Very very bad service in my area. Discontinue use going with some other product. Waste of 7,000 dollars 😟

I got in touch with the Gilroy, CA Miracle Ear Center. Kirk Sharp went out of his way, even though I was not one of his clients and was from out of town to help me. He showed up an hour before he opened his store to accommodate me as it was the only time I could come in to have them serviced. He went above and beyond in customer service and had them serviced within 10 minutes and working properly again. I was so impressed at his kindness and caring enough to open his shop an hour early for me. Now that is what I call a real humanitarian. I highly recommend Miracle Ear of Gilroy and Kirk Sharp.

Came in for a Hearing test. I appreciate that it was free. The receptionist was friendly and pretty smile. Felt very comfortable . She even offered me coffee or water! The consultant Rick helped me reach a decision on becoming a Miracle Ear wearer. Now I need to convince my family this really works. Working on bringing my wife in. Thanks Miracle Ear.

The miracle ear hearing center in Gilroy is a total disaster.Multiple reps and multiple stories they tell.After going through a number of reps that were there temporarily we now have a rep there that I feel is totally impolite and virtually dismissed us from his office.Many questions and I feel they lie.Never buy from them, Never buy from them, Never buy from them, never buy from them!

Living in Idaho it is hard to help my mother with any of her medical needs. I made a call to Miracle and talked to Rick and set up an appointment. Since my mom has gotten the hearing aids she has been so much happier. She loves them which makes us all happier.

Dont go to Miricle ears. They are scammers. They tell you one thing and dont do nothing. They just think about the commission they get from the products they sale and not what the patient tells them. Very bad service. They dont call you back when they say they will, they promise to call you when the tv device comes in and they didnt. They never made a follow up appointment for my mom. And when they tell you that you get 45 days free trial and them they say they cant take them back. Even after my mom told them that they give her really bad headaches. They said she signed the papers so thats, that. But you cant try them without signing the papers. Very, Very dissatisfied. Im contacting the B.B.B.

Great service and a staff who really cares about helping people with hearing loss. The current hearing aids i have from Costco are still costing me a headache. I am hopeful Miracle Ear will help not just me but also my family and friends.

The convenient location is great. I can take the bus if needed and do my grocery and home shopping while all at the same place.

Came in for a free hearing test but the doctor wasnt in. The receptionist Jessica was very helpful. She scheduled me for an appoinment to come back next week but i wont be able to since im leaving this afternoon. When i get back into town i will call to schedule an appointment.

Great place to get a FREE hearing test.

In 2012 I purchased a hearing aid from here and wasted 2000.00 out of pocket. No insurance help to pay. That was the biggest waste of my hard earned money in 50 years
