I paid $100 extra for the extended warranty on Amazon and the unit failed less than 6 month. I was told to send to this company, it was a long drive but we did it anyway. 5 months later they returned my call and has no information about what wrong with the unit or what parts need to be replaced. They just say parts is not available, how convenient. They are rude despite my patience and politeness. If you have a bad experience like this, leave a review so we can do a class action law suite together
AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS:Dropped off an off road vehicle to be repaired (UTV ) and it went missing. I was told the vehicle was stolen, but when I asked to have the keys returned, they could not provide them. To add insult to injury, Steve and his wife Tori implied I had something to do with it. I am not sure if the owners had a part in the theft, or they just neglected to take the keys out of the vehicle.I filed a police report with the Hollister Police and asked them for their insurance information to file a claim. Initially, Tori acted like she was working with her insurance company but said she needed the police report. She stated she was busy and would get to it when she could.She proceeded to do nothing, so I obtained a copy of the report and forwarded it. I exchanged several emails back and forth with Tori to no avail.We are now taking them to small claims court as a matter of principal.I am not sure of the honesty of this business, but I can promise you they have no integrity or professionalism. Save yourself a headache and avoid this company altogether.
Droped off a log splitter to have it diagnosed and they would always tell me they would call me on a certain date to give me an answer but never did. After about two months of lies i went in person and they were extremely rude and unproffesional. The only person who was polite was the technitian that talked to me but the lady owner was was rude and unproffesional. She attempted to interrup my conversation when i was talking to an employee and tried to tell me not to get an attitude as if i was her child. Both times that i dealt with her when i dropped off the log splitter and when i picked it up she was not wearing a face mask with not a care in the world about covid 19 and the spread of the deadly virus to the public which is extremely irresponsible espicially when dealing with the public and putting everyones health at risk.
This place is horrible the guy we talked too was unprofessional.

Jason is correct....ZERO STARS...5 months it took them...was told 30 days..and not repaired correctly and they damaged my equipment..they could care less...the rudest most arrogant unprofessional place i have ever done business with.
Almost 5 months ago, I dropped off a Ryobi generator that stopped running. Picked it up today and now it doesnt work under full load. Dont be an authorized dealer if you cant handle it. 5 months! 0 stars
