came in and was greeted by Coach Mehdi who immediately engaged in conversation and asked what I was looking for. As a T1 diabetic, my needs are a bit more specific. Coach Mehdi gave me some advice, suggestions, as well as engaged in casual conversation about our backgrounds in the fitness industry. I learned he has been a professional body builder for over 9 years and it felt good to know the store was owned by someone active in the industry rather than someone just trying to make money in it. I left with some wisdom as well as some quality supplements and the peace of mind knowing I’ve got top tier experience right around the corner willing to help me get the most out of what I’m looking for. It was an absolute pleasure to meet Coach Mehdi and I can’t recommend MMF highly enough.

Every time I go there they jack up the price on the same product.better off going to the ones in other locations.

The Gilroy Max Muscle team is always great. They are well informed on products and benefits, dont try to sell me stuff I dont need, and always friendly. Matt and his crew are great, I am happy to recommend them. We have a few options, here in Gilroy, Max Muscle Gilroy is my first choice!

Greatest supplement and protein spot in the entire Bay Area, even better than the Max Muscle locations in San Jose. Matt is a really generous and down to earth guy, who will be glad to answer any questions. I recently moved to the Southern United States, to get away from the anti-Americanism in California, especially in the South Bay. But if I ever go back to visit in the future, it will be one of the first spots that Ill visit.
