Donovan clearly hasnt been to many Pilots, lol. This parking lot is huge compared to most Ive been to and Im an OTR driver. Ive been to hundreds. Easily 60+ spots. Average Pilot in the Midwest about half that.

So I landed in this particular Pilot travel center for the first time las night and it completely changed ruin the good image I had of it. The evening staff seemed unbothered by the needs of the paying customers, the young lady at the counter Rosemary, informed a group of us that there was only two shower do to a hot water boiler breakage, she told us we could use the shower next door at Mr. Fuel, but since there was only 2 people ahead we decide to stay and wait. It was 1130pm when we checked in and we waited and waited. I asked the young lady a couple of questions and her answers were very condescending and rude, she showed no desire to alleviated the customers undatisfaction, she definitely lacked peoples and customer service skills, maybe she should be retrained.I understand the State laws and the corporate rules, but given the specific sircunstances there should be other rules in place, like limiting the time in the showers. After 25 mins a gentleman came out of the shower but neither of the two young ladies rushed to clean the shower, another 15 mins went by before one of them decided to go and prepare the shower. After and hour and half we gave up and left. I am extremely disappointed with this location because they have tarnished my loyalty to this company.

Nice location. New Diesel pumps. Clean hot showers. The ladies in the Subway have no problem loading your sub until it wont close

Pilot flying J same as all of them!! The Main Bathrooms always need some attention the Denny’s Food always sucks if it has one. Coffee is on point. Ice tea is a lost cause or comes out of a fountain like soda and is t brewed. Loves got y’all whipped on overall cleanliness j/s

A lot of guys is coming there only to taste this very delicious coffee!I was coming there during 2 last week!!But, there’s no bean to cup any more!!!Bad of the bad of the BAD!!!

Small pilot but big on service. Only stopped to use the shower because the pilot down the street had no hot water. That was the cleanest shower I’ve used in a long time. Pilot should clone the woman who cleans them or have her teach others how to clean them!!!!!!! Staff behind the counter were all friendly and helpful.

I stop here for coffee there was no coffee in bottle no milk and no half and half, I asked on register for milk she said buy saprate, but a service!!! Then i drive my truck to mr fuel there was a fresh coffee and no charge.

This is a small, but clean Pilot. Clean lot, clean fuel lanes and clean store. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I am bobtailing and asked the manager if I could park off to the side in the lines or in the front so I dont take up a whole spot and was told NO I would be told to move! So I am stuck being that guy forced to screw another tired driver out of a spot! I at least parked all the way back so another bobtail could park in front of me.

Love Pilot and Flying J stores. Theyre almost always clean inside and out. Their point system is way better than Petro/TA. Points work straight from the point card like a credit card. Can use your points at the fast food restaurant located in the store 99% of the time. The app. They have also has great weekly offers for drivers so download and check it out.

Most of the Pilot Travel Centers that I have stopped at have been clean and orderly. This one is no exception. I noticed that there is a Subway associated with this station although we didnt avail of their services. This station is conviently located very close to the I-80 ramp which makes easy to get to when exiting I-80 and getting back on when finished.

Clean and friendly ! These people are a blessing to the traveling public ! Worth your time to stop and be spoiled by their hospitality! The General manager is a great at leading this High Glass group of people !

We have nearly 30 years experience with Pilot, from Wyoming to New York. They are consistent in general quality, which is good. They have lots of stuff, almost to the point of overload, yet they serve the needs of a vast number of personalities on a daily basis. Almost always, smiling, friendly, interactive personnel, wishing their customers a continued good day. We usually find them well lit and clean, and look for them when we travel.

I like pilot truck stops they are my number one place to stop at, you can get anything you need there plus each one is slightly different than the other especially when you go from one state to another and me being a truck driver the shower point system is great and the showers are very clean and well taken care of...thank you

Pilot and Flying J are a quick convienant place to stop if you are a company driver. Overpriced fuel and banking .01 cents a gallon on diesel is a great way to punish your employer and bank a free Big Mac at the same time. Dont forget to park at the fuel pumps for a half hour while grabbing your food and taking your 30 minute break, its awesome watching my 14 hour clock count down as I watch you pull your 300lbs and your bag of burgers back into your truck.

Very nice as far as truck stops go. Very reasonable gas, clean bathrooms and friendly service. The store and staff was very nice. Keep up the good work.

Today 01/01/2021 630 pm the lady working is the rudest woman I ever seen will not be fueling at and spending money at any pilots agin I spend thousands of dollars on fuel at pilot loves can get my money from now on guess what my body my choice to have a mask

I like all the pilots and flying Js. Free wifi. Excellent service and showers. The stores are always clean. Whats not to like.

Not your typical truck stop. Smaller than most, not a lot of choices. Looking for some flavored coffee to keep me awake on the road and my choices were very limited mid-day. Next time Ill try the truck stop across the street and see what they have to offer. Not a truckstop connoisseur but not what I expected

Excellent friendly service. Subway Employee Gage made me quite possibly one of the best subs Ive had in a long while . I highly recommend this stop on your travels.

Clean facilities and friendly staff made this stop a much needed break. At 1 am coffee can be pretty sketchy, but they have this coffee maker that grinds and brews your coffee on demand! It was the best early morning coffee EVER! Thanks Pilot.

Stopped here at 330am to get gas and Saw Jonathan Davis from Korn. So the visit was amazing.

Good food friendly n fast service, with the pilot app, you also get daily specials, thats nice.

I have been coming here for years. Fuel, scales, showers, and even a winning scratch-off. I consider myself lucky to even find a parking spot for an 18-wheeler!

Refilled my Philmore cup and my Stanley thermos with Sumatra from the new bean to cup and was charged $7.55 at the register. Older cashier said her manager asked her to charge for 5 cups for the thermos. Bean to cup machine that offers Sumatra doesnt offer the larger station to accomodate a thermos. Feel like manager promoting this kind of activity is more focused on bean counting than customer service to the drivers that spend millions on diesel annually.

Have been going in here since 1994 always one of the better fuel stops never a problem here! Thanx to all employees.

Shower was okay. Water pressure kept changing and it even went super hot several times but the store was clean

Easy access from I-80. Very well maintained fueling area. Clean bathrooms. Lower gas price compare to other gas stations in area.

Thanks Pilot for closing Subway from 2am to. 7am. Truck drivers are expected to keep running around the clock and your open 24 hrs* truck stop only has 3rd rate institutional grade food from 2 - 7.🤬🤬🤬🤬

Lovely staff and nice hot shower. They have a subway next door that wont make you sick. They do have a drivers lounge and small game room. But no laundry service.

The workers ignore you when you walk in if they arent already outside smoking, and they chat with each other while youre trying to check out. Sometimes youll wait at the register because they will be in the connected Subway having conversations. Makes a person feel super unwelcomed.

I love this place and the workers are phenomenal.

Its worst place I ever been. Night shift manager Phil Brown have no idea what is T-Check, unbelievable. Finally after 30-40 min. he realized and charge me as a credit price for diesel fuel, and then when I trying explain him T-Check is same price as cash, he called for security on me, UNBELIEVABLE. and he is a manager, wow.

Same as all the pilot too many trucks too many ignorant drivers. I have a real problem with the pilot corporations refusal to deal with people parking on the fuel Island to take their 30 minute breaks they are ignoring the situation and it just continues to get worse. Every pilot I go to I am going to post negative comments due to the safety issues they are allowing people to sit in their trucks smoking cigarettes that do not need to be around the fuel Island because their refusal to go outside and either have the truck towed or refuse the companys fuel. Terrible business model theyre going to lose my couple million dollars if they dont straighten up fast its ridiculous all of us that work hard and need to get in and get out or being held up by people that are too lazy to park or dont have enough skills and all the mega carriers are the worst at ignoring things that their drivers do they absolutely on to take them off the clock if they catch them doing it and it would be very easy for them to look and see if and when theyre parked and where theres no excuses for this one except for bad management with weak skills on dealing with issues especially concerning safety what would happen if the Pilot Flying Js insurance underwriter found out that they were ignoring this on the corporate level Ive been told by three different managers that they were told to not confront anybody but its okay 2 ignore the paying customers who are waiting to get fuel when you take the side of the lazy and the unskilled thats exactly where your corporations headed let them people support you cuz you and I both know theyre not buying fuel or food theyre sitting there cuz theyre fat lazy or just completely ignorant to the fact that other people have lives and jobs to complete in a very short unadjustable time.
