If I could leave negative stars, I would. The owner picked up 6 dining room seat bottoms and 1 dining room chair in February, and we paid $370 as deposit. For the next 4 months, the owner ignored nearly all of my calls, voicemails, texts, and messages. When he did answer, he always said the chairs were nearly done and would be delivered the next week. Finally, after I said I would file a complaint, he gave me the name and number of an upholsterer. Only thanks to her did I get my chairs. The owner hadn’t even purchased the fabric by mid-June, so this woman ordered it and had the chairs to us promptly. She did a great job. I’d go to her directly in a heartbeat. However, the rung repair the owner did on our chair was so awful that it looked better before he touched it. He promised repeatedly to give us back our deposit and never did. Save yourself frustration and go elsewhere!

Valley Upholstery and Refinishing completed my dining room set. It looks like new while preserving the period details. The turnaround time was quicker than expected. The price was nearly half that of other shops I got quotes from. I am very happy. Will use them again.

I had Valley Upholstery & Restoration refinish my kitchen and cabinets and they did a great job. They gave me a number of suggestions for the refinishing of my cabinets and storage areas and gave me a variety of choices. They were efficient and clean while doing their work and the cost of the refinishing was a lot less than the cost of refacing my cabinets. I am pleased with my new kitchen! I recommend them to you.

Lower prices then the other places I cooked for estimates. Great people to work with.
