In general, Id tell people to avoid any and all Napa auto part store. Their return policy is very wonky and if you buy a part at one store theres a good chance another store cannot refund that transaction. Avoid them

Store hours do not match website. Call to confirm that the store is open. . . I guess. . . 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Went to get bolts for my brake calipers, the person I didnt catch his name did a frantic job explain jumper starter and got my bolt and truck running great

Hours on Google says open til 6pm. Got there at 5:05. Employees locking up and says he knows the hours on google has been wrong since they changed their hours months ago and then went about his business.. Waste of my time

Biggest jerks I ever met. On hold for ten minutes so I went down there. When I asked them why the guy said we been busy, how can I help you? I asked him a question and his response every time was a one word answer followed by is there anything else I can help you with Mind you, there was no one else in the store and 2 other employees standing around.

Close to,home but terrific service, knowledgeable counter guy, and He had a sense of humor! Made a tough day so,much nicer.
