This shop performed a satisfactory service for me. However, far more important than providing your customers a service is not putting the health and safety of your customers at risk. Both times I had to go inside the waiting room, no one was wearing a mask or making any effort to put one on or social distance. As we are living in a global pandemic, this is not acceptable and very inconsiderate of others. I will not be returning to give this shop another cent of my money.

Needed to have front end repair done on my Toyota Sienna. They did a very good job and also went above and beyond the repair work. They cleaned the inside of my vehicle including the floor mats. Very pleased with their work.

Still the best:Went in for a loud sound i could only identify as an airplane taking off and they quickly diagnosed the problem. While it ended up being multiple parts to complete the fix they communicated not only what I needed, what price it was going to be, but also why I needed it and even showed me the difference in the old part vs the new one when I picked it up. I have been and will continue to take my car here because I trust them!

Im so glad we chose B and H when our van needed collision repair. After initially approving the repair, the insurance company called me and said they were going to total it. Five minutes later the guys from B and H called me and told me that the insurance company was trying to cheat me out of my vehicle and had done some some shady stuff to inflate B and Hs estimate. I had to threaten the insurance company with a lawyer, but they agreed to repair my van! If it wasnt for the guys here I would never have known, and I would have just let the insurance company total my vehicle. I cant recommend them enough, because they saved my family a lot of hardship!

Took my car there to get the pinch weld repaired. Cole quoted me $580 after he spoke with my insurance and found out I have a $500 deductible. He originally told Safelite it would be $300-400. He said it was a lengthy repair that would take a couple of days. This was a Thursday morning and he said I wouldn’t get the car back until Monday. I got a second quote from Venus Automotive who said it was an easy repair and said it would cost $125. They started Friday morning and were done by noon. When I told Cole I was getting a second quote he told me they were “about to get started on my car” but said it still wouldn’t be done until Monday.... fishy that the price jumped after talking with my insurance and that they were about to get started the moment I said I was going to get another quote.Long story short B&H was shady, lacked integrity and quoted me >4.5 times as much as Venus. So unless you want to pay an astronomical amount and not get your car back in a timely manner, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

This shop has been tending my automotive needs quickly and economically since I moved into the area 10 years ago. While their shop lacks the sleek elegance of the big dealerships, you dont pay for that overhead either. You get your car serviced every bit as well though in my experience, their professionalism and experience are evident.

Been using them for 30+ yrs. Never been disappointed or swindled. The bossert men run a right ship and do their jobs well I recommend them to allow my friends

I needed to have my car inspectedThis was the only place that could get me in without me having to drop the car off and wait all day to pick it up again. They had the inspection done within 15mins and they never once tried to push anything else on me. The owner mark is very kind and passionate about what he does. would absolutely go back to them again.

Took my sisters car in here for her to get a battery put in it. They are close to where she lives and she has used them a lot. They were busy went I got there and there was a little confusion at first because the guy she had talked to on the phone the day before wasnt there. No worries. I got her on the phone and they got it straightened out pronto. Gave her a discount because of her previous business and when she reminded them of the bodywork they had just done on her SUV the owner gave her another sizable discount. The guy putting in the battery pointed out the low antifreeze. I thought they were professional and had great service. It was pretty apparent by how busy they were. We were in and out of there in 45 minutes tops.

B and H Auto told me to drop my SUV off at 8:00 am, that I would be 1st in line did not hear back from them so I called late afternoon they told me I had a leak in my engine and charged a lot of money to power wash my engine. They never power washed my engine. My new mechanic verified that I was correct on not being power washed. I took pictures and respond to their email and nroheard back from them. Do not use this company

This is a great place. My insurance company of course tried to cut the repair estimates down by half,yet this company told me dont worry we will figure it out and work with you, we can submit additional and get paid and ur car will be fixed. theyve taken all the hassle out of it for me peeling with the insurance company and made this easy experience I cannot thank them enough or tell you how great that is for a business to do. If you are needing any type of work body work them to your car automotive give them a call they will become my new car shop. It is such a relief to find such a great company.

Weve used them multiple times for our vehicles and theyve always been honest and affordable. I would personally recommend if youre a woman whos leery of auto or mechanic shops as they are respectful and dont take advantage of you.

Great place, may be the best auto shop I have gone to in the last 30 years. They are helping me keep my old vehicles running, when nearly all others will not attempt it. Prices are very fair.

Amazing customer service and they dont try to make up problems on your car unlike some other auto garages, they have amazing pricing! And they will show you and explain whats wrong! I will definitely be going to them from now on!

I took my car to B&H to have my rear blinker fixed after I got rear-ended. Everyone I talked to was extremely helpful and willing to work with me. I wasnt able to drop off my car during their business hours but they were more than willing to allow me to drop it off while they were closed and leave the key in their dropbox.My car was fixed within the timeline they originally gave me and it looked great. They also took the time to thoroughly clean both the outside as well as the inside of my car which i really appreciated. Their parking lot is a little tight but that is literally my only complaint. I would definitely recommend these guys!

When choosing an auto shop to service my truck, I use the same criteria as when choosing a doctor. The mechanics must be competent to make an accurate diagnosis and then proceed to fix the problem. They must also be professional, clean, honest, and good communicators. I found the owners and mechanics at B and H Automotive to successfully meet these criteria.

They do all of my oil changes and inspections. In addition, I take my vehicles to them when I have problems. They always tell me exactly what the problem is, options for repair, how much it will cost, and if it needs fixed immediately or if it can wait. They are so honest ! I took my husbands truck in for a problem with the alignment/wheel. I told them to go ahead and do an oil change. They came back asked if I was sure because there was 1100 miles left until an oil change was needed. Most places would have just made the money on the requested oil change. When I moved to KC from another state one of my biggest fears was finding a good mechanic. I was lucky to find B & H.

Being new to the area I had some reservations about choosing a shop but I chose right! I drove across country to live here and they looked at my car and told me what was broken, what my options were and what was pressing. I have always been weary of being robbed blind but B&H did things professionally, compassionately and ethical pricing. I would recommend them to anyone after they even went out of their way to come pick me up from my home in my now fixed car to show me how well she ran now and so I wouldnt have to Uber there. I have taken my cars there for repairs. They guarantee their work; and they have done that with one problem. I have bought two used cars from them. Again, work was guaranteed and cars run great. Best place I have been to. Just a bit hard to find, but with the hunt.

Sent my vehicle in. Didnt fix a thing, and had it for 2 full days. Charged $120! Highly pissed and disappointed! Never gonna go back! Made it worse and didnt bother to fix it after they made it worse

Incompetent and dishonnest people. I took my car for an AC problem, they fixed it (not!), 2 months later the same problem happened, took the car back, they found a problem that more than likely was the problem to start with but did not have the tools to fix it! I paid a repair for no reason the first time since my car has exactly the same problem and they did not want to hear it, even called me unreasonnable because I was not happy that I paid for something that did not fix my car.
