Our family visited last week with 4 special feet to fit. Britton was a kind and patient with our special needs son and made excellent suggestions which saw an immediate relief to pain and balance issues. I had been experiencing pain in my feet for several months and his suggestions for my shoes resulted in longer walks pain free. Well worth the trip and very affordable for the quality of product, expertise and service. We will return

I had such a great experience today at their store in Gilroy. Britton, is so knowledgeable and friendly. I walked in with foot pain and walked out with some great shoes both for work and play. Customer service is top notch and you wont be disappointed. Excepts most insurances and also flexible spending accounts. 5 star rating, but would give them a 10 stars if I could. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Super duper experience for our athletic son. He is a univeristy competitive athlete in Track and Field at UCSB Gauchos.He has experienced lower back aches, foot arch pains, turf feet or turf foot. Walk Rite is a hidden gem in Gilroy. Not near any of the major stores, but well worth the time to visit and shop. We were so happy to have discovered it while leaving the Gilroy post office. Brittan, the owner is fabulous!! He is very knowledgably about shoes for all different foot requirements. He can easily recommend a quality shoe for a prefect fit.The customer service is excellent, the choices are pretty plentiful and everything on display is quality and made to last. You will walk out of there with a great fitting shoe, you will be happy with.We highly recommend Walk Rite and Brittan.

Actually, going today...Im a Retired RN and my feet hurt for my entire career..happened to walk into this store after going into the post office across the street and Wala!!! Was given the 1st shoes in a whole lot of years that finally didnt hurt. Time for a new pair..Excellent and knowledgeable service.

Great place!

This is an update on June 28, 2020 to my review from previous years. With the help of Store Owner/Manager Britton Bonsall I have implemented an entire Wellness plan. I am now able to include a complete health program including walking an average of 50 miles weekly. This has enabled me to lose 26 pounds the past year. They helped me with multiple pairs of shoes that fit me. I wear a size 16 wide. I have had 3 pairs of custom insoles over the past 6 years. I am 6 8 tall with flat feet after years of playing, coaching and officiating and the personal attention and service that I receive each time I visit the store is invaluable. I can move again. I give them my highest rating! They have delivered more then promised.
