This dairy queen is great or isnt. I have purchased a few blizzards from here and sometimes they do not have any candy in them at all it is just ice cream. Which defeats the purpose of the blizzard.

Not sure how to feel got a headache both nights I got ice cream from there strange. 🙃I get dq back home all the time never happen before??

One of the nicest I ever visited.

Its not the DQ I remember from my youth. I asked for extra dip and instead of receiving it, they put nuts into my cherry dip on my dip cone. Blech. Had I been allergic, it would have been a catastrophe!

I REALLY hate the concrete around the driveway of the drive through! But the service is always fast and friendly.

For $4.99 I should have gotten more then bananas, whip cream, and pineapples for a banana split... There wasnt much of that either... It was more bananas then anything else😔😔😔

This was a very bad trip after stopping at another DQ That Made My Order Wrong, I found out that incompetence was the order of the day at DQs in Trumbull County that day, they both blew the order!

I could not disagree more with Ms. Dotson. Claudia was an exceptionally respectful and helpful young lady who looked genuinely happy to be helping me and working in general. Not to mention she was great with my kids who walked away talking about the “kind, smiling lady.” I would gladly return anytime.

Need better customer service and listening skills. Young girl working drive thru messed up my order and then had an attitude about it when I corrected her at the window. She DID fix my order but it isnt made the way it is supposed to be.

Girard Dairy Queen is awesome. Store is clean, staff is great and prices are reasonable.

If i could give the cashier Claudia a zero I would. She was very rude and rushed, she didnt even let me finish my order before giving me my total and when I stated that wasnt all, I saw her throw her hands in the air through the drive thru window which was very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Ive had Chinese takeout from many different restaurants, but Girard Wok tops them all. Their prices, service, and food are amazing (more specifically the crab rangoons). And the restaurant is always tidy when I go in for pickup!

Got two combos. Chicken bacon ranch and Kansas city bbq.. and two cherry dilly bars. Lettuce on the CBR was brown and wilted, bacon and chicken was super rubbery and hard to chew, the Kansas city bbq had more onions than meat on it.. just really unappetizing.

If I could give this establishment ZERO stars, I would. Rude employees who are ignorant to the definition of excellent customer service. Went through drive-thru on 8-11-16, was responded to rudely, went to a competitor (Handels) and was treated like they value our business. My wife and I will give our business to Handels from now on.
